You say, Pastor Dean, you're kind of crazy. Yeah, but hey, it takes, you know, how do you become a believer in flat earth and biblical cosmology if you're not willing to change and take a look at the word again and quit going by traditional teachings and say, okay, what does the Bible say? What does it actually say in its context? What does it say? That's just like that thing last night with the four beasts. I can't tell you how many commentaries, Bible scholars, teachers, professors, I heard over the years say the lion is Babylon, the bear is me. I mean, I heard that over and over and over again. And finally, one day I'm reading Daniel seven and it says, these are nations that shall come. And I'm, oh, wait a minute now. And then see, as they say, we got to pay attention to every word. Remember, our problems back in the past was listening, you know, they ingrained in us the ball and then we would read over things like firmament, you know, plain breadth of the earth, not look up words like that. So anyway, are we ready for the lapel mic? It says one, two, check. There we go. All right. Well, we want to welcome everyone. This is session three here. We're going to get into the seven trumpets this morning. Some of you, how many of you have heard me teach this before? You've heard of the seven trumpets. So quite a few of you. Okay. For those of you just coming in, I want to repeat what I said a minute ago that this is something that over the years I've come to strongly believe and look at history and re-look at the word again and again. So for those of you who have heard this, you're about to see, though, some even deeper confirmations that I believe these things have happened. So I'm going to blow your mind this morning because let me give you the traditional view of the seven seals. See, the book of Revelation says there's seven seals, there's seven trumpets, and then there's seven vials of wrath. The traditional view is that the seven-year tribulation, the seventeenth week of Daniel that Pastor Ted spoke about this morning, that that starts and then the seven seals are open in sequential order. Then the seven trumpets are blown in sequential order. And then the vials are in sequential order. May I submit to you that the Bible never ever said that, nor does it teach it anywhere. You cannot find that. Okay. And here's where I can prove to you that these seals and trumpets and vials overlap one another. They don't start at the same time, but they all end at the same time.
I will prove that to you. Okay. Because let's just look at the seals. I covered five of the seals last night. I covered the white horse that I believe is the world government agenda. That's within the Catholic, the Roman Catholic Church, the Council on Foreign Relations, the United Nations, multiple organizations. That's the white horse going to conquer the world trying to be the Messiah, because remember, Jesus comes back on a white horse. So they're trying to mimic being the savior of the world. Okay. And then a man's going to rise up in the midst of that to lead them. And that's the Antichrist. The red horse, war, communism. We saw that. The black horse, economic, you know, financial manipulation, problems coming with the wheat supply and the food supply and all of that. Then we see the green horse, clearly Islam, controls one quarter of the earth. These are specific details. The fifth seal is the persecution. He said then, many shall kill you. You'll be hated of all nations for my namesake. And it interesting that he talked about the persecution of Christians in the last days increasing around the time that Islam would have its power over one quarter of the earth. Those seals follow each other. But the sixth seal in Revelation chapter 6, the sixth seal says this, the sun goes dark, the moon will not give off her light. We talked about that yesterday, right? See, you say, how's Bible prophecy and Bible cosmology work together? There it is right there. So the sixth seal, Revelation 6, it says the sixth seal, the sun will go dark, the moon will not give its light, the stars will fall from heaven, the powers of heaven will be shaken. Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man coming. It says he'll roll back the firmament like a scroll. Every eye will see him. In fact, the kings of the earth will mourn. They will say, hide us from the wrath of the Lamb. It's not a secret event. It's not a surprise event. It's going to surprise them, not us. Right? So the sixth seal is the same thing you see in Matthew 24 verses 29 through 31 there when he says, immediately after the tribulation of those days. Somebody say, after. The sun will be darkened, the moon will not give off her light, the stars will fall. Matthew 24 is parallel passage to Revelation 6. It is the sixth seal. The sixth seal is the second coming of Jesus Christ. It is the end. So if it is the end, if the sixth seal in Revelation is the end, it is the second coming of Jesus Christ. Clearly spelled out in Matthew 24, 29 through 32, 31 there. And then Revelation 6, if it's spelled out, how can you have the second coming and then have, oh no, we've got seven trumpets to go. Oh no, we've got seven vitals to go.
It's impossible. So what I want to submit to you is I believe that you have three stories in the book of Revelation, kind of like we have four Gospels. Each one just a little bit different information, but they're telling the same story. And the seals are the long story. I believe the seals began right after Jesus died for our sins and rose from the dead, and they began to unfold. These things are unfolding. They're moving, they've been moving at different times, but they're moving to full fruition. So you see the seals and they end at the second coming. Well, the trumpets started at a different time. I'm going to show you what I believe today. I believe I can confirm it with Scripture and history. But the trumpets started a little bit later, but they tell another story of judgment ending at the second coming of Jesus Christ. I'll prove that to you today. And then the only one, listen, if anybody who doubts me, you just check me, just read the book of Revelation. Anybody I challenge you, show me where it tells you the timeframe of the seals of the trumpet. The only one that we have a timeframe is the seven vials of wrath. We know that they are poured out in the last three and a half years only. That's all we know. All right? So this is what I'm talking about. Listen, I've been in the ministry for 31 years. I've been in the church world longer than that. I've been hearing this, all the teachings. There's not a teaching about the rapture, the 70th week of Daniel. I know pre-wrath view. I've heard all of them, studied all of them, been open to learn from all of them. All right? So what I'm getting at is, I know people are in different places, but I just ask you today, if everybody knew everything, it took me many years of continue to study and pray and learn and be open to change and say, you know, maybe I'm wrong, or maybe some of the traditional teachings are not exactly right. And that's how we... I mean, could we, again, could any of us be flat earthers and biblical cosmology if we weren't willing to go, oh, you know what? I was wrong. I was wrong about some things, right? All right. So let's look at this today. All right? I'm going to try to get through this quick. Bible prophecy sneaks up on you. I want to show you this. Be it known unto you... This is Acts 13, 38 through 41. Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man Jesus is preached unto you forgiveness of sins, and by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses. Beware therefore, lest that come upon you which is spoken in the prophets.
