Lord you are great and greatly to be praised Lord none none are greater than you Lord you are the god of gods you are the king of kings you are the Lord of lords you are the Creator you are Jehovah you are Yahweh you are the Lord Jesus Christ The Mighty God the Everlasting father the Prince of Peace you are the one true God we exalt you today we praise you today there is none greater we thank you for the gospel we thank you for the cross that you went to the Cross to pay for our sins we thank you Lord that you give us faith you give us free will to choose you rose from the dead you want us to believe you want the world to believe you're not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance Lord oh that they would believe repent be saved that's what we want to see well we pray it today in Jesus name amen amen hallelujah you may be seated Lord Glory Glory we welcome you today find Grace Church we'll see some survive Thanksgiving Hallelujah and thank God for that we welcome those listening by Blog Talk Radio this morning do have a message to share with you this morning I want us to start by turning to Luke chapter 18. Luke chapter 18. I entitled this this morning propaganda controlled opposition in our faith um but I'm just going to go with the flow of the Holy Spirit here and just I don't know how this is going to end up but we'll see because as I stand here and really I almost named this the propaganda War against our faith the devil is out to shipwreck people's faith That's what Satan and the demon spirits and the fallen angels and the Servants of Satan are out to do they're out to Rob your faith steal your faith the Shipwreck your faith to make you doubt God's word not believe the truth that's the goal of Satan but what many people seem to forget is that Satan is the expert at mixing a little truth and with his lies
as the hook he'll give you a little bit of Truth and you'll go well that's true but behind it comes his lies and deception that's exactly what he did in the Garden of Eden when he tempted and deceived Eve it says you know God had said You shall not think of the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil right don't use that tree that you eat of it you will die Satan coming there Lucifer in the form of the serpent he says you know hey if you eat of the tree your eyes will be open knowing good and evil that was the truth but then he added his line you will not surely die right see Satan lies and he mixes in truth and then we've got a lot of that going on and I'm gonna get more on that in just a second but just know this that there are people out there both in the church and what we call the alternative media and even within the mainstream media there are people out there that are experts at this because they follow Satan and they're experts at mixing in a little bit of Truth with a whole lot of lies and deception and misinformation and the greatest difficulty I think anyone has to decipher truth in an age of lies and deceit is how do we filter through all of this and find what is the absolute pure unadulterated truth now I'm going to say this and this is the absolute truth that the word of God the written word of God the Bible Genesis the Revelation the Bible the only true light we have in this age of darkness and deception it's the only true light it's the only um thing that we can filter everything through and find out what's really real and what's not and you know I love how they call the people who you know there's a movement out there to you know get the truth out that 911 was perpetrated by our government I happen to believe there's enough evidence for that that the truth the truth is it wasn't just 19 terrorists probably wasn't even any terrorist involved but that our government and Rogue individuals within our government were involved in that there's plenty of evidence to support that but they call themselves The Truth movement and then there's you know the truth movement about the true nature
of the Earth the Flat Earth movement we've delved into that then there's you know people that get into uh the truth about the Illuminati and about the luciferians and about the plan for a new world order in a one world government and there's truth in that but the problem that I'm seeing is that a lot of these groups a lot of these people even a lot of the leaders of some of these groups have certain truths but they deny the Bible they deny Jesus Christ as the Savior the Lord the only way to heaven they deny the Bible as the inspired word of God and I just want to say if you think you're part of a truth movement and you reject the Bible and you reject Jesus Christ you are not a truth movement you are still part of the problem though you may give some truth you are actually using that little bit of Truth to lead people away from the ultimate truth the ultimate truth is Jesus Christ and his word that's why Jesus said in John 14 6 I am the way the truth and the life and no man comes to the father but by me and we've got to really really make sure that we take everything back to the word of God there are a lot of Christians beginning to believe the propaganda against the Jewish people against Israel this is really starting to annoy me and this is part of the pro one of the reasons I'm talking about this tomorrow because I read in Alex Jones article this morning I don't know if Alex Jones wrote the article I can't remember but it was an article he posted on his site so he approved it but the bottom line was basically saying that this Colonel that a colonel was caught helping an Israeli colonel was caught helping Isis in Iraq but when you dug down and you read the story something just didn't smell right and as you kept reading a little further you just realized that first of all they're not going to send a kernel and if he's caught he's never going to confess he's a colonel he'll die before he confesses he was a colonel in the Israeli Defense Forces and he began to realize as they begin to go into Israel and trying to basically just trying to defame Israel and Report like they were oh this is being reported to the United Nations and the United Nations is going to investigate this and I realized and what was so bad was Alex Jones the the article Alex Jones site was really they were really shaping this article to be propaganda against Israel
