then they told me this story and I you know I'd hear different parts in different times and I was like I know it's a miracle that you two stayed married for sure but see that's the key I think a lot of marriages don't understand if both husband and wife will truly surrender to Jesus and truly be born again and truly say Lord I want to do your will you know what take it takes a little bit of the stress off if you put Jesus first instead of trying to make your spouse Live Like Jesus right and then you can focus as we say the 11th commandment fire and Grace Church worry about yourself right and if you get focused on Jesus because look your spouse cannot be everything to you they can't fulfill everything that you need fulfilled and then when Things Fall Apart or things get difficult and you're wanting them to be everything to hold you up and help you and everything and they can't do everything and then they get blamed and really it's because you need Jesus they can't be Jesus for you amen so somebody needed to hear that tonight and I promise you they gave you the G version of that and they gave you the cliff notes version and maybe one day we'll have we'll do uh prophecy Quake again and we'll have them on for a a little bit longer to talk about that if they want to but I I wanted them to share share because just how important it is you know how if you listen to my sermons on a regular basis you know how often I talk about the need and to be born again to have that moment that you truly surrender to Jesus and you know that he comes in and transforms you that you know your sins are forgiven and you know that he's real and you feel the witness and peace of his presence and when you get up from that whether it's from your from your knees or from a church altar or you know beside your bed and you get up and you know Jesus is Lord of my life I know him he's forgiven me he's washed me clean he's real he is god um and you know it no one can talk you out of it after that and and like Brie said Jeffrey said you're going to have struggles you're going to have struggles as a Christian but like I said I I've met him I know him you can't talk me out of it you can't talk me out of walking with the Lord and loving him and knowing him I don't care what argument comes my way I'm like if what is it no nobody can convince a man that truly knows Jesus and has an experience of Walking With Jesus for years there is no argument that can take you away if you have it and I just want you to know you
can have it now I know some people I've had some people contact me and they've said pastor Dean you know I've prayed and prayed and prayed and and I just can't I just I've never felt the witness of the Holy Spirit I've never felt this Born Again encounter that you talk about and this is what I believe I'm going to tell you what I believe I believe why that is is because there's sometimes for some people it just happens like that and some times for some people it doesn't and I believe it's because the Lord knows you're still holding back there's something deep down you're holding on to you you you're kind of coming to him because you want relief from your problems but you don't really want to surrender your sins and your life to him and this is where people want him to be savior but not Lord and remember he said you have to confess with your mouth Jesus is what Lord and then he said to Luke through Luke said you know wrote it down that Jesus said why do you call me Lord Lord and you don't do the things that I say so if you call him Lord you call upon him and this is where most of our American church and world has got it wrong they they they call on the name of Jesus but they don't ever intend on really making him Lord they are still Lord Lord of their own lives and they're calling the shots and they're doing it their way and I just think a lot of times the Lord just sits back and goes if you want me if you want to be saved if you want to be truly born again if you want the witness of the holy spirit in your life you have to give it all you have to say I'm done with sin I'm going to hate sin like God hates sin I'm going to give up everything I don't care what I have to change that's what you have to do and you know it's amazing I mean really I was thinking I was praying and I during praise and worship and I just felt like I don't even know that I'm going to finish what I started this morning we'll we'll finish that at some point but you know what my wife spoke about today surrender are you surrendered fully or is it just halfway there a lot of people want to be baptized in the Holy Spirit the evidence of speaking in other tongues they want the gifts of the Holy Spirit to work in their life they see there but see a lot of people Simon the Sorcerer wanted the power of God in his life he wanted to speak in tongues and he wanted to lay hands on people but he want he wanted the power but he didn't want to surrender and we think about it you think about Judas Judas loved Jesus do y'all know that so how do I know that you're not