Behold, ye despisers in wonder and perish, for I work a work in your days, a work in which you will in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you. It's going to be declared to you today, believe it or not. Here's something interesting you need to know about Bible prophecy. Think about the prophecies and the scribes and the Pharisees and the Sadducees. They knew the Scriptures, they knew the prophecies of the Messiah coming, yet they missed Him. And they had an idea because they had a preconceived idea of how the prophecies would be fulfilled like the one pertaining to Elijah coming. Remember Malachi 4 says Elijah would come and then the Messiah would come, right? But here, Matthew 17, after the day of the Mount of Transfiguration where Jesus is glorified on the mountain and Moses and Elijah appear with Him, they realize, okay, what's going on here? And it says, as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them saying, tell the vision to no man and tell the Son of Man be risen again from the dead. And His disciples asked Him again saying, why then say the scribes that Elias or Elijah must come first? And Jesus answered and said to them, Elias truly shall come first and restore all things. But I say unto you that Elias has come already, and they knew Him not. He said, but they have done unto Him whatever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of Man suffer of them. Then the disciples understood that He spake unto them of John the Baptist. See, they're looking for the real Elijah. They don't realize is that John the Baptist came in the spirit of Elijah. So God fulfilled His Word. God fulfilled the prophecy of Elijah coming first, but it wasn't the way they thought it was going to happen. And because they were so rigid in their theological belief, even though it was correct, Elijah's coming first. God does things sometimes in a way that He sneaks up on you. And you have to be willing to turn loose of a preconceived idea to accept, you know what? Maybe it's fulfilled already, right? Maybe it's happening. All right, let's keep going. The book of Revelation, I just said that. Seven seals, seven trumpets, seven vials of wrath. I explained to you how they overlap one another. We'll get back to that later. We're going to start today with the third trumpet. There's a reason I'm not going to go in order, because this one to me, I remember in the 1990s here in a rumor about this, and I looked it up and I saw it, but I thought, I don't know why, but at that time I just didn't pursue it any further. And maybe it's because, you know, this was really before the Internet took off, and maybe I just said, you know, back then you had to be old school. You actually had to get in the car, go to a library and start digging, right?
So maybe that's why, I don't know. But I remember hearing this, but let's look at this trumpet. Now remember, again, I want to repeat to you, there's nowhere in the scriptures that say the time period or that the seven trumpets are going to happen in the last seven years. That's a man-made assumption, notion, just made up out of thin air. There's nowhere the scriptures say the seven trumpets will happen in the last seven years. If you have a verse, show it to me that says that, okay? I know you can't because there's not one, because I've looked for it, okay? All right. So that means these things could have happened at any point. But we also know they're end time judgments or end time events, so that means they would be happening close to the end time, at least. So let's look at this. The third trumpet, Revelation 8, 10 through 11. And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven burning as it were a lamp. And it fell upon the third part of the rivers and upon the fountains of waters, and the name of the star is called wormwood. And the third part of the waters became wormwood, and many men died of the waters because they were made bitter. Now, those of us now, we've come into biblical cosmology. Pretty much we know what the stars are. Angels, this is an angelic activity. This is something going on that happens. So let's look at what this could be. And God gives enough clues for us to figure it out, but again figure it out kind of after either when or after it happens. I believe the third trumpet happened on April 26, 1986. They passed it in. It's pretty specific. All right. Yeah. And here's why. April 26, 1986 was the date of the worst nuclear power plant disaster in history. It was the Chernobyl nuclear plant in Pripyat, Ukraine. Now, I want to say, what many of you don't know, there is still land all over Europe, water all over Europe, cattle all over Europe, and people still dying all over Europe from this accident. Okay. You don't hear that in the news, and you won't hear it. I dug into this even deeper than I had when I taught this seven years ago. Okay. You say, well, Pastor Dean, that seems arbitrary. Why would you say that's the third trumpet? Why would you say that has anything to do with wormwood? This map of radiation, I believe, doesn't even tell the whole truth. I've heard now that the radiation is all the way down into South Africa from it. Okay. And I'm just going to go and tell you, if some of you have bought into the thing that nuclear weapons and radiation and all that's not real, it is. Okay. I'm sorry, but it is. People were deformed and dying, and there's just pictures of the radiation damage.
And I actually have an old friend who was a missionary who was near Chernobyl right after it happened, and he got a big dose of radiation, and he brushed his teeth, and his blood was pouring from his mouth like... So I know it's real. All right? But it was 400 times. They'll even admit it was 400 times more radioactive material than was released by the Hiroshima atomic bomb. It affected over 17 million all over Europe. There are some statistics, but again, that's not even real Greenpeace, and you've got to give them a little credit. They like busting governments and stuff. So their stuff's a little higher, but it affected all over Europe, millions and millions and millions of people, contaminated water all over Europe, farms. The reason I believe it is the third trumpet happened is because this right here, this is not a conspiracy theory. This is not an internet, you know, urban legend. The English word wormwood is the word Chernobyl or Chernobyl. Actually, the Chernobyl is the way the Russians say it, and Chernobyl is the way the Ukrainians say it. Okay? In fact, the disaster is known locally as the Chernobyl catastrophe. All right? The word Chernobyl. Now, I did this seven years ago, 2,000, well, eight years ago. Now, I guess, no, seven. 2011. Here's a Ukrainian dictionary online from English to Ukrainian. Now, I want you to see what I did. You see what I typed in? Requested word, wormwood, typed it in. Translate. Chernobyl. You see it right here? Chernobyl. I'm going to get one clearer there than that. Wormwood means Chernobyl. That's the way you say it. Now, get this. You saw that. That's the screenshot, the previous one, that I had in 2011. So, when I was getting ready to do this again, I'd type it in and search it on Google. It would never come up. Never come up again. So, I'm like, did this site disappear? So, what I had to do, I'm glad I had the old screenshot because I typed in the URL and it took me to the site, but Google wouldn't. So, this is an update where I went to, you can go to this site. Everybody, you ought to write that down. Check it out for yourself. Go to this site. This is an online Ukrainian dictionary translator that Google would not take me to. Okay? But it's still there and it's still operating, even after seven years.