and then there's a bunch of people out there's a bunch of Christians who say well the Jews that are in Israel now are not the real Jews yes and the Jews you know again the propaganda the propaganda machine is rolling hard against the Jews and against Christians just like uh we we had this guy that supposedly attacked the Planned Parenthood and he didn't the shooting started at a Chase bank and he ended up at the Planned Parenthood but immediately before we know anything about him some of the news media painted him as a white Christian extremist Christian terrorists but see what's so sad is people are going to believe that no matter what the truth may be they're going to believe that they think it was a shooting at a Planned Parenthood started at a bank we don't know his motive we don't know what he was doing he may have been trying to rob somebody at the bank or rob the bank and ended up running and ended up at the Planned Parenthood and just decided to shoot some folk we don't know what happened but they're already painting it in propaganda sadly most people believe the propaganda really I'm just going to say this most of what we get 99 of what we get from the news media and even the alternative news media is not the whole truth it's usually tainted shifted added to stuff taken out or even truth told in a way to hide certain contexts but see when people start saying that for instance and I'm giving this an example before I get in this morning that the Jews in Israel are not true Jews and they try to use you know they've got these documents they say that prove it the protocols of the Elders of Zion which now we know if you do your research you find out that they're forged document they're just they were made up they but here's the thing how do I know what the truth is about the Jews as everyone claimed to be a Jew a Jew an Israelite no but God said in his word in the last days he would regather the outcast of Israel to their land amen now either you're going to believe God are you going to believe the propagandists and the controlled opposition out there in the deception because the Bible also foretold and warned us Not only would God draw the outcast of Israel the Jews back to their land in the last days as a sign of the second coming of Jesus Christ the Messiah but the Bible tells us in Revelation chapter 12 that the persecution of the Antichrist the devil
the Beast would be against the Jews and the Christians so don't tell me there aren't any real Jews anymore I'm getting sick and tired of hearing it if you listen if you come across a website or a Ministry or a Christian or a church that tells you there are no real Jews it's time to quit listening to those individuals because either they are deceived or they are part of the deception and they know they are one of the two but this is what I want to get to our faith is in the word of God the word of God is the truth now look at this let's read this this is how serious and and I've said this in previous weeks I'll say it again and again and again I want to get drilled in there is no true faith apart from the word of God you can't say well I believe in Jesus but I don't believe the Bible or I believe this part of the Bible but I don't believe that part of the Bible all true faith in God Almighty the Creator and the Messiah his Messiah Jesus Christ of Nazareth and died on the cross and rose from the dead all true faith comes from believing hearing and believing the written word of God and apart from that there is no other faith you understand I've quoted it before I quoted again Romans 10 17. say cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God simple right but Jesus asked this question if faith is dependent on your faith your faith and walk with God is dependent on your faith in his word in the Bible in the words written then if you start departing from the Bible you're departing from the faith you hear what I'm saying you cannot separate the two and Jesus said that this deception and you know what being deceived means in the Bible the word deceived or being deceived it means someone to get you to stray from the truth of God's word so if you stray at all if you tell me oh well I believe in Jesus but I don't believe that story about Jonah and the big fish you don't believe the Bible I'm sorry you don't have true faith don't tell me well I believe in a Creator but I don't believe in in in Christianity because it was a it's a fairy tale what so the Creator is powerful enough to make Heaven and Earth but he's not powerful enough
