Spiritual Laziness
About this sermon
In “Spiritual Laziness,” Pastor Dean Odle presents a Scripture-centered message about demons and deliverance, prayer, holiness. Drawing especially from Proverbs 13, Luke 8, Proverbs 13:4, Proverbs 22:13, the teaching emphasizes that demonic influence must be answered through Christ’s authority and the freedom He provides. Odle connects that foundation with the conviction that prayer expresses dependence on God and prepares believers to hear and obey Him.

Lord, the only thing that makes the ground holy is because you decide to visit there. Lord, we thank you that your word declares where two or three are gathered together in your name. Lord, not liars in your name, but truth, true, genuine believers gathered in your name. You said you are there in the midst. And we just ask you, Lord, to move in our hearts. And Lord, help us all, Lord, uh, no matter how long we've been saved or how long we've been walking this thing, to stay humble, to realize that the devil is crafty in his ways and he's willing to work slowly over time. So Lord, help us. Uh, as the old saying goes, if the boot fits, help us to accept it. Lord, we pray this morning in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Y'all want to say that with me? If the boot fits, wear it.