I typed the word in again, wormwood. Guess what came up again? Y'all see it right there? Chernobyl. Right? That's the word. I zoom in on it so you can see it a little better. See there? Chernobyl. The actual Ukrainian. Get this in your head. The actual Ukrainian word for wormwood is Chernobyl. You want to talk about something specific in the Bible? Written 2,000 years ago. When did Chernobyl happen? 1986. These are facts. This is a sign, a road sign on the way to Chernobyl. Look at, you know, I can't read Ukrainian or Russian. Right? But you can see it matches that one right there. Right? Chernobyl. And there it is just so you see it. Wormwood, Chernobyl. Now, here's, for my Canadians, I think this is a Canadian website. They actually tell you here in this article why is Chernobyl versus Chernobyl and why the difference is they actually tell you it's because of the Russians. The Russians came in when they took over the Ukraine and changed things. And then, of course, once Ukrainians got free from that, they wanted it back to their spelling. So that's the only reason there's a little variation in the spelling of the word. But get this. In the city of Pripyat, Ukraine, there is a memorial. And the memorial in the city is an angel blowing the trumpet. And it's called the Wormwood Star Memorial. And the president of Russia and the president of the Ukraine visited it not too long ago. This exists, folks. There it is. Trip advisor, work out a trip for you to go see it. Wormwood Angel Memorial. What's the angel doing? Listen to this. Whoever set up this memorial, whether it was the government, the people in the city, the local Ukrainian people who were affected by this terrible disaster, they say it's the fulfillment of the third trumpet. Not Pastor Dean. I just agree with him. Look at there. It's interesting. You look up the word star. It actually too means in this passage it's about bursting across the sky, spreading across the sky.
It's really interesting. Here we go. The Economist magazine. Look at that. Chernobyl became a symbol of the apocalypse. Searching for answers, people turned to the book of Revelation which describes a deadly star named Wormwood which would fall from the sky and poison the rivers and springs. Some translated Wormwood into Ukrainian eerily as Chernobyl. Wiki map. Wormwood Star Memorial. Presidents of Ukraine and Russia visit star of Wormwood Memorial. This is not me. There it is. There's the park remembering Wormwood. Chernobyl's children still suffer. Here we go. BBC News. Chernobyl and the North Wales sheep farmers 30 years on. Wales still affected by this. Chernobyl nuclear disaster 1986 is widely believed to have caused the death of at least 4,000 people. Untold number of children born with abnormalities. Chernobyl's radioactive rains. Remember this Chernobyl says in Revelation 8 it would affect the waters. Well what happened when all of this radiation went up into the air there was a lot of cloud cover so it made it hover and then there were these torrential rain and it brought all this radiation down into the rivers and the streams and the ground water. Say Pastor Dean. It says one third of the water. Well guess what? None of us here could measure how much it contaminated. Nobody knows. But I think you know what? If God says Wormwood and something's going to be Wormwood and it's going to poison the waters and it's going to be one third, I'm not going to argue over the one third. I believe God's just right. You could go through this. I mean I've just multiple, multiple. Chernobyl fallout, a hard rain. They just talk about it all over. Even this day in Britain, areas worst affected. Hill farm in Britain. North Wales. Scotland. Sheep. We're now eating contaminated grass. Poisoned environment. I mean I could just go on. Here. Chernobyl and counting. I mean maybe this is too much but you need to see. This guy wrote this book and he actually tells more of the real account of how bad it was. Wind direction. He talks about it all. Let me speed on through here. Getty images. The forest around. And let's just give you another confirmation. The forest ten kilometer circle around. My Canadian friends ought to be proud of me
for saying kilometers. Ten kilometers around. There was a forest before the accident. The forest around there was called wormwood forest. And the radiation turned it red so now they call it red forest. Do you know it's almost impossible to find? Anywhere if you Google it anymore it called wormwood forest? I think they're trying to hide this. They just call it red forest. No it wasn't red forest until the Chernobyl disaster. It was wormwood forest before that. Okay? So that's why I believe the third trumpet was that. And it's just all over the place. Books. The red forest. Revisiting wormwood they tell you. Shadows of wormwood. World book. Now there's a little argument when you get it. I love how people like Danny Faulkner. They like to split hairs. So let's say oh no. Because they got their twisted. Their bad translations of the Bible they used from the corrupted Alexandrian texts. So they say oh it's really polon. It's really mugwood. It's not wormwood. It's really mugwood. So it's not Chernobyl. I've heard this. Guess what folks? What mugwood is? The original name for mugwood is common wormwood. This is a 1961 world book encyclopedia that we inherited from Nancy's grandmother. And guess what is that? Wormwood is a large group of plants. Often the term applies to an entire group of about 250 different species. Europeans grow common wormwood or mugwork. That's just the case. That's for Danny. I'm finding out something. I'm really enjoying the 1961 world book. Because you guys aren't realizing how much they're taken out and changing things. I wish I could find some older ones. So if the third trumpet was Chernobyl, then the second trumpet had to sound before 1986. I do believe they're in order. So let's see what the second trumpet description gives. The second trumpet mentions several things. A mountain of fire. One third of the ship's destroyed. One third of the sea becoming blood. Here's what we discover. Right before 1986, there was a big event called World War II that lasted for six years. I've done extensive research on this, but let's look at this. There was no other time in history. Go look for yourself. Where there were bigger and longer. In fact, the naval battle of the Atlantic
is the longest naval battle in history. The most extensive. There was never more ships destroyed or sunk in the history of the world than at this war right here. Now I've done some calculations and I've done some research, and the best number I can come at when we talk about, and it's kind of hard to get a hold of sometimes because you've got to deal with merchant marine ships, private vessels. You're dealing with navies. There's a lot of, and I mean it, I spent some time looking at stats. I'll show you in a second. The best number that people came up with is there was about 105,000 plus ships involved, okay, in World War II. I mean, just no other time. There were weeks that hundreds of ships were sank by German U-boats. It was unprecedented. I mean, this is just a list of the top 10 U-boat aces in World War II. 47 ships sunk. 43 ships sunk. 44, I mean, it was unbelievable, right? Never in history, not in World War I, not in Korea, Vietnam, nothing. World War II specifically. Naval battles, ships being sunk. I've been, listen, this is just the merchant marine ships. It gets confusing because they start talking about tonnage. And I actually found, listen to this, I actually found the stats that admit that at least of the merchant marine ships, a quarter of them of the tonnage of the ships were sunk. Of just the merchant marine ships, okay? So we went through all that, boom, boom. Allied shipping right there. This is the one where I found and checked them out, but it talks about there was 21 million, almost 22 million tons of shipping sunk, just by the Axis powers, not what we sunk of theirs, right? So we could just get through. I want to show you, see, I spent time going through this, all right? I'm not doing it today. I just wanted you to see. But it's been estimated, like I said, that there were 105,127 ships were involved, World War II, and the estimation of no sunk, 36,387 sunk or destroyed or had to be scuttled. Guess what? 36,387 is .34 of 105,000, it's one-third. .33 is one-third. Maybe the Lord said, well, we won't have the Freemason number then. Exactly, right? So the ships were destroyed. You know, here's answers.com question. So they had the same stats here. Somebody did. Well, I'm just saying,
