God did not fill Scripture with prophecy so the church could shrug, retreat into ambiguity, or present every system as equally sound. Jesus expected His people to recognize what He foretold. Watchman 33 is futurist, premillennial, and post-tribulation because that is the order the text gives.
“And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.”

THE BIBLICAL MANDATE
THE CHURCH IS COMMANDED TO WATCH
The question is not whether every detail is easy. The question is whether God intended His warnings to be read, understood, and obeyed. He did.
Jesus rebuked religious leaders who could read the sky but could not discern the signs of their time. He said that when His disciples saw the signs He named, they were to know His coming was near. Paul said the Day of the Lord should not overtake believers as a thief. Daniel was told that sealed prophecy would be understood at the time of the end.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
ONE POSITION. THE TEXT DECIDES.
These terms preserve the sequence Jesus, Paul, Daniel, and Revelation give.
01
FUTURIST
The final crisis is still ahead
The Antichrist, mark of the beast, great tribulation, cosmic signs, visible return of Jesus Christ, resurrection, and judgment have not been completed in the past or dissolved into symbols. They await real fulfillment.
02
PREMILLENNIAL
The King returns before the thousand years
Revelation gives the order plainly: Christ defeats the beast, Satan is bound, the faithful dead are raised, and the saints reign with Jesus for a thousand years. The kingdom follows His appearing.
03
POST-TRIBULATION
The church must be ready to endure
Jesus places the gathering of His elect after the tribulation. Paul says our gathering will not come before the falling away and revelation of the man of sin. We reject the promise of a secret escape before those events.
HOW WE INTERPRET PROPHECY
READ WHAT GOD ACTUALLY SAID
Literal interpretation does not mean ignoring symbols. It means accepting the normal meaning of the words, recognizing symbols where the text signals them, and letting Scripture supply their meaning.
01
Begin with the text
Read the whole passage, identify its stated sequence, audience, and conditions, and refuse to build a system from an isolated phrase.
02
Let Scripture define symbols
Daniel and Revelation often explain their own images. Clear explanations govern uncertain associations—not headlines, charts, traditions, or imagination.
03
Require actual fulfillment
A proposed event must satisfy what the prophecy says. A resemblance is not a fulfillment, and a partial parallel cannot erase conditions that remain undone.
04
Keep the stated order
Do not move the resurrection before the persecution that produces its martyrs, the millennium before Christ’s victory, or the final kingdom before the King appears.
THE PROPHETIC ORDER
THE KING COMES. THEN THE KINGDOM.
This is the backbone, not a date-setting chart. Scripture supplies an ordered hope the church is expected to know.
01
Apostasy and the man of sin
The falling away comes and the man of sin is revealed before our gathering unto Christ.
02
Tribulation and faithful endurance
The beast makes war with the saints. Believers overcome by Christ’s blood, their testimony, and faithfulness unto death.
03
Cosmic signs and the visible return
After the tribulation, the heavens are shaken, every tribe sees the Son of man, and the elect are gathered.
04
The beast is destroyed
Jesus returns as King of kings, defeats the gathered armies, and casts the beast and false prophet into the lake of fire.
05
The first resurrection and thousand years
Satan is bound. The faithful dead live and reign with Christ for a literal thousand years.
06
Final judgment and new creation
After the thousand years Satan is released and defeated, the wicked dead are judged, and God makes all things new.
We do not present mutually contradictory systems and call the confusion balance. Each examination states the view fairly, gives its strongest biblical appeal, and then tests it by the full prophetic order.
CASE FILE 01CHRIST’S RETURN AND RESURRECTION ARE NOT PAST
Preterism
Preterism places Christ’s return and resurrection in the past even though Scripture presents them as visible, bodily, and still future.

Pre-Tribulation Rapture
The pre-tribulation rapture moves the church’s gathering before events Jesus and Paul place before Christ gathers His people.
Not secretly. Not symbolically. Not after the church manufactures His kingdom. The King will appear, the dead in Christ will rise, the faithful will reign with Him, and every promise of God will stand.