going to leave everything and follow a man for three years if you don't really believe and if you don't really love that person the problem with Judas was he had his own agenda he wanted Jesus but he wanted Jesus to do what he wanted him to do the betraying Jesus it wasn't about the 30 pieces of silver had it been about the 30 pieces of silver he would have stuck those in his little pouch and gone his way but when he saw Jesus would not fight the Roman armies and the Jews and he allowed himself when he saw Jesus surrender and let them beat him and take him Judas was like that's not what I wanted to happen I didn't want that to happen Judas was trying to force Jesus's hand to become the king and it wasn't time for Jesus to become the king of the political human world how many of us serve Jesus just like that oh we'll we'll walk with him we'll talk with him but we have our own agenda we want him to do what we want him to do we want him you know remember when the Pharisees came to him Lord do a miracle right now the Lord's like I'm not giving you a sign and then the Lord would walk to another city and do all kind kind of signs and wonders why do you think he did he would do things like that cuz he wasn't going to be he he he's not a it's not a circus show it's not I'm just going to give you something just CU you want to see it or you want to have it that's why I love that verse in fact if y'all y'all can put it up James 4:8 cuz this is what this is about but what is does it say anybody know it by heart now you do now you know it draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you cleanse your hands ye Sinners and purify your hearts you double minded draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you think about that when you want God more than you want anything else you'll find him and if you want God more than you want anything else you will do what is necessary to seek him and to find him there's some of you right now you know your wife or your husband's trying to drag you into this and you know you should go but you're hanging on to something
you got some Idol there that you're hanging on to and you see their life changing and their life's better than yours but you want to hang on to that thing and what's going to happen if you keep hanging on to that thing and you won't surrender is you're not just going to destroy your life you're going to destroy and hurt them as well in the process and your children and your family what did I say earlier today if I could get anything across to Christians it's surrender y'all want to know why I've seen the power of God move in my life over these years because when I was 19 I said Lord my life is yours I don't make the decisions anymore I was okay if you I was never to be married I was okay if I was never to have children I was okay if I was never to be rich or poor or own a house or working this job or that job or I all of that just all of that just died and it's like Jesus what do you want and you know what's cool when you fully surrender when you really do it it really gets fun after that because you just really you don't know what's next that's why it says everyone that's born of the spirit he say it's like the wind you never know where God's going to blow you this way that way I remember I drove my parents crazy those first few years cuz oh the Lord told me to go to Texas oh the Lord told me to go to Israel oh the Lord told me to go to Africa they were like what is he doing following Jesus is what I'm doing and while I look back on it you know I've told people yeah I mean I've had I had some struggles and I didn't live perfect I sinned and struggled at times I tripped up and Fa a few times not turning back or going back but I knew that I was going to get up ask the Lord to wash me clean and we were going to get on with business you know when Jesus was 12 years old they found him right he went missing and what did he say when they found him CU he was in the temple I love it answering questions and asking questions he was answering questions and they were marveling at him and he said I must be about my father's business and when they came to him one time remember the disciples came to him one time and they said Master did do you have something to eat do you want
something to eat he said I have meat to eat that you know not of they said what are you talking about he said my meat I'm kind of glad I'm past those days um but he said amen yeah I don't know about that parenting that baby thing now for us um but that he said my meat is to do the will of him that sent me into to finish his work he was saying that's my food that's what keeps me alive that's my what gives me pleasure that's what gives me strength and I just don't understand too I don't understand Christians that are born again they know they're saved but if I walked up to you and saidd do you know what God's will is for your life they don't know see I knew God began to speak to me after the fasting and praying and seeking him I knew I was called to be a pastor to be a prophet I knew I was called to be a teacher of the word of God and I knew everything that he would have me do I I would head in that direction and I would go wherever he want cuz I knew he was training training me and preparing me a lot of on the- job training was going on but how many Christians I don't know they just think well I'll go to church I'll sing in the choir I'll do this and all that's fine all that's good but does God want you in that church does God want you you know I tell everybody people want to say oh I'm going to get in the ministry school what what I always tell them can any of you guess what I tell them pray about it and you better know it's God's will do you know it's God's will I wanted to go to Bible College I wanted to go to Seminary I tried three times and every time I would start in that direction the Lord would say I mean he would speak to me loudly I can't explain to you but it was booming inside of me no and then he told me he said I'm going to teach you my way and not their [Applause] way but let me say this there are some people God wants to take to Seminary and bible college and they learn how not to be and then he'll use them in there and he'll use them with that their degree to open doors for them what I'm saying is you have to know what you're to do people ask me all the time well you know and this is for somebody too right here
