Lord, this you moved in this place and you healed people and touched people and we ask you to do the same today. Lord, I know there are those here that need healing. And we pray for those miracles to flow. You're faithful. We know we're in a war with Satan and he knows how to manipulate sickness and disease and attack us. But Lord, you've given us power to resist the devil so that he'll flee from us. You said believers would lay hands on the sick and they will recover. You said for the elders of the church to anoint people with oil and Lord, you'd heal the sick through the prayer of faith. And Lord, we believe you're the same yesterday, today, and forever. Jesus, you still come into your church. You still heal. You still deliver. You still save. You convict people of their sins and reveal yourself to them. Lord, we're grateful. I I'll never forget the day you revealed yourself to me when I felt the power, the peace, the love, the glory of heaven, your presence coming into my heart and my life. There's nothing better than to know you and walk with you, Lord. I know we're missing a few. this this weird COVID slash whatever it is is going through again and it is something else I tell you what now um before we put up any of my slides let's put up Ephesians chapter 6 want to talk to you this morning about what we're facing um just the spiritual attack this month. Actually, you just put the get ready for Ephesians 6, but you can put the the title slide up today. I've called this uh the curses of October uh this morning. It's just unreal. After walking with the Lord now all these years, uh my first Halloween was eventful after I came back to the Lord. Um, and there's just always been every single October the level of witchcraft, the level of spiritual darkness and heaviness and weird things happening and uh have just been consistent. I mean, this is something I've learned, but there's reasons why. So, I want everybody to go to Ephesians 6. I want to read something here. Should be familiar to you. Verse 10, he says here, "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the ws of the devil." Why? For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places. Somebody say spiritual wickedness. Spiritual wickedness. All right. He says, "Wherefore, for that reason that we wrestle with these unseen powers of darkness." He says, "Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand." And notice what he says here, "In the evil day." Somebody say, "In the evil day." In the evil day. What's the evil day? The evil day is when it seems like the enemy is just coming in from all sides and angles like
a flood against you and you feel completely overwhelmed by it. And I've had many of these seasons in my life. So, I'm I'm well qualified to speak to you about this matter. Um, the devil has tried to stop me from doing what God's called me to do for now 38 plus years. But he says, "Wherefore, for that reason, take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand the attack basically in the evil day. And having done all to stand, what does he say? Stand. Stand therefore, having your loins gird about with the truth, having on the breastplate of righteousness, your feet shaw with the preparation of the gospel of peace, above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked, and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God, praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit, and watching there unto with all perseverance, meaning pers persevere through the difficulty you're facing. And then he says supplication for all saints. And he he's asking he says, "Praying always with all kinds of prayer, persevering in prayer and for me that utterance may be given me that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel." So Paul was asking them to pray for him because of this warfare he was in. Now for the modern church world, it's unbelievable that the Bible talks about here when it talks about the shield of faith. Uh the shield of faith is just real simply defined as this is that you believe in your heart the word of God, the Bible. And there are so many people who do not believe the Bible. And faith also, true faith, as I taught you a few weeks back, true faith always has what with it? Actions. That's correct. So, we are supposed to be believing from the heart what the word of God says and speaking it out of our mouths. And when Satan came to Jesus when he was fasting 40 days in the wilderness, Jesus, even before he rebuked him and sent him on his way, what did he do? Every time the devil spoke something to attack Jesus, Jesus quoted the word back to him. And see this is where again most of the church world both uh in Europe and America do not believe the Bible. Therefore they do not have the shield of faith. All right. Now, one place that they don't believe the Bible and act upon it is dealing with darkness. I guess I'm my mind's blown. And you can put up that second slide. My mind's blown when I see the ignorance