you want to argue about was it exactly one-third or not? Close enough for me, all right? Close enough for me. You'll never find another time in history more ships were sunk or destroyed. So what was the mountain of fire the apostle John saw? Anybody? Yeah, that's what I believe. I believe he saw this mountain of fire. And I think he said he saw it fall in the sea because, you know, Japan is just a little sliver of land in the sea. Remember, John saw this, Jesus took him to heaven and he saw this vision of the future. Of course, there's Hiroshima, Nagasaki. All right, so if World War II was the second trumpet, so that means the first trumpet had to happen before that. What would have happened before that? Oh, and by the way, 60-plus million people died in World War II. But there was an event before World War II. It was pretty bad, too. What was it? World War I. Exactly. World War I, 1914 to 1918, all right? The clue that it gives is interesting. 8.2 million dead. They called it the Great War until, of course, World War II came around. But 8.2 million dead. They said it was terrible. The Germans had the scorched earth policy, trench warfare. It was bad. They used chemical weapons on each other. I mean, it was just ugly, right? But the main weapon that they had pretty much advanced and perfected at the time was artillery. In fact, it was World War I that they finally realized we didn't start wearing metal helmets because the artillery shrapnel coming down on them. All right? So here's some of the shells that says advancements in artillery. Here's 1914-19. This is, what was this? This is some encyclopedia, online encyclopedia. It says, by contrast, in trench warfare, the artillery was responsible for 75% of the known casualties. He said, Pastor, why are you focusing on artillery? All right? Because the scripture says that the first trumpet he saw, hail and fire mingled with blood. Hail. What's hail? Stuff fallen down. Artillery goes up, starts coming down, explodes, rains down. He said he saw there, and I don't know, I guess I forgot to put the scripture up from Revelation 8, but you open it and you read it in Revelation 8 when he says the first trumpet. And he saw, listen to this, all the green grass burnt up,
and he said he saw the trees. There it is. There it is, the first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth, and a third part of the trees were burnt up, and all the green grass. Now, a lot of times, again, we assume, we've made assumptions. How dare we assume that this is over the whole world? Does it say it's over the whole world? Does it say this will happen over the whole world? No. So, therefore, he could be just talking about where the war primarily took place. All right? Well, look at these pictures. Do you see any green grass? Very little trees, they burn it up, man. They burn it up, destroyed it, scorched earth policy, and the scorched earth policies. If you're losing territory, burn it up as you go. That's what they did. Yep. And later on, as we get toward the end of this, I can actually prove by another historic event that I believe it proves that this was the first trumpet in timing. Okay? But look at that. That's a city in France, World War I. Think John was seeing that? Or maybe some of that? Or that? Can you imagine what he's seeing and he's writing it down? That's World War I, real photos. Look at there. No green grass and hardly any trees. So, now we're to the fourth trumpet. We're doing pretty good. We're to the fourth trumpet here. So, we have World War I, first trumpet. Hail and blood mingled. All right? Green grass, trees, burn up. Second trumpet, mountain of fire, third of the ship's destroyed. Third trumpet, Chernobyl, wormwood. All of this in the 20th century kind of been creeping up on us, hadn't it? Didn't Jesus say, I'll come as a thief? So, that means there's a sneaky element to the end time prophecies. When I started seeing this, when God started opening my eyes to this, I thought, oh my God, I've been studying the Bible and it still snuck up on me. So, if the third trumpet was wormwood, Chernobyl, 1986, that means the fourth trumpet had to happen after that. Right? It stands to reason. Could there be an event? Let's read it. Fourth trumpet. And the fourth angel sounded, and a third part of the sun was spent, and a third part of the moon, and a third part of the stars, so that the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it in the night likewise. So, something happens to block out the light. The stars don't fall. This is not the end when the stars fall and the sun.
No, it just says something is partially blocking out. Moonlight, moonlight, and the starlight. Something is partially blocking out. Again, this doesn't say anything about the area that this would happen. It doesn't say it would happen over the whole world. So, again, we have the possibility. It could have been talking about a major event in an area. Anybody know where that picture is from right there? Oh, wrong way. What could have partially blocked out the light, the sun, the moon? Yeah. Right after 1986. How about the Gulf War of 1991? Here's you a balloon satellite picture, and I know it's a balloon satellite picture. You know why? Because my stepson was in the Army, and he was a communications guy for their platoon, and I saw a picture of their balloon satellite. He showed it to me. He didn't realize I knew what he was talking about. But that's the satellite. But those little dots right there, those are 700 Kuwaiti oil fields that Saddam Hussein set on fire as he retreated from Kuwait. They burned, you guys, for almost a year. Can you imagine 700 oil wells burning for one year, 10, 11 months? The smoke was unbelievable, and it blocked out the sun, the light of the sun and the moon and the stars over vast areas of the Middle East. Okay? Look at this. This is daytime picture, because you can see the sun on the pink blocking out the light of the sun and moon and stars for almost a year. Here's some more pictures of it. Look at that. Headlight's on in daytime. Look at that. Oh, yeah. Boy, that's flat right there. If y'all didn't hear that out there, Nate said it looks pretty flat. Yeah, it does. I've been in the Middle East. It's flat, man. It looks flat. All right. Look at that out there. Well, look at those oil wells burning. Look at that. Look at that right there. Now, if y'all don't believe me about the blocking out of the sun, think about this. A Muslim, Kuwaiti Oil Company, in 1991, they made a documentary about extinguishing the burning oil wells. It took them the 10 months. Here's the name of the documentary. Ringing Back the Sun. Yeah. I'm not making this stuff up, man. All right? Let's go. Oh, y'all are going to love this.