to give us a written record of his truth doesn't seem even logical does it if God is able to create the heavens and the Earth make man from dust you're going to believe in intelligent design instead of we climbed out and there was a big explosion and we climbed out of some primordial soup and he evolved into little crawling fish and then we evolved into little other lizards and then we became monkeys and then we became human beings over billions of years and boy it takes more faith to believe that but if you're going to not believe that and I hope you have enough sense to not believe that foolishness but if you believe that there is a God a supreme god Supreme Being intelligent design don't tell me that you can't figure out who he is but Jesus said this he said the deception would be so bad to pull you away from faith in the word of God is the truth he asked the question and I'm going to read it here would he find faith on earth when he returns think about that Steve let's read it he's teaching about prayer Luke 18 verse 1 and it says he Jesus spike a parable unto them to this end that man ought always to pray and not to faint saying there was in a city a judge which feared not God neither were guarded man and there was a widow in that City and she came unto them saying avenge me of my adversary and he would not for a while but afterward he said within himself though I fear not God nor regard man yet because this Widow troubles me I will avenge her lest by her continual coming she weary me and the Lord said hear what the unjust judge sayeth and shall not God avenge his own elect which cry day and night unto him though he bear along with them look at verse 8 he says I tell you that he will avenge them speedily nevertheless when the son of man cometh shall he find faith on Earth this question doesn't mean faith in a nebulous unidentified creator this faith that Jesus is talking about is Faith in his word in the testimony of the Prophecies of the Old Testament concerning him and the New Testament concerning him the written record Messiah from Genesis to revelation will anyone still believe the whole story no some of you don't believe NASA some of you are going to believe the aliens when they show up that they're aliens from another planet
instead of Fallen Angels disguise people are already believing in that now shall Define faith on Earth is there anyone going to be left that believes the whole book that's the question because you know what to believe the whole book will make you look like a fool to the rest of the world did not Paul say we are fools for Christ did he not say the things of God or foolishness to the world the natural man receiving lots of things because their foolishness to him even one of the one of my favorite verses First Corinthians 1 18 for the preaching of the Cross is to them that perish foolishness but unto us what you're saying it is the power of God see the problem with a lot of Christians and the reason they're losing their faith and they're going shipwrecking their faith and and they're walking in complete defeat not believing the word of God is because they're too scared to look like a fool to the world and even to a lot of worldly Christians listen to carnal worldly Christians means that they're like the world so a lot of Christians if you believe the whole book will think you're a fool foolish we have even someone in our family supposed to be Spirit-filled tongue talking Bible believing educated PhD but sat with me at a table been a Christian supposedly his entire life and sat with me at a dinner table one time and told me he didn't believe that Paul's writings were scriptures and then mocks us the other day calling us uh absolutist or literalist or what what was his term he used I don't care whoever I don't care you know some of you don't know who I'm talking about I don't care but my point is he he marks I mean the whole Bible and taking it as literal as we possibly can that's a Christian let's see he's carnal he's worldly he's full of Pride he believes NASA and all this other foolishness him believe God I'm just going to submit to you that's a person right there in danger
but I'm finding out this about a lot of Christians when the son of man coming shouting find faith on Earth let me give you a few more scriptures on this first John my turn to First John chapter five first John chapter 5. you don't mind if I exalt the word of God for a few minutes do you first John chapter five the apostle that Jesus loved the Beloved wrote Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit first John 5 10 he that believeth and this word believeth means to exercise faith in and a continual faith he that believeth on the Son of God have to witness in himself he that believeth not God hath made him a liar because he believeth not the record that God gave of his son and this is the record that God hath given to us eternal life and this life is in his son he that hath the son hath life and he that hath not the son hath not liked and he's talking about eternal life in heaven if you don't have the son Jesus Christ you do not have eternal life you do not have a life ofra Deepak Chopra Rob Bell anybody else Islam if you do not have True bible-believing Word of God believing faith in the Son of God Jesus Christ of Nazareth that he died on the cross rose from the dead God In the Flesh the only way of Salvation the only way sins can be forgiven if you don't believe that you make God out to be a liar and he says because you don't believe the record and the word record here in the Greek means the written testimony somebody say written testimony this book right here is like a court deposition it is the written testimony of God himself and if you don't believe it you're calling him a liar and it's been proven to be true and correct and trustworthy by history by archeology by science true science might by fulfilled prophecies it is not like the Koran it is not like The Vedas the Hindu it is not like anything else