of Christians who don't know the Bible and celebrate witches, demons, fairies, witchcraft, spells, ghosts, death, horror, gore. It's really unbelievable. But what I want to get in your head, you need to understand that this month, this particular holiday, as they call it, Halloween, it's so dark behind the scenes, y'all. It's so dark. What's going on behind the scenes? How can we participate in it at all? How do you put these images in your homes on your front doorstep? The moment you take unto yourself into your home or to your being anything of an occult nature, witchcraft, sorcery, false religion, paganism, I don't care if it's a necklace. I don't care if it's a book. I don't care if it's a a picture. I don't care if it's a little figurine. The moment you take it unto yourself, that thing is a curse. Now, when I say something is a cursed, that means that it has a demon attached to it. The physical thing, let's say it's a little statue of a fairy, that's nothing. It's a piece of plastic or a piece of wood or whatever it's made out of, that's nothing. But because it is in the image of a demon, because fairies are real. Yeah. The little things that fly around. Yeah. They're real. All right. Um because there's demons of all sizes and shapes, right? But the little thing that you see thinking, "Oh, how cute. It's got a little demon that's going to go home with you. It's going to hang out with you." And the Bible says, "If you take of the oursed thing," and we're going to read these verses, you become an aursed thing like it. Okay? Now, also on top of all this, behind the scenes of this, let's let's just put up the slide of what's really going on because they actually celebrate the witches and the Satanists actually celebrate from about October 28th. And that's not the one. It's uh you'll see it where it says the human sacrifice. But from about October 28th about November 4th, they are celebrating this and of course they have their big night on Halloween, but it's where he they practice human sacrifice. Now, I know this because
as I've shared many times, I led a young lady who was a generational Satanist, trained to be a witch and to operate in the supernatural from the time she was born, sexually abused so demons would be put into her. Um, she was going to be the high priestess of a very large covenant. probably about 1,500 members in this coven. 1,500 people in a in a coven in this town of about 3,000 people. You imagine moving to that town. Have fun with that, right? And here's what's wild. You can I could walk down the street and this was Eureka Springs, Arkansas. It's still bad, but I could walk down the street. This was funny. I I had lived there for about a year and got saved. I'd been out on the street witnessing and and me and the Satanist and witches had clashed to say the least. And I had left and come back home. And then when I went back again with my brother to go pick up my motorcycle and drive back, we decided to hang out for a few days. And I told him we we drove into town at the top of the town. It's a little mountain town. you go down this little mountain. I parked at the top and I said, "I'm going to start walking down through downtown." I said, "You just wait a few minutes and then follow behind me." Right, man? He said, "I I was walking down and I walked by like one of the occult stores and they looked at me and I kept walking." Allan said they ran up and locked the door and went back and got on the telephone. That's what my brother saw. And I walked by another one. Same thing. They shut the door, locked it, went back, got on the telephone. Uh, they hated me. Why? Because their demons encountered a real Christian. See, I really got converted. I didn't know that there were a lot of Christians who were lukewarm and wide open to the devil and walking around full of demons. I just thought, "Hey, if you're a Christian, man, you got Jesus, you got power, you got protection." And so when she came up to me to ask me about uh Jesus, she said, "We've been watching you. We Who's we?" Right? And then she told me, "I've grown up in a satanic covenant." She said, "I know you have Jesus because we've tried to kill you and we can't." She said, "We have sent every spell, every curse, every incantation possible against you." And see this I knew because I remember certain nights when I would be at home
by myself when I was in Arkansas at that time and I'd be at home by myself at night and I'd be trying to pray and I would see as I had my eyes closed. I would see in the spirit all these demons coming at me and I'd feel all this darkness and heaviness and oppression and I'd have to fight it off. But I mean it would be like I saw them coming in like like crowds of them coming just tons coming from this way and then from this way and then I would just pray and it was like a a bomb of light would go off and they would be scattered like a like a grenade went off. And she said, "We have sent them and sent them and sent them. We have cursed you in pentagrams, candles, everything else. Now, it was a battle. I felt it all. I went through the battle. I had to bind the demons and resist them and break the curses and fight in prayer to push it back. And this is why I'm talking about the shield of faith. The shield of faith has action to it. It must do something. It must say something. And if you sit there and take it, the devil's going to beat you to death. It's real simple. But I'm just going to tell you right now, the devil does not waste his time on Christians who are not a problem for him. So, anybody that's serious about walking with Jesus, anybody who's acting on the word of God, anybody who's preaching the gospel clearly, correctly, the devil's going to do everything he can to stop that person. She came up and told me, she said, "We sent assassins when the demons didn't work." She said, "We sent assassins to shoot you with a real gun." She said, "Didn't work. They would be hit in their eyes and their face with a like a ball of light and be knocked to the ground. It's crazy. this. See, and I I I talk about some of this and the and Western Christians think you're crazy. Now, you go to Africa and talk about it. Oh, yeah. This is like everyday life around here. No big deal. This is the way it is. You either on one side or the other over there. They know it, right? But you don't realize you're on one side of the other, too. Whether you know it or not, right? And some are on the other side and they know it. I'm about to blow your minds about something today. Now, did y'all find it? Not that one.