The fifth trumpet. The fifth trumpet. Let's read it here. Revelation 9, verses 133. And the fifth angel sounded. And I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth, and to him was given a key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit, and there arose smoke out of the pit, a smoke of a great furnace. And the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit, and there came out of the smoke locust upon the earth. And unto them was given power as the scorpions of the earth had power. Now, what blows my mind, and this is my little, it says, as we'll read in a minute, that they had a king over them. His name was Abaddon, the destroyer. And here's my little demon locust coming out of the pit. Y'all like it? Here we go. Look at that. I had fun making this one. My little demon. Now, here's the thing. Traditional teaching over the years has taken out. Now, remember, you've got to be careful. We've assumed, I've heard teachings that said these are helicopters. Doesn't say that. Oh, this is a war. It's a helicopter. Where are you getting that from? He tells you these locusts. Some people say, oh, they're real locusts. They're going to run around and bite people and sting people. No, no, no, no, no. Where did they come from? They came from the bottom of the pit. Hell, tartar, a shield. What's down there? Spirits, demon spirits, fallen angels. Abaddon is a fallen angel. He's a king. He's the principality over these locusts. Demons, not real locusts, demonic, spiritual locusts. Now, why did God... Jesus said, remember, He's referring to demons. He called them serpents and scorpions. So when Jesus was talking about that, guess what? Yes, we do believe in figurative language and symbolic language sometimes. Jesus referred to demons and evil spirits as serpents and scorpions. So here we have a weird scorpion locusts combination thing that's evil, and it comes out of... It's the bottomless pit, tartar is hell. All right? So, could this be something again? We're looking for something strictly in the natural, like Elijah coming. Where's Elijah? And God's slipping it right by us. Because I'm going to show you what I think happened. Oh, there's one more. See, there's a bunch of evil little things, right? So there came locusts out of the smoke upon the earth. Unto them was given power as scorpions of the earth as power. As means like. So we have to compare. Sting. Now, don't we use the term, I've been stung by wasp and hornets and everything else, but we also use the term when something bad goes wrong. Man, that stung. All right? I'm going to show you what I believe. He said they're like it.
Not that they are it. They're like it. Look what it says. It says, the rest of this chapter, Revelation 9, says, and it was commanded that they should not hurt the grass of the earth or any grain thing. Well, see, wait a minute. What a normal locust. What are they going to do? They're going to eat every bit. They're going to eat green stuff, right? But only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months and five months only. So very specific in it. And their torment was as the torment of a scorpion. Wait a minute. What did Jesus, didn't Jesus call demons? Serpents and scorpions. Luke 10, 19. All right. So he says, when he striked the man, in those days shall men seek death and shall not find it. It's a desire to die, but death shall flee from them. Now, I was unsure about this, and I'm just going to tell you my story. Believe it or not, I don't care. I love you all anyway. We don't have to agree on everything, but I'm just going to tell you. I knew, because we'll get to the sixth trumpet in a second, the sixth trumpet is the sixth trumpet war. It's very explicit. We are not there yet. The sixth trumpet war is going to be World War, bad for the world. And it will come. It's not the end. It's not the end. Armageddon is different from the sixth trumpet war. But I believe this did happen, because I said, Lord, I know that the sixth trumpet is about to happen, so did I miss the fifth? And I was praying and studying this one day, and I do believe God still speaks to his children. And I'm not ashamed to say I have the gift of prophecy and word of knowledge and the gifts of the Spirit in my life. I'm not ashamed of it. Some people ridicule that, but I'm not ashamed of it. But I was praying, and I remember laying on my face saying, Lord, what's the fifth trumpet? And he spoke to me, just as clear as I've ever heard him speak to me, and he said, the financial collapse in crisis of 2008. That's what he said, and I heard the Spirit of God say this. And I said, well, let me go find out when that crisis started and when it ended. It's scary, man. Because natural locusts, what do they do? They go eat crops, right? They sweep in quickly, devour crops and vegetation. Now, back in the old days, your crops, that was your livelihood, right? How you made a living is how you survived. Mostly now, we do it by the green money, not the green corn, right, that we grow ourselves. Locusts in the Bible were signs of judgment. And what did they judge? They also carried much seed out into the field, and also gathered but little in, for the locusts shall come and consume it. The Lord said, if I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, it's a judgment.
2008 financial crisis was one of the world's biggest meltdowns. Lehman Bank, the big banks, go bankrupt. The start market collapsed and kept collapsing. The bubble exploded 9-15-08. On September 15, 2008, Lehman Brothers, the fourth largest investment firm, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, following the massive exodus of most of its clients, drastic losses in its stocks and devaluation of its assets by credit ratings. The filing marked the largest bankruptcy in U.S. history and is thought to have played a major role in the unfolding of the late 2000s global financial crisis. Now, this rippled across the world, and people, we were affected by it. People were affected by it. People lost money in their 401Ks. They lost their, you know, they lost, what's it, equity in their homes. Some people ended up being foreclosed. It was bad, right? And it started in September of 2008, so, you know, of course, the corrupt politicians, here's what we're going to do. We're going to take these evil bankers who gambled with your money and stole it from you and basically nearly collapsed the whole world economy. We're going to give them more money, of your money. We're going to give them more of our money. And so the Bush stimulus comes in. They're trying to avert the crisis. During September 2008, the crisis hit most critical mass. In a dramatic meeting on September 18, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke met. The key legislator proposed a $700 billion emergency bailout and says, if we don't do this, we may not have an economy on Monday. And truly, listen, our economy, the way our economy works, it works on fear or confidence, doesn't it? Confidence goes, investments end. People getting fear? Oh, boy. And that's what happened. Fear struck. People started selling it out. It was going down. Now, it didn't stay that way, though, did it? I believe it was all calculated, too, because this is what helped get Obama elected. Now, I'm not picking on Obama because I can't stand the Bush family, the Clintons, or the Obama, okay? All right? They're all to me. That little group, they're all in the same club. All right? And it's really unbelievable that the Clintons and the Bushes and the Obamas had power in our country for so many years. It's just mind boggling. But they did. So this goes on here.