hear me Christians out there you weak need watered down lukewarm whippy I don't know what to believe and I don't know I believe in Jesus but I don't know about hell uh well I believe in Jesus but I I don't know about this Jonah thing and the fish and or the floods then you're a fool and you're calling God a liar you hear what I'm saying Faith as I believe the written testimony the record God's given and that record has to do with both Old Testament and New Testament I'll prove that let me but let me read this everybody turn to John 17. verse 15. we're going to start at verse 15 just for the pre-tree of rapture people some reason they think the father is not going to answer this prayer of Jesus right here I don't know why they believe that because really I could skip this part but I'm going to read it this for the pre-tributors foreign 15 this is Jesus speaking praying he says I pray not that thou should take them out of the world but thou thou shouldest keep them from evil they are not of the world even as I am not of the world look at John 17 verse 17 sanctify them through thy truth Thy word is true this is Jesus speaking sanctify them through Thy word Thy word is true as thou has sent me into the world even so I have sent them into the world and for their sakes I sanctify myself that they might be they they also might be Sanctified through the truth and he says neither pray after these alone but for them also which Shall Believe on me through their word so Jesus was saying I'm not just praying for these 12 here I'm praying for those who will believe on me through their word well what what word do we have from those apostles Matthew Mark Luke John Romans and so on Revelation all the way and he says I'm praying for them but he says sanctify them through Thy Word father Thy word is truth you know what the word sanctify means I'm gonna do a little dance here in a minute simple simple definition of sanctify make holy clean separate pure uh oh I'll do a little dance you know why he says sanctify them through Thy Word
wait a minute Pasadena aren't we Sanctified through the blood of Jesus well the blood of Jesus is the blood of the word may flesh that's why I said sanctify them through the word and he also says that we are Sanctified through the blood of Jesus yet because you can't separate the thing remember the Bible says we we talked about this in communion a few weeks back what is it Leviticus 17 10. the life of the flesh is in the blood the life of the flesh is in the blood what do you think was in the blood of God the blood of the word Jesus Christ the Eternal Word made flesh his eternal blood that life force that's why the Bible talks about being sanctified by the word and by the blood they are one don't tell me no I'm forgiven by Jesus but I don't believe the book you know sorry you're not a believer you're a fake believer you're an unbeliever you are calling God a liar well I believe this don't believe that believe God about this but I believe NASA about that oh I believe God about this but I believe Joel Osteen about that no don't get those choices all right you know what's so interesting is when I became a Christian I knew instinctively I guess just by the witness of the Holy Spirit Within Me but the word of God was true I'm Genesis to the maps I've never doubted never doubted it from the time I was like your age I guess never doubted it in my life not always understood parts of it needed to study and learn and ask God for clarification on some things but I never doubted his word was true like I said I got my PhD too I'm past having doubts let's see what Jesus said about it so Jesus said John 17 17 that the word of God is truth all right Luke 24 verse 44 Luke 24 44.
we'll start there Jesus after he rose from the dead walking with his disciples on the road to Emmaus and this is what Jesus did Luke 24 44 and he said unto them these are the words which I spake unto you while I was yet with you that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the law of Moses and in the prophets and in the Psalms concerning me then opened he their understanding that they might understand the scriptures and he said unto them and this is Jesus speaking thus it is written and thus it behoove Christ to suffer and arise from the dead the third day and that repentance and remission of sin should be preached in his name among all nations beginning at Jerusalem crystal clear that when Jesus gave the truth when he was giving the word of God the truth to his disciples what was he giving them the scriptures the law of Moses the Psalms and the prophets that takes care of the entire New Old Testament right there the Old Testament is the foretelling of Jesus the Messiah his death his atoning death his resurrection from the dead everything Isaiah 53 psalm 22. Deuteronomy 18 as Hebrews says it's all all of it points to Christ Jesus right so don't tell me you're a Christian and you're spouting stuff that's not biblical probably I don't believe that the people in the land of Israel the Real Genius well you don't believe the Bible then you don't believe Isaiah 11 Ezekiel 36 38 39. you don't believe what Paul wrote in Romans chapter 10 and 11. but in the end the Jews would be saved they would believe in their Messiah Zechariah Chapter 12. when he said they'll say to me where these wounds come from when the Jews finally see him and they said the ones that survived the tribulation in the Antichrist and everything and they say where did these wounds come from you're saying where I I received them in the house of my friend and like Peter they're going to weep bitterly many of them of the Jews are getting saved now Spirit of blindness and Slumber is breaking off of them because we're fulfilling the times of the Gentiles now