It's got the uh the dates on there. Yeah. Hang on. Let me find my picture. It's in that list of them. You'll find it in a second. I got to start putting this stuff in PowerPoint slides, but I want everybody to go with me to Deuteronomy 7. Just I want you to see this. Deuteronomy 7 25- 26 real quick. Somebody say, "Oh, now this is Old Testament. We're not under Old Testament law." No, we learn principles, though. And if we see those principles carried over in the New Testament, then guess what? Still got to deal with it today. Okay. So, right here, Deuteronomy 7:25-26, he says, "The graven images." Now, just think about that for a second. Images. Images can be an object or can be a painting, a picture. He says, 'The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire. Or should I put them on my front porch? No, you shall burn them with fire. Thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them. Now, think about that. If they've got silver or gold on them, you're not even to keep it because that silver and gold is a curse by God. You find out who the greedy guts are, right? And then he says, "Don't take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therein, for it is an abomination to the Lord thy God." He hates it. He detests it. It's not just that he has an issue with it. He has a huge issue with it. And then he says through Moses, "Neither shalt thou bring an abomination into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it, but thou shalt utterly detest it, and thou shalt utterly abhore it, for it is a cursed thing." This is the attitude we are supposed to have toward any occult practices, images. But we got Christians running around dressing up like witches. Sometimes I wonder if these Christians in these churches that dress up like witches really are witches. You say, "Pastor Dean, well, why is this important?" Yeah, just leave that up for a minute. Why is this important? Because all of you, whether you realize it or not, are going to deal with the curses of October.
And there's other satanic days as well, which is why I believe like during Christmas time, there's a lot of suicides because there's a lot of satanic demonic activity. But October 13th is a continuous high holy day for the Satanist. October 28th through November 4th, blood rituals, abduction. They abduct usually the animals or the humans that they are going to sacrifice during this time period. Uh ceremonial preparation, holding of a sacrificial victim, which I'm not going to get into all that they do, and human sacrifice. Now, when I when I led that young lady to the Lord in Arkansas out of Satanism, I was there. That happened in about let's see I came back to the Lord in June. So it was probably around uh September, August, September. Uh I'm trying to remember. But anyway, I was there for I don't know a number of months praying with her, kind of protecting her from the cult. But as we got closer to Halloween in this time period, uh the threats began to come. the threats that they were going to use her as a sacrifice on Halloween. And me, too. And I just laughed, you know, that that's when they dropped uh black a bundle of black roses at my doorstep and a dead cat. And you know, they're like, "All right." So, you know what I did with the black roses? I got in my car. I took him to the guy I knew was the high priest uh store in his occult store in there and I went up to him. He was across the counter. I threw him at him and turned around and walked out, rebuked him in the name of Jesus and just left. Right? That was on Halloween, by the way. And so what had happened on that Halloween, a friend of mine, Billy McClendon, who's still a minister to this day, he was my best, one of my best friends, um I led him to the Lord right before we went from Oklahoma over back over to Arkansas to babysit this person on Halloween. I spent the whole night there. And this was the night that was really the first time that I had what's called an open vision. An open vision is when you have your eyes open and you see the spiritual realm. Now I can a lot of times when my eyes are closed the Lord will show me something in the spirit or when you're asleep that's you're seeing in the spirit realm when you dream. Now, I remember sitting there with her and she's sitting all the way across the room. Only have a lamp on over there,
lamp on over here. Billy's in the kitchen making a frozen pizza. It's about 2:00 in the morning or whatever. And I see her eyes dart over here. And so I just follow her eyes and my eyes are wide open. And there's a demon about this tall, half monkey, half reptilian, horns, silly looking thing, but still evil. And it's doing a little dance at her like this, like it's trying to scare or something. I'm like, "What the heck?" But I just watched this thing dance around and I kind of laughed for a minute and I was like, "Oh, uh, not today." And I just got down on my knees and I said, "Devil, I bind you, you demons in here, and I command you to leave in Jesus name." Poof. He was gone. Trying to teach her as well how to resist. Uh she's the one I talk about when this is my first casting out of demons I ever experienced. But when a voice comes out