So Obama's elected, continues to crash, you know, people holding on for dear life. Listen, people were stoned. People, it says, holding on for dear life. People were losing everything. See, I believe this was the demonic locust devouring. People's idols, what, 401ks and big houses and equity and bad loans and getting loans. They can't, you know, Matt spoke to this the other day, this debt slavery thing, man, right? So Obama gets elected, comes into office. So he signs the American Recovery Reinvestment Act of 2009. Again, dump more money into this problem, all right? February 17, 2009. What happened when Obama was elected and he comes in and he says we're going to change everything and we're going to dump all this money in there, the banksters and everybody else, they decide, well, you know what? I think it's enough now. So you could say confidence was restored or they decided enough with the game. But look at the dates. This is when the stock market finally stopped collapsing and started coming back. Everybody said, oh, Obama's the savior. Let's give him the Nobel Peace Prize. He saved the world from financial collapse. But this crisis went on from September 15, 2008 to February 17, 2009, exactly five months. Could that be a coincidence? I don't think so. So what's the part about men desiring to die but death fleeing from them? You know what happened during this time period, this five months intense time period where people are losing their 401Ks, their savings, their equity, their homes, their jobs? The calls to suicide hotlines blew up. Oh, by the way, there was also a solar eclipse there. Remember it said something about the sun being darkened by the pit? It was just interesting to me, the month right before. In those days shall men seek death and shall not find it, desire to die, and death shall flee from them. 2008 financial collapse caused all kinds of emotional distress, depression, suicidal thoughts, causing drastic increase of calls to suicide hotlines. Look at this. I mean, they're talking about it increased 60, 70 percent in some cities. USA Today investigation increased callers to the hotlines all over the country, 60 percent. People suicidal because they lost what they'd been banking on. But guess what? You get depressed, you get suicidal,
but all of a sudden it only lasts for five months, and oh, the market's coming back. I want to kill myself. Oh, no, not now. Death fleeing, right? They wanted to die, but death fleeing from them. Millions upon millions of people wanting to die and then death fleeing because it ended. The next thing we have coming is the Six Trumpet War. And I got to do this quick. The Bible is very clear about this. So what I'm saying is I believe five of the trumpets have already happened. The next one is the six. I don't know when that's going to happen, but it is coming. And it says this, and the six angels sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar, which is before God saying to the six angels, which had the trumpet loose, the four angels, which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loose, which were prepared for an hour a day, a month, and a year to slay the third part of men. Now, this one I don't think is just locationally. It says the third part of men, you know, that's about, that's over two billion people. That's a war that's coming. The number of the army and of the horsemen were 200,000,000 or 200 million, and I heard the number of them, and thus I saw the horses in the vision. And them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire and jacinth and brimstone and the heads of the horses, whereas the heads of lions and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three were the third part of men killed, by the fire, by the smoke, and by the brimstone issued out of their mouths. This is clearly a war, a big one. I believe it'll probably be somewhat or a limited, maybe even small, tactical nuclear release of some kind. But it's going to be bad. I believe it's that war. Remember, the First World War gave us the League of Nations where they tried to unite the world, kumbaya, bring about peace and save mankind. And even though that's noble, it's usually there's the evil people behind it because they want control. Right? So that failed. We entered into World War II, like I shared last night, and we get out of World War II, 60 million dead, so we got to do something. So now we get the United Nations. But with limited power, this war, I believe, will bring about the cry across the world for nations to give up their arms to unite, to finally give in to the UN plan, and the UN will transform from what it is now to a world government.
And I believe this is what the Bible teaches, and I believe that there's going to be this war. And people will think us crazy for saying, no, that's a bad idea. And they're going to look at you and go, you had a war that killed one-third of the people on this earth, and you don't want to give up your sovereignty, America. Can you imagine the pressure? Let me try to finish here. The Bible's very specific about the Euphrates River, right? And that this war having something to do with something that starts in that area. There's a little civil war going on right now in Syria. The Russians are there, and the Israelis, and it's bad. Iran's involved. All of these nations are spoken about in Ezekiel 38 as eventually gathering together and coming against the nation of Israel. All right? This is a fact. I can get into the Israel thing. And anybody out there says that all the Jews that are in Israel right now, that's all fake Jews. And it's all, uh-uh. I'm sorry, you're just wrong. You're dead wrong. Okay? You bought into a lot of propaganda. Now, some of them aren't real Jews, but a lot of them are. But the fact is, God said He would restore the nation, the land of Israel into their hands in the last day. That's happened. Okay? He says there's going to be a war. The Euphrates River, by the way, starts in Turkey and runs through Syria, all the way through Syria, all the way through Iraq, and touches Iran for about 50 miles near the Persian Gulf. He said four angels, be loose. Isn't it interesting that four nations? Isn't it interesting that it's Iran and Russia and Syria in this civil war and Israel stuck in the middle of all this? I didn't know that came off. And there's this stuff going on. Now, again, I'm not even here to try to predict when this is going to happen. I don't know. But stuff is constantly happening. You know, the Bible foretold Gog and Magog would join together with Persia and Gomer in the House of Togarmah. And you look up what all those are. It's Russia, Iran, Turkey. And I can prove all that. I have a whole message on that. I can't get into that. But it's all happening. Now, I'm going to close. I know I'm probably going over here a little bit. Almost. It's 12. I've got to show you this. So one day I was saying, okay, Lord, and you've got to be this way. You've got to be teachable and you've got to be willing to say, okay, Lord, am I wrong? Am I wrong about this? This is what I believe. I've studied it out. It's what I believe. But I guess I was having a moment of, you know,