people ask me all the time well this is going on in my church they they don't believe in biblical cosmology or they believe you know some false Doctrine should I leave and I'm like I don't know God may have you there God may want you there to be a light he may want you there to be such a thorn in their side to be there until they actually kick you out the door and listen if you hadn't got kicked out of one of these dead lukewarm churches that are in error then you hadn't been bold enough yet try to think one two three I think it's about four churches I've been kicked out of the last one was Greg Lock's [Applause] Church and you know what that's a little Badge of well I walked out of there I want to tell you something I walked out of global vision Bible Church I walked out of there a Victor and this is why because I knew I did the will of God and it made a religious demon mad and that's what I'm saying too if you truly go this way yes you're going to make everybody you know my wife joked on me a minute ago she had all these friends until she married me but look at how many more you have now [Applause] right it just took a while to get some new ones I got my best friend yep and we are best friends my wife is my best friend let me tell you you want to be the the quick way for us to figure out you're an enemy of ours is when people slip in and try to come between us and break us up we just we look at each other and like really that's what they're going to try to do it's like wrong um we're a team but you're going to lose some friends you're going to have family members turn against you and it's not just about biblical cosmology or what do you call it the horizontal topographical plane is that what you got it's not just about that issue I mean I got thrown out of churches and I lost friends and family members and all when I talked against once saved always saved I lost a bunch of people Christians turned against me when I started preaching against the pre-trib Rapture and showed that it wasn't biblical I start I lost friends that when I started talking about Deliverance for Christians that a Christian could have a demon need Deliverance I lost friends what I I had my own
family member one of my closest family members tell me I shouldn't be preaching about the Nephilim and I told them I said what I mean you I told him he said you sound like a mega church pastor he like that cuz he goes to mega churches but but but that's part of that surrender thing it's just saying I will go with you and I'll never forget do do we have the prophecy the Gan May prophecy that y'all can pull up can y'all pull it up how many of you have heard the Gan May prophecy a lot of you haven't I'm G to I feel like I'm supposed to play this this was a prophecy Over Me In 1989 November 19th 1989 and people go how does he remember those dat cuz I still have the cassette tape and it has November 19th 1989 on because you were part of this prophecy I I play this at every one of our graduations of our school of ministry students because I want you to hear this because I want you to hear this man we had never met Prophet Jean may i' never met him before that was the first service I ever been in I was sitting about right there where you guys are my Tennessee folks there and the Lord spoke to me and said you're next and he walked down the aisle and he walked past me and I thought okay well I guess I'm not hearing anything he turned around and he put his hand on my back and I I believed in the gifts and I'd operated in the gifts but i' had never seen anybody operating in the prophetic gift like he was operating in it so so free quent and so accurate just just moving through the crowd talking to people I still pray to be more like that um but when he turned around and put his hand on my back the anointing of the Holy Spirit came all over me and this is exactly what he said this is the recording of that night Hallelujah Hallelujah Lord I Thank you for this brother and I thank you for the commitment you know brother this is what I see I see you before God and I see you kneeling there before the Lord in a absolute Contrition absolute dedication unto him just putting your life there saying God it's yours and God's taking you up on it God's placed a calling upon your life God's going to have you teach there's a teaching anointing that's going to come upon you that will be very