of a young lady that sounds like a male monster creature, that's the only way I know how to describe it. And I had a little hair back then. It blew blew it back a little bit. That's the one that said my Miss Legion. I mean, she had she was loaded. Thousands of we cast them out. And um and then I came back uh drove all the way stayed up all night and then drove all the way from Arkansas back to Alabama. Got back here November 1st. I will never forget all that. Why? because I could feel the entire month and that that night the curses, the spells the demons sent toward me. And what the Lord was doing, I mean, this is just months after I've rededicated my life. What he's doing is he's teaching me about that that this this warfare, this spiritual realm is real. And this stuff goes on. And I'll just say this. Everything she told me about Satanism, the occult, their plans for the future, their plans for the tribulation period, everything she told me, this is pre- internet before, you know, everybody became an expert at everything because they can Google, right? But everything she told me came to pass. She even told me about Jimmy Swagger before anyone knew. about his fall. She told me a lot of stuff. She They knew it because they keep an eye on the preachers so they can trip them up.
They're always looking so to get you and they're always around. See, infiltration, the devil knows he only has a few ways to get to you. particularly a church or a family or whatever an institution is that first the attacks can come from outside. He can move people to talk about you, spread rumors about you, to lie about you, blah blah blah blah blah. Right? That doesn't work. Then he'll find somebody around you that's weak and susceptible like he did with Judas and he'll move upon them to betray you or hurt you in some way. or somebody who's highlevel Satanist will infiltrate an organization particularly a church they want to infiltrate every church every Bible school seminary and that infiltration is so that they can try to find weaknesses or open doorways or create open doorways or report back to people over them in Satanism what's working, what's not working. And it's it's just an ongoing battle. And I've had to deal with it for years and years and years. And this is uh it shouldn't be a surprise. Let's go to uh show you Second Timothy chapter 3. Paul warned of this, but sometimes we have to look up the the Greek words or the Hebrew words to get a better understanding what he was saying. But 2 Timothy 3:12 and 13 and 14 here, that's what he said. He said, "Yay, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution, but evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." But then he tells Timothy, "But you continue thou in the things which thou hast learned, being assured of knowing of whom thou hast learned them, and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus." All scriptures given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, reprove, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Now, when he says, let's back up to verse 13. When he says, "But evil men and seducers," you can check me on this, but I've been teaching it and preaching it for years, but the Greek word there goes,
the Greek word means wizards. Those who mutter spells, those who are impostors, who take on a role to deceive, pretend to be something they're not. And see, we've had it in this church ever since we started. From day one, we had infiltrators from day one. Some of you wonder why I put some people in the road. because I knew what you didn't know and I don't have to apologize for it. And it's amazing when you deal with them how many people will still follow the witch. It's happened so many times. I put a a witch or a questionable individual out of this church because I knew what they were doing and watch people follow them right out the door and still hang out with them. And I'm like, good luck with that. It shows again no discernment whatsoever. And uh like I said, some people just there are people out there just have to learn the hard way. They just don't get it. Because what it says for us to do about these people, especially if they claim to be a brother, see, this is the thing about it. When they claim to be a brother or a sister in Christ, and then we find out what they're really doing. They're practicing witchcraft, idolatry, and we know they're doing that, but they claim to be a Christian. What does 1 Corinthians 5 say we're supposed to do about that? They supposed to go out the door. Now, one of the ways they infiltrate, and there's been a lot of pastors whose lives have been taken down. They were young men. God called them to the ministry, anointed them. God was using them in powerful ways. And then they married some cute young thing that stole their heart because of lust. And they married a witch and didn't know it. Didn't know it. And you got married couples in the ministry in some of these churches, some of these big churches, and you got a witch right beside the pastor, either manipulating the way things should go, laying hands on people and imparting demons to them, or just reinforcing her husband if he gets off base a little bit.