like John the Baptist with Jesus. Are you the one? Or is there another one? Right. Is this it? Or is this the way it is? Or have I missed this? Right. And some of you who used to listen to our radio show prophecy quake, you know, years ago, you'll remember when this happened because I was getting ready for a prophecy quake and I was praying about this. Lord, is this the correct interpretation of these trumpets? And I was asking just because I'm thinking of the timing of these things. So I'm believing the trumpets start World War I, 1914. Right. So I'm praying and I have the Bible open to the trumpet chapter where it starts in Revelation 8. I have the Bible open and I'm praying and asking the Lord for confirmation. Am I right? Am I wrong? Do you do that? It's a good thing to do. Am I right? Am I wrong? And so I'm reading this and you have to understand too and everybody already know this by now. I come from a Pentecostal background. I am Pentecostal. That means I believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are still for the church today. The gift of tongues, the gift of prophecy, interpretation of tongues, healing, miracles, word of knowledge. I believe the gifts of the Spirit are still for today. I've been Pentecostal since I've been saved. And I've studied Pentecostal outpouring history. I know it pretty well. All right. My great-grandmother, my great-aunt that prayed for me and prayed me into the kingdom of God were tongue-talking Pentecostal saints that loved God and lived holy. Okay. And this old boy wouldn't be here if those ladies hadn't prayed and fasted and prayed in the spirit and tongue for me for years. All right. So I know about the history of like the 1857 prayer revival that led up to the early 1900s in the Welsh revival and then the Azusa Street revival. And the Azusa Street revival was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit that began in Los Angeles, California where there was really a restoration of the gift of tongues and the gifts of the spirit and it was powerful. It became, actually, and I'm not trying, I don't care if you're a Baptist background or Presbyterian and you say, I don't like you Pentecostal, you all look crazy. But let me tell you, yes. There's crazy people and people in error in every denomination. Okay. All right. So yes, we do have some crazies in the Pentecostal and Charismatic movement. And I have written a book about here's true Pentecostal people and here's Charismaniac people. All right. And believe me, I know because I've been in that group for a long time. All right. So I can tell you. Yes. I don't want to associate with it. I don't blame some of you. But this is the fact of history. God poured out his spirit, I believe it was the last day outpouring. And it began in the early 1900s. And God poured out his spirit and the gift of tongues never really went away. I mean, Charles Finney spoke in tongues.
A lot of people don't know that. As did John Wesley. John Wesley wrote about it. Okay. The gifts never completely disappeared. But they just got pushed aside. And doctrines of men and theologies and cessation theology and all this stuff got, you know, got a hold of seminaries and everything. So, but you say, why am I saying this? Okay. You know, because the great Welsh revival happened in 1904, 1905. And then you had Azusa Street, 1906. And Azusa Street, the Pentecostal outpour, became the fastest growing segment of Christianity in the 20th century for the whole hundred years. Okay. That's a fact of the church. Of church history. Now, I was reading this. And so, let's read this. Revelation 8, 2-6. And I saw seven angels which stood before God. And they were given the seven trumpets. And another angel came and stood at the altar having a golden censer. And there was given unto him much incense. And he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar, which was before the throne. And the smoke of this incense, which came up with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand. Now, let me say this. The timeframe of this is talking about right before the first trumpet's bone. So, if the first trumpet was World War I, 1914, then this means this right here is right before that happened. So, right before 1914. And he says that these prayers are ascending to the throne of God. A lot of prayers ascending to the throne of God. Well, there was a prayer revival. Go look it up. There was a 1957 prayer revival that lasted for several decades leading up into the 1900s. There was great prayer revival, great prayer movement. So, these prayers are going up before, going up to the throne of God. And look what it says happened. It says, so this is what's good about prayer. When you get enough prayer stored up, God throws down some fire to help you. And the angel took the censer and filled it with fire of the altar. And where did he cast it? He cast it into the earth. Into. Y'all like that? He cast it into the earth, because he's sitting right outside. He cast it into the earth. And listen to this. It says, there were voices and thunderings and lightning and an earthquake. Now, why would you even say these things? Okay, Lord. All this prayer went up. You cast fire down. And there's voices and lightning and thunder and an earthquake. Well, when you have to say, if God's going to mention an earthquake, maybe it might be a significant one. So, let's look. When I was asking God to confirm this to me, I realized something. I looked up in the Greek dictionary, and the word voices there can be translated languages.
So, God, all these prayers went up. And when God cast the fire down, remember what happened in the day of Pentecost, Acts chapter 2? Fire from heaven came. And they spoke with tongues as the Spirit gave them up. When the Holy Ghost comes, there can be wind. There can be fire. And sometimes it can appear visibly, and sometimes it's not. It's a spiritual fire. But it says that He sent this fire with voices. Languages, meaning multiple languages. I believe the gifts of tongues, both unknown tongues, supernatural tongues, was poured out at Azusa Street in 1906, again, for the last day's church. Just like He did for the beginning of the church, He would restore. That's what the Bible talks about, the early rain, the latter rain, for the last day. So, He said languages and fire. He said, what's the confirming thing, though, for me? I mean, I was shaking and chilled when I saw this. Language or tongue, y'all see that? Pentecostal outpouring. The date that it really hit hard when it began was April 9, 1906. So, you have the prayers going up, 1857 to the early 1900s. Then you have the Welsh Revival, 1904, 1905. And then, boom, God pours out fire, voices, languages. You have the Pentecostal outpouring, April 9, 1906. And then, one of the greatest earthquakes to ever hit. And this is it. Look, it was in the Los Angeles Times, April 18. This weird Bible of tongues. They start criticizing it right when it started. April 18, 1906. On April 18, 1906 was the great San Francisco earthquake that destroyed 80% of San Francisco. 1906, San Francisco earthquake struck the coast of northern California at 5.12 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18. Devastating fires broke out in the city that lasted for several days. The result was about 3,000 people died, and over 80% of San Francisco was destroyed. The earthquake and resulting fire are remembered as one of the worst natural disasters in the history of the United States alongside the Galveston hurricane of 1900 and Hurricane Katrina in 1905. The death toll from the earthquake and resulting fire remains the greatest loss of life from a natural disaster in California history. Here's some of the newspapers from back then.