powerful in the body of Christ God says a teacher in my fivefold Ministry you will be the cause of the things that I'm stirring inside of you this is not a day of release but this is a day of preparation for you but there will be a day of release when I will launch you and I'll push you forth says the Lord and you'll walk forth in my anointing in my power and you shall teach but they shall not be the things that all would expect but they will be the things of God that will set and the captives free and liberate my body to be what I've called it to be for you will train many others that will go forth and they too shall teach and they shall break the strongholds of the Enemy by that taught word says the Lord hallelujah now let me tell tell you everything he said in that word of Prophecy over me God had already told me I knew God's Will and when he spoke it over me I knew this man does not know me he doesn't know anything about me he said things exactly the way IID even said them to the Lord and the way the Lord had spoken back to me why do I play that I'm not playing playing that to Puff myself up I'm playing that so you can see you can know the will of God for your life you can hear it and you need to hear it for yourself and God will bring others along the way that hear the same things and will confirm it to you prophetically and that's why Paul told Timothy you go and go and do a good Warfare fight a good fight by what the prophecies that went before on you there was a time when things were going so bad in my life in those years oh here's a prophecy you don't want to get I remember in 1999 the Lord spoke to me and he said the next 10 years are going to be very bad for you it's going to be a time of great difficulty and pain and suffering I'm [Music] like and I knew it was him and I can mark it down it was exactly 10 years from 1999 I went through hell until God began to lift me out of it and it was 2009 when we started Fir and Grace Church exactly 10 years of absolute hell so bad so bad I was so brokenhearted and so hurt and so devastated there was one night that there was a 9 mm put up to my
head I did it but I didn't get even close to pulling the trigger why cuz in all the pain I was going through I knew Jesus was real I knew he loved me I knew somehow we going to get through this I couldn't do it to him I didn't want to go to hell and I certainly didn't want to hurt my children so I Put the gun down so I went through some hell to get here and you'll go through some hell to get to God's plan and Destiny on your life but you got to be willing to do whatever it takes what do you need to let go of some of you it's sexual sin it's pretty OB obvious some of you it's pornography and let me tell you you say well I've asked God to forgive me with the pornography I've asked for help and I just keep doing it I'm going to tell you pornography is an addiction but there is not an addiction that Jesus cannot break if you're serious about it being broken you hear me you have to get serious about it being broken see tell me if I'm wrong Bri but you were sick of the alcohol you were sick of the alcoholism you wanted it gone when you're an alcoholic when you're addicted you can't stop and she was like God I want this gone I want it gone do you want your sins gone are you still planning for the next you know website you're going to look up or for the next Affair you're going to try to get into or for the next boyfriend or girlfriend you're going to get into sexual sin with but for some of you it's alcohol for some of you it's marijuana for some of you it's just it's a prescribed pills that you know you really don't need I'm going to tell you the cure for depression get filled with the Holy Spirit hear from God and know what he wants you to do you know what I found over all the these years the most joy that I have about just about anything is when I know that I know that I know what I'm supposed to do next that I know what he is telling me to do and I'm going to do that thing and even if I know it's going to be hard and I know it's going to be difficult and I know I'm going to be attacked and I'm going to have all this stuff and even if it's going to put my life in danger there's still joy in there like I'm ready to do this thing CU I know that's God's will and you know what the best place to
be is in God's will when you're in God's will you are in the strongest position you can be in as a human being on this Earth but you got to hear his voice you got to discern what the holy spirit is saying you got got to be in the word you got to be in fasting you got to be in prayer you've got to be spending time with him if you want to hear from him let me tell you some of you have spouses that are way ahead of you spiritually let me just go ahead and encourage you if you'll get serious God will catch you up and you two can walk together in one mind in one Accord there some you ladies that are trying to drag your husband and quit talking and pray cuz you trying to drag him he not going to do it but husband quit being stubborn as some men you just flat out stubborn I ain't going to do it some of you just I ain't going to do it just because she said she because she wants me to do it some of you need to deal with that right there and just actually go and say I was wrong honey forgive me how many marriages would be saved by just saying you know what I was wrong please forgive me you know back in the day I was a pretty good poker player I don't know how it is but I can I I I guess I just read people's body language I'm reading some strange body language right now in fact what do they say it's about y'all about is uncomfortable as a bunch of cats at a rocking chair convention right but you know what you need to be reminded of this you can get in a rut if you've been a Christian for a long time you can get in a rut of not doing what God wants you to do but just going through the motions of your Christianity that you've gotten used to and comfortable with for a long time and that's why you need to be hearing because the Lord will come along and Shake things up you know what he'll say I want you to write a book and then you'll say God I don't have time to write a book and then