I remember there was some big time TV preachers a few years ago going back 30 years ago. I remember the first time I ever heard him and I remember going all right something wrong with that dude. And then I saw his wife, oh I know why he's like this. I wonder if he knows he's married to a Satanist witch. Two of the biggest ones on television are married to witches. But I digress. Y'all go, who is it? Who is it? Who is it? Figure it out. I'm not going to get sued. All right. Now, go with me to uh 2 Chronicles 33:6. I just want to quote this verse. I believe it's talk, if I remember correctly, it's talking about Manasseh. Manasseh was a son of Hezekiah that he wasn't supposed to have. Y'all want me to pause for a second? Tell you something. You get out of the will of God, you can birth a lot of bad things. Prophet Isaiah came to the king Hezekiah and get your house in order. You're going to die. Turn around and walked out. Not a prophecy you like to hear. Some of you say, "Oh, that can't be of God. I thought prophecy was supposed to be for edification, exhortation, and comfort." Well, it's not just for that. Sometimes God knows what's going to happen. And it's better for some people that they go on when they go than to stay here. But Hezekiah turned his face to the wall, cried to the Lord. He didn't want to die. He wanted more time. And the Lord finally sent Isaiah back and said, "Tell him, I'll give him 15 more years." And the Lord healed him. So he got what he wanted. Got to answer prayer, got a healing, got a miracle. And then he and his wife had Manassa who became the most wicked king Israel ever had. He was worse than Ahab, right? And this is what it says about him right here. 33:6. And he caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Henan. Also, he observed times, astrology, used enchantments, that's spells and incantations, used witchcraft, dealt with familiar spirits, with wizards, and he wrought much evil in the sight of the Lord to provoke him to anger.
And it was because of Manasseh that God finally came in and judged Israel. It was because of Manassa that the glory of God left the temple and God brought the whole thing down. So sometimes we need to we need to know if we're in the will of God. But look at what he lists here. And if you go to Galatians 5:19, go to Galatians 5 19 and 20. Let me show you something. God still hates witchcraft. And he says, "If you practice it, live in it, walk in it, you will not go to heaven." There's another place you're headed. Let's read this. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: adultery, fornication, that's word porna, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry. Look at here, witchcraft. Somebody say witchcraft. Witchcraft. Then he goes on, "Hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, reing, and such like of which I told you before, as I've also told you in time past, that they which do the Greek word paso, practice habitually such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." No witches are going to heaven. You understand? Unless they repent and stop doing what they're doing, they got to put it all away. They got to burn it all. They got to turn away from all of it. And like I've said many times, what do I tell them? You break up with the devil and give him back his stuff. That's when you get free. And listen, the good thing about it, and if anybody that's watching out there, if you're a Satanist or a witch, look, we don't hate you. We don't want you to go to hell. Even though you curse us and you try to attack us and do all this crazy stuff, even murder people and sacrifice people, it's wickedness. It's evil. But through Jesus, because he died on the cross for you and rose from the dead and has the power of key, the keys of hell and death, he can save you. He can I've seen Satanists come out of that and give their lives to Jesus and get free from the demons. Remember the story Mitch the Satanist. Mitch Mitch came to me. He said, "What what got me to believe was that you knew what I was and who I was, but you still loved me and cared about me and wanted me to make it that." I mean, he said that to me face to face right before I believe he was murdered. martyed for his faith in Jesus because he had been deep into Satanism
