Antarctica in the Bible

In “Antarctica in the Bible,” Pastor Dean Odle argues from his biblical-cosmology perspective that Antarctica is not a continent beneath a globe but the outer boundary of an enclosed, circular earth. He begins with the gospel and the deity of Christ, insisting that creation study must lead to the Creator. Acts 17, Job 26 and 38, Psalms 65 and 74, and the temple’s molten sea form the sermon’s principal biblical framework for bounds, ends, waters, mountains, winds, snow, and hail.

The Firmament & Clueless Pastors

In this biblical-creation teaching, Dean Odle argues that Genesis describes a solid firmament separating waters above from waters below and that many pastors reinterpret the text through modern cosmology. He contrasts the Bible’s creation account with statements by prominent scientists, using their acknowledgment of unresolved cosmological problems to challenge the authority often granted to scientific models over Scripture.