he'll allow your Achilles to be torn so you have to sit down for 6 months and write a book sometimes he'll tell you to run for governor even though there even though there's not a chance in hell that you're going to win there was two chances of me winning in 2022 slim and none but I knew God wanted me to do it and let me tell you I did it with all my heart and I'll do whatever the Lord says when he told me to go to Africa I didn't want to do it in 2002 when the Lord said go to Africa at the time fresh out of a divorce my wife at the time saying she didn't want to be married to a pastor see you and the Lord says I want you to go to Nigeria and preach for a month and Nigerians will work you to death but I went to Africa and God moved there was a healing service it was 700 people in they had walked some of them for hours to get to the meeting I remember when I gave the altar call I need to find that I've got that picture I saw it the other day I got to pull that picture out because they everybody came up to the platform think about it all y'all coming up here but double everybody came up to take a picture of me I was the one little white Speck in the middle but when I asked the pastor I didn't know it was going I'm just obeying God I'm praying for people none of them spoke my language had to have a translator in that particular meeting I didn't know what was going on it was a mass of humanity I'm sweating through a suit I'm praying for sick people I remember laying my hands on some babies that were burning up with fever and thinking I'm feeling like I Am The Biggest Loser what AM am I doing here my marriage is just falling apart I got two young kids you know thousands of miles away why am I here I went through that healing service feeling as dead and empty and dry and like a crazy person and I asked the pastor afterward did anybody I thought I mean I was like I don't believe anybody got heal I mean so I I'm assure you it wasn't my faith right and he told me everybody got
healed and people got saved and people got filled with the Holy Spirit even though I was brokenhearted and in pain and all I wanted to do was go home and be with my girls at the time my two daughters and I'm sure some people said well why is he going to Africa he can't even keep his family together what my wife said sometimes the Lord asks you to do things and it just brings humiliation because people around you aren't going to understand I remember my pastor years ago Dr Larry Lee right after he got married his father-in-law didn't like him too much and he said that he his father comes over one day while he's carrying his furniture out the door he said what are you doing boy so I'm selling all my stuff cuz God had told lar Lee to sell everything he had and give it to missions and he obeyed God and did it a few years later he was living in a paid off mansion see God you just don't know people around you his father-in-law thought he was a crazy person and not going to support his daughter you know you do the will of God I remember in those years that the Holy Spirit was blowing me around like the wind here go there go this way go that way man I had people telling me what I should do you need to do this you should do this you should work for me you should work for them you should go here you should go there you should go to this school oh man anybody ever been there you should do this you should do that you need to be very careful you telling people what they should do cuz do you really know aren't we a aren't we human beings we're full of advice aren't we I know we need to get out of here we need to close I just felt like tonight we needed to let's let's do this Johnny and Julie you come up for a second just play something for me I'm going to give you another surrender chance tonight we're going to do the an oldfashioned just altar call time if you really need to surrender if you were convicted you know what I'm talking about the Lord put his finger right on you and you are the man or you are the woman that's guilty then I want you to act on it and
I want you to get up and come down here and all I want you to do is just tell the Lord that thing that sin or that issue he's wanting you to change or just that step of obedience he's wanting you to take and you've been saying no Jonah I would advise you to say yes before you end up in the belly of the whale in the storm amen let's stand and if you want to step forward so you can say Lord I want free from that thing pornography alcohol if your marriage is on the verge of divorce and it doesn't have to be if your marriage is on the verge of divorce it doesn't to be both of you that come the one might not want to come and the other does but you can come and say Lord help me save my marriage forgive me help me be the Christian you want me to [Music] be you have to treat sin you have to treat sin like it's a rattlesnake y'all I surrender all to him I freely K I will ever love and trust him in his presence daily and I surrender all I [Music] Surrender oh to the my blessed [Music] sa oh to Jesus I Surrender make me savior holy thine let me feel thy Holy Spirit Tru know that thou are mine and I surrender all I Sur all all to thee my blessed
