A musical entry point into Daniel 7 and its vision of beasts, kingdoms, judgment, and the kingdom to come.
Four winds broke upon the great sea, And four beasts rose where kingdoms would be. Daniel saw dominion before history began— Now watch the old vision meet the modern map.
First came a lion with an eagle’s wings, Then a raised-up bear commanded, “Rise and eat.” A four-winged leopard, four heads in its frame, Then iron teeth—and no creature had its name.
These are kings, these are powers that rise, Earthly empires beneath heavenly eyes. Not claiming every detail has opened its door, But the shape grows clearer as we watch and explore.
Lion, bear, leopard—beasts arise, Daniel saw kingdoms through prophetic eyes. Wings get torn and the nations transform, Then the fourth beast comes with ten crowned horns.
History moves, but the Word stands sure, What Daniel saw, Revelation saw more. Different powers become one design— Watch, stay ready: we are nearing the time.
The lion speaks English—the British crown, An empire so vast that the sun stayed around. But an eagle grew out from the lion’s own wings, Thirteen colonies rejecting their king.
Seventeen seventy-six—July four, Now look at Daniel chapter seven, verse four. The wings were plucked; separation came, Not peacefully settled, but through cannon and flame.
Revolutionary blood, independence declared, The eagle stood up as a nation prepared. Given a man’s heart, standing alone— America rose with a will of its own.
Then Russia rises like Daniel’s bear, Massive in strength with a cold northern stare. Raised on one side, uneven in frame, Empire to Soviet—the borders kept changing.
“Arise, devour much flesh,” came the word, Across wars and revolutions the command could be heard. Three ribs in its mouth—what they mean, we still watch, But the bear and its appetite clearly match.
From czars to the Kremlin, through iron and snow, It loses its ground, then returns with a roar. Feet of the bear will appear once again When the final beast gathers the kingdoms of men.
The leopard moves quickly—Germany’s might, Precision and industry, swift in the fight. Panther and Tiger, then Leopard by name, Armored machines built for speed through the terrain.
Blitzkrieg thunder tore Europe apart, Then Germany fell, split in four at the heart. Four occupation zones, then the wall came down; Rebuilt and reunited, it regained its ground.
Four wings of a fowl give the leopard its flight— France bears the rooster, now the partners unite. Old enemies reconciled, no longer at war, Élysée to Aachen, integration grew more.
The Franco-German engine makes Europe advance: German industrial power joined together with France. The leopard forms the body, the wings give it reach, But four heads remain hidden—we won’t force what they mean.
Scripture is certain; our mappings are tried. Test every theory—let the Word be the guide. We watch present structures, but humbly confess: Only fulfillment will settle the rest.
Still, lion and eagle, the leopard and bear Now stand as great powers with influence to share. Daniel saw separately what John saw combined— One beast, one system, one terrible design.
Then something dreadful came out of the night, Iron teeth crushing whatever it liked. Ten horns rising, ten kings for an hour, Then one little horn starts consuming their power.
Perhaps through the UN, perhaps something new, Perhaps after world war breaks the order in two. From crisis comes structure; from chaos, control— A government claiming it can rescue the whole.
Then Revelation thirteen brings the pieces as one: Leopard for the body where the system is run, Feet of the bear and the mouth of the lion, Ten horns crowned—and behind it, the dragon.
All tribes and languages fall in its reach; The mouth speaks blasphemy, demanding belief. But its forty-two months have an ending assigned— The Ancient of Days has already set time.
The beast gets its hour, but Christ gets the throne— The kingdoms of earth will become His alone.
Watch therefore. Test all things. The beasts may rise— But the Son of Man is coming.