3,000 dead, San Francisco obliterated. Now, the U.S. Geological Survey calls this the Great 1906 San Francisco earthquake. It's not just a regular earthquake. They call it the Great Earthquake, and I'm going to show you why. They call it the Great Earthquake because they get into it right here so you can see it. The California earthquake of April, 1906 ranks as one of the most significant earthquakes of all time. Today, its importance comes from the wealth of scientific knowledge derived from its shearing size rupturing the northwest 296 miles, 477 kilometers, of the San Andreas Fault from northwest San Juan Bautista to the triple junction of Cape Mendocina and the earthquake confounded contemporary geologists with its large horizontal displacements and great rupture length. This was a massive earthquake, but do you see it follows the pattern of Revelation 8, a prayer movement, fire and languages coming down upon the church. April 9, 1906, the languages, the gift of tongues, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the outpouring of the Pentecostal revival one week, well, nine days later, the Great San Francisco earthquake is what God said. And the Great Azusa Street revival there at 312 Azusa Street went 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for three to four years. So right before 1914, you had a revival begin that was voices in languages followed by a great earthquake and then the first trumpet found. So God pours out his, begins to pour out his latter rain of his spirit, the end time outpouring of his Holy Spirit and the first trumpet blows right after that. So I don't know if you're convinced, but I'm convinced. If I wasn't convinced, I wouldn't share it with you. But you see how things can creep up on you? Twentieth century, you know what I mean? I was born in 1967. Don't let anybody say anything. It's older than people older than that in here. I'm not that old. But I remember now I'm growing up in the last, you know, 40 years, 30 something years of the 20th century, and these things are happening. I mean, 1986, I was getting ready to graduate from high school in Chernobyl.
1991, I'm really clueless about this. 1991, I'm preaching in Maxwell Federal Prison in Montgomery every Monday night during the entire Gulf War. And I knew it was significant, but I really didn't know how significant. Anyway, the seventh trumpet is interesting because the seventh trumpet just says, God says, it's done. And then what Paul says, see, this is why, too, I believe the rapture is at the end. I believe the rapture and the second coming happen on the same day. And I believe that because Paul said this, I show you a mystery. Why was it a mystery? Because Revelation hadn't been written yet. Paul wrote probably around 60 AD, 62, whatever. He wrote the book of 1 Corinthians, and he said, I show you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed in the moment, the twinkling of an eye. At the last trump. See, I've never understood pre-trip folks. They'll say, yeah, we go with the last trump. But then they'll say, well, we're going to have a pre-trip rapture, and then there's going to be seven trumpets blown. Does that make any sense? Because the last time I looked up last in the Greek, it meant, that's right. So Paul was revealing a mystery that there would be a series of trumpets. You go look at the seventh trumpet, and what does it say? Mystery of God finished. It's over. Done. You go and look at the sixth. The sixth seal is the end of the seals, because the seventh seal, he just says there's 30 minutes of silence in heaven. You know why? Because everybody in heaven is in awe and shock at what God's doing in judgment. Nobody's opening their mouths. Like when daddy gets mad, everybody gets quiet, right? Uh-oh, dad's upset. Shut up. Just be quiet. But the seventh trumpet, it says the mystery of God is finished. And then in the last three and a half years, the seven vials will be poured out. They're poured out on the kingdom of the beast, which means he has to have a kingdom. That's the first one. Those who took the mark, so on. The seven vials are poured out in the last three and a half years, but the last vial, the seventh vial, what does God say? It is done. So see, the seventh trumpet and the seventh vial, it is finished. It is done. They happen at the same time. That's what I believe is on the last day. Remember, Jesus said this, he said this three times in John 6 or 4. He's talking about raising up the righteous, the resurrection, what's been called the rapture of the righteous. He said, I will raise him up, the righteous who believe in me. Follow me. He said, I will raise him up at the last day. He didn't say the last days. He said, at the last day.
He said, like it was in the days of Lot, the same day Lot went out, rained fire down. The great day of judgment, listen to me, these things right here just creep up on you. There is a great day of God's wrath. It is one day. He didn't say one day. And the day of the seventh trumpet and the seventh vial, when we get to that last day, we are going to be raptured out of here. The moment of the twinkling of the life of your true believer and true follower of Jesus Christ, you're going to be taken up at the same moment. It says every island, every mountain will be moved and brought down. All the cities of the nations will be brought down. There is a great day. So I do believe we're escaping wrath. We're escaping that last great day of his wrath. There's a lot going to happen on that day. The Lord Jesus will be busy. And you know, see, and let me just shock you. Everybody gets this picture. Jesus is all love and sweet and everything. Yeah, he is. But when he comes back, he is going to be killing and destroying the Satan worshiping, child molesting, Antichrist following. That's why he says vengeance is mine. And it says that when he gets through killing them, that his garments will be splattered with their blood. He came as a little baby in a manger the first time, did no one harm, loved everybody, said, I want to save you. I want to forgive you. I want to heal you. I want to love you. Come to me. Just come to me. You don't have to be perfect. Just come to me. Just follow me. Just don't be wicked. Don't be evil. That seems to be too hard for so many. But you want to be wicked. You want to be evil. He's not coming back the way he came the first time. And you know, I read about these people molesting these kids. How long can you wait? Why do you wait? There's such wickedness, such evil. And people, you know, a lot of atheists, why does God allow evil? The only reason he's waiting is because of his love and his mercy and his patience, trying to give us another chance to get our lives right with him and start walking with him and repent and get forgiveness. And that's what he's waiting on. But people say, why does God let evil happen? You know, the day's coming. He's about to put a stop to it. See, they talk, why don't God come and stop the evil? He is, but you're not going to like it when he comes. See, he is coming.
And he's going to stop the evil and the wicked. And he's going to set up his kingdom on the earth. And you choose. See, people get all upset, but really it's simple. You choose, you want to be in his kingdom, or you choose, you want to be with Satan. I don't want to be with Satan. Amen. Alright, go nuts. You want to get a picture? Huh?