savior surrender all All to Jesus I Surrender humbly At His Feet I bow worldly pleasures all forsaken take me Jesus take me now and I Surrender come on and sing it to me I surrender all all to thee my blessed [Music] surrender that we're going to do that one more time the Lord's going to set some of you free tonight you know I love what my wife says about the cigarettes she had smoked for how long babe long time I can't even picture her smoking I said so I don't but she said that you know she was going through the divorce and her husband had cheated on her and the math and all that she shared [Music] today and she said the Lord told her said if you quit I'll help you and she was like well you know I'm kind of going through a divorce is kind of not a good [Music] time but she knew she couldn't turn down the offer for help the Lord said I'm going to help you and if you're serious about setting it down he will help you amen amen one more time to Jesus I Surrender Lord I give myself to thee fill me with thy love and power let thy blessing fall on me I surrender all tell him tonight I surrender all all to the my bless saor surrender
[Music] all all right you everyone up here I want you to pray this with me we're going to pray this prayer and just pray it with me Father in heaven in the name of Jesus Jesus I come to you tonight I ask for your forgiveness you know the sin you know the idol you know what I've been holding on to forgive me Deliver Me Set Me Free from wash me [Music] clean Lord I will obey you I will do what you're asking me to [Music] do in my marriage my home my work churchur Ministry Ministry I will do what you call me to do Lord fill me with the knowledge of your will for my life I want your will God use me to help others anoint me fill me with your Holy Spirit and power so that I can have power to be a light and a [Music] witness Lord right now in the name of Jesus I bind every demon every demonic stronghold demold that's held me back that's me back this thing this specific thing I bind you break your power tear down your strongholds command you to go from me me in Jesus name in Jesus name I resist the devil I resist the devil and he must flee and he must and you can be specific down there and tell him if it's lust take tell him if it's adultery if it's fornication if it's pornography if it's alcohol if it's drugs if it's homosexuality do you know there's Christians that struggle with homosexuality yes Christians but guess what it's a sin of the flesh just like adultery just like fornication just like idolatry it is a sin and work of the flesh but it's got to stop you can't keep being a practicing homosexual and be right with God but you can't keep being a practicing fornicator or adulterer or liar or
idolator you got to choose to say I'm done with that I'm done with a lifestyle a habitual practice of sin I'm done with it that's what it means to make Jesus Lord people all the time I catch all kinds of grief from people oh you're teaching work salvation and I tell them how is quitting something how is not doing something a work yeah if I quit cheating on my spouse I'm ceasing from an activity if I quit drinking if I quit doing drugs I am ceasing from an activity that's destroying me and separating me from [Music] God and say this with me I can I can do all things all things through Christ through Christ which strengthens me which strengthens me he will give you the strength Jesus don't doubt him yes amen you couldn't meet more of a sinner than I was [Music] I drink so much all the time I would get alcohol poisoning on a regular basis and have to be rushed to the [Music] hospital let's pray one more time I the Lord's moving on some people right now you know I feel a little a little bit of demonic resistance right now and I think that's just because that that devil is just trying to hold on to you trying to trying to discourage you and don't let it happen your faith really has to be the Lord saying to you jump to me and I will catch you and you got to know you got to believe it from the bottom of your heart that he [Music] will amen Lord I pray for every one of these people tonight Lord that you bless them that that the anointing of the Holy Spirit destroy the Yoke of bondage in their lives right now I bind the demon spirits of adultery lust whoredoms fornication pornography I bind those demons and people right now I bind those Spirits some sexual Demons of perversion I bind those demons I rebuke them and I command them to go from these people right now in the name of Jesus Christ loose them and let them go in jesus' name I bind the demon spirits of fear and anxiety y torment and confusion I bind those demons break their power I tear down their strongholds off these people I command the spirit of fear to go in the name of Jesus I bind the spirits of doubt and unbelief and error deception lying Spirits I bind those