is coming to an end you can't believe part of it be all in or all out halfway get you spit out this is not a game shall he find faith on Earth let me give you a couple more I love this First Corinthians 15 verse 1 turn there any man of God any Pastor any evangelist any prophet Apostle teacher minister Christian if they're not pointing you to the scriptures and upholding the scriptures as Supreme as God's inspired revelation as the truth that will sanctify us as the truth that will set us free is the truth that will give us eternal life as the truth the testimony the written record of God Almighty if they're not lifting it all up to you run run from that place I don't care how big and treating the church is or how tall this people is run if you have to run to your private prayer closet and study your Bible for a year and find out the truth run thank you First Corinthians 15 1 moreover Brethren I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you which he also received and wherein you stand by which also you are saved if slancy you read the Bible you realize what saved always say it is a lie all over the place because he says by which you are saved the gospel by which you're saved if you keep in memory what I preached unless you have believed in vain for I delivered unto you first of all that which also I received how that Christ died for our sins what according to the scriptures and that he was buried and he rose again the third day according to the scriptures and he was seen of cephas Peter then of The Twelve after that he was seen of about 500 Brethren at once of whom the greater part remained into this present but some fell asleep and after that he was seen of James and then of all the apostles and last of all he was seen of me also as one born out of due time so
he's saying we have the witness the testimony the written record of the scriptures and Paul was saying we have I have witnessed testimony of 500 plus people that saw him Ascend to him and he said most of which at this time were still alive the first century historian Josephus not a Christian says there was a man named Jesus who went about doing Miracles and Healing The Sick many believe him to be the Messiah testimony of a historian archaeologists have discovered that Luke they said Luke the Apostle Luke the Gospel of Luke this is what they say of him that he is a historian of the First Rate meaning all of their discoveries of manuscripts and archaeological fines prove him that everything Luke said about who was the king and who was in this province and pilate and Augustus and all everything lines up correct history then you got all these people I don't know if I believe that literally there's a guy out there who believes what the Bible says about the nature of creation as I shared with you a few weeks back but says he doesn't know if he believes the Miracles Jesus walking on the water Jonah all right dude what what and he does yoga and everything I'm like what what peace pipe are you smoking I mean maybe it's just because he wants to you know live in sin with his girlfriend I don't know see it's easy listen it's easy to believe certain truth in the Bible much harder to believe the truth that would prove that you're in danger of being damned to Hell forever I want to throw those out oh I believe Jesus loved people and healed people but that's not about Hellfire then no that Story of Lazarus that's just a fairy tale really you call yourself a Christian that's what you believe I mean there's a lady on Facebook her husband was a Believer for eight years eight nine ten years I don't know what it was now he doesn't believe he didn't believe any anything in the Bible says he prays every night though
because he repents of the sin he believes in Jesus but he didn't believe all the stories about the blood and nothing and I'm just like no you know what I told him because we got to be going back and forth I said you're a rapper back that's what you are I said you may be in danger of going too far I said you may have blasphemed the Holy Spirit already you're in a dangerous place Mr blasphemer I didn't let him off a hook and say oh Jesus loves you and start believing no you used to walk with God you were a Christian born again you say believing the Bible and I was giving him stuff and he goes wow you sound like me 10 years ago or whatever it was I said oh I believe the book I believe God's word so you're telling me you don't but you're telling me you're you're going to heaven you because you believe in Jesus no you no you're not you're a blasphemer you're a reprobate and you've fallen into unbelief let me show you something go to Hebrews chapter 3. y'all okay with it you know y'all don't stick around because I'm a softy I want the truth you guys are hardcore here I'm not here to kiss boo-boos and put on Snoopy Band-Aids that's not my job all right I'm here to wound you with the truth Hebrews chapter 3 this is what's happening to so many they there's so so many people they spend so much time in Media you know almost every TV show and I you know I remember noticing this years ago I mean when I was a kid even when I was a teenager and I mean so we're talking about you know 20 plus 30 years you started watching even the sitcoms but always mocks Christians mock the Bible mock fathers make them look to be the idiots and the wife was always the genius and the kids were got to do whatever they wanted and it's just constant indoctrination and then if you dare went to you know a four-year liberal University the indoctrination got even stronger against God against the Bible