and he knew too much. He knew about the murders of the teenagers here that they were calling suicides. But see, we've got to fight this stuff in the spirit, y'all. And right now I'm just going to tell you that me and my family, I don't know about y'all and this church and some of situations I know about, but we are under massive attack like we have not been under in a long time. I just got to share this is basically I mean we have been in this building renting this building for 10 years and basically they are forcing us out before we're ready to go out. The landlord has just demonpossessed now. He wants to triple our rent from what it is now and make us sign a three-year lease when he knows that we have land and are going to try to do something. So, we're not going to sign a three-year lease with a tripled rent. Tripled. But I have suspicions about that individual anyway because we originally when we moved in this building, we had a Christian owner. He sold it to pretend Christians. And if you got a problem with that, Paul, you know where to stick it. All right. Anyway, cuz he pretends to be a Christian. He's not at all. Cuss Jordan out with every word that make a sailor blush when Jordan was trying to be nice to him. But anyway, we're going to figure we'll figure it out and basically it's going to make us have to move out of here before Christmas. So, we got to we're going to have to do something pretty drastic here pretty soon. But hear me out. This church has been through this before. And I'm like, devil, every time you act up like a fool like this and go after us, the Lord gives us something better every single time. So go ahead, act a fool. The Lord's going to give us something better. Maybe the Lord's allowing this to make us move forward and go forward like I preached a few weeks ago when it looks like you can't go any direction. Um, God opens the red. I'm not worried about it. I remember when we got word of it, my wife was on the phone and because he came and put notices on the I was like, "Dude, has my phone number?" Um, yeah, power trip, Napoleon syndrome, whatever it is. Um, but I remember when Nancy was on the phone, she got off, I heard what it, you know, everything. And I just laid there. I didn't say anything for a while. She goes, "You had said a word." I was like, "I don't care. I'm not worried about it." Um, you know, it's another trial to walk through. You understand? We'll get through it because I know God's with us. We'll get through it just fine. Right? And this is how you have to look at these things. Um, and believe God, trust God. The Lord knows what we have need of before we ask it, right? And we've asked him, and he'll supply what we need. Um, but it's it's you know with my wife being sick and she's had a weird sickness just on and off fever just very strange. It looks like it's going away. Boom. Fever come back. Um, I got COVID about three weeks ago. Took Ivormectin and everything and got over it within about a week. Started doing stuff again. It felt like I went completely back like relapsed back into it. Then rested and took Ivormectin protocol for another season. Started feeling better, another it's just the most bizarre thing. But I know that the witches, the Satanists, oh yes, and the Christians who hate us. Oh, we got some Christian haters out there. And what a lot of people don't understand why God said don't hate your brother. It's because you send your human spirit to attack them. Your hatred is really in the spirit attempted murder. Don't believe it? He that hates his brother, First John, is a murderer. And we know that no murderer has eternal life in them. And we have had people leave here, been gone for years, and still can't stop the hate and the negative words. And let me just simplify what witchcraft is. Witchcraft is speaking words against an individual. It is speaking words to manipulate or push an individual to do what you want them to do.
It is speaking words of harm or ill will or accidents or injury or sickness or death curses, destruction rituals they do. And I can tell you this right now, people act like, "Oh, well that no Christian, they can't touch a Christian." Yeah, but there's Christians out here who are not really walking with the full armor of God on. They don't live righteous, so they don't have on the breastplate of righteousness. They don't walk in faith because they don't believe and speak and act upon the word of God. So they don't have the shield. They don't preach the true gospel to people. So they don't their feet aren't shaw with the preparation of the gospel of peace. They're not really walking in true salvation because Jesus is not Lord. They're Lord over their lives. Church is something they just do on the side. And they're walking around a battlefield in pajamas. And yes, the devil can hit them. The devil can hit them at any point that he wants to hit them. And they sit in these little weak churches where they don't get taught anything and they wonder why. Boom cancer, boom, this, boom, that. But I'm a Christian. Yeah, but what kind of Christian are you? I saw that scene from Civil War and he's asking them, "Are they Americans?" And they said, "Yeah, we're Americans." He goes, "What kind of Americans are you?" I was like, "Well, that's a valid question." Yeah. What kind of Christian are you?