I I wonder how anybody that's gone through the public school system fed themselves on hours and hours and hours of TV and and media and maybe went to college how they have faith at all in anything about God Hebrews 3 says this and I'm going to read just I'm going to start for verse six he's talking about Moses at first and then he starts talking about Christ Jesus and he says but Christ as a son over his own house whose house are we if we hold fast the confidence and rejoicing of Hope firm unto the end now confidence is just another word for Faith If We Hold Fast the confidence that we have in who he is and his word and the truth we hold fast the confidence and rejoicing of Hope firm to the end so again here it's conditional eternal security not unconditional internal security and then he says verse 7 wherefore is the Holy Ghost saith today if you will hear his voice pardon not your hearts as in the provocation in the day of Temptation in the wilderness when your father's tempted me proved me and saw my Works 40 years wherefore or for what reason was I grieved with that generation and said they do always err in their hearts and they have not known my way so I swear in my wrath that they shall not enter into my rest now let's put this into context before I read this he starts talking about the Jews the Israelites who he pulled out of Egypt they all saw the Judgment of God on Egypt the supernatural judgment they all saw God come and bring them out of Egypt and they saw the pillar of fire and they saw the Red Sea parted none of them would say we don't believe in the god of Abraham Isaac or Jacob none of them said we don't believe in God they just quit believing if they had to do what he said to do there's your grace crowd right there your hyper Grace graph we believe in God but we don't have to keep believing everything and doing what he says so he goes on to say verse 11 so I swear in my wrath that they shall not enter into my rest and then this warning to Believers take heed Brethren lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the Living God wait a minute didn't didn't uh Charles Stanley tell us we can't depart from God once we're saved
then the pastor of First Baptist Church preached that for years and the new one's probably preaching it too because he would lose his job if he didn't take he brethren lest there be in any of you Brethren Born Again Brothers and Sisters in Christ let there be in any of you and evil hearts of unbelief not believing the truth not believing God's word not believing and departing from the Living God do you notice how it says here unbelief is departing from God is this Bible you guys and then he says this but exhort one another daily now the word exhort means this the word exhort in the Greek simply means to call people near to Christ it means if you have to encourage if you have to rebuke if you have to correct whatever is necessary to get people to come closer to Jesus but exhort one another daily do you see this I mean technically I should be in your face every day if you've got a problem ain't got time for that but exhort one another daily while it is called today lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin see this is telling us Brethren Christian brothers and sisters can allow their heart to become evil and stop believing God's word or parts of God's word and that causes them to depart from God and their heart becomes hardened and they are deceived by their sin can I just tell you this unbelief of God's word in any part of it is sin is that what the book said is that what is this Faith cometh by hearing I love this let's go to first uh second Peter chapter one notice how I'm giving you the testimony Paul Peter John Luke Jesus himself right what Peter said here
we're just going to read verse 20 and 21. II Peter 1 20 and 21 he said knowing this first that no Prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation for the prophecy came not in Old Time by the will of man but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost we live in an era folks of propaganda and that propaganda is primarily against Jews and Christians in the Bible you hear what I'm saying I'm gonna give you the definition of propaganda definition of propaganda is derogatory information especially of biased or of a biased or misleading nature used to promote or publicize a particular political or I'm gonna put in here political cause or religious point of view another definition is official government Communications to the public that are designed to influence opinion the information may be true or false but it is always carefully selected for its political effects propaganda is always Twisted a little bit it's always calculated to try to influence you in a certain direction so when I say the term propaganda against Jews Christians and the Bible it's constant now I mean there's a video of Obama when he was Senator Obama just mocking the Bible most of you've probably seen it people posted it to death on Facebook but it's true there's a mocking spirit what's so wild is that former Christian that backsliving Christian the husband of that woman that messages me on Facebook he had the same mocking spirit but he's bought into the propaganda now let me explain to you a little bit more about controlled opposition see there's a lot of that Alex Jones may be in some of that see what controlled opposition let me give you the definition of that controlled opposition
