  6. here probably wonder what is that huge thing sitting up here on the pull pit um I have to say it's one of the coolest gifts that I've ever received um but it is an exact faximile copy of a 1611 King James Bible this was from Pastor Wall-E these are the Bibles that used to be on the pull pits of England they were actually chained to the pull pit and they were huge and they'd be open and they had I think the pages are like 16 inches uh yeah it was okay the whole Tucson group yeah um thank you guys that was really cool but there was something I think that's even cooler than that because they also gave me this which is an actual page out of a 1611 King James Bible from back in 1611 or 1613 somewhere like that it's this is over 400 years old and uh I thought wow that is just one of the coolest it's Nehemiah two and three right there which is interesting because uh Nehemiah became the governor so H what's and and Wall-E Pastor Wally had picked out a new testament page and then they sent this so the Lord must be saying something else right all right Hallelujah somebody say praise the Lord and this is perfect illustration today for what I'm going to get into because of course you know when you take a stand for certain things you stir up the Hornets Nest so it got stirred up a little bit after Skyfall um but today I even though I'm going to kind of cover a few things that I covered at Skyfall again because Lord knows it doesn't seem to sink into the brains sometime but we're going to look at a lot of scripture this morning and uh we're going to look at some history but uh I just want you to know something it comes down to this question okay either we believe God Almighty our Lord Jesus Christ by his Spirit by his power preserved his word as he said he would or he didn't and there is no other position you can take on that and what's sad today is is that even some what you would call fundamental

  7. fundamentalist Bible colleges and Scholars and professors say well there's no such thing as a perfect preserved translation of the Bible no such thing because you know we just don't know and we have we found these two manuscripts one in the Vatican and one in another Catholic Monastery in the 1800s you know we found these and they just popped out of nowhere and uh by these two we're going to change we're going to make a new Greek translation and then new translations of the Bible because of these two when thousands of others said differently and thousands of others from early Bibles said differently and the early church fathers said differently but we're going to take two and make a whole new Bible out of it and this is what happened in the 1800s and what blows my mind is how many people don't even bother to look into the Roman Catholic plot behind it the Jesuit plot for centuries that I covered and they it's it's amazing they are there are pastors right now and Bible College professors that will say that the two catticus and vaticanus those two manuscripts are the best and the oldest they will say that they came from the 4th century and experts say they are at best 15th century and I'm going to show you that in a second but yet we still have people saying that those are the best and therefore the bibles are the best now some people you know we got called a King James only cult let me just go and tell you I don't care if this was called the kangaroo woodoo version if it came from the original Greek text from the Byzantine Empire confirmed by the petta the syak the old Latin the Celtic the gothic all these translations that were long before the Roman Catholic Jerome made the Latin Vulgate I don't care what you call it it's not not about what it's called it's about where it came from amen somebody say Amen it just happens to be our English translation it's called the King James version and

  8. and I'm so sick and tired of hearing people too somebody said King James changed the Bible I'm say this again King James had nothing to do with the actual translation work nothing 54 Scholars started the work 47 ended up making it through making it to actually do it they split up in teams they would translate different passages then they would pass that around and have these Scholars and we're talking about the top scholars in England Greek and Hebrew and linguist and everybody else would double check and recheck each other's work and yet they they actually want to say there's people that to say the King James Bible is full of Errors it is not most of the time it's absolute ignorance they just don't know they haven't spent enough time looking and they heard somebody say that now let me tell you something the next time somebody says that the King James Bible is full of erors or King James changed the Bible we don't really have the Bible you need to tell them show me where give me historical references show me where the original Greek text does not reflect this in English show me quit taking it from these people I don't care if they have PhD DD THD or whatever beside their names you understand now let's get into this y'all ready that was a short introduction got a long title today God God's Supernatural preservation of his holy scriptures they say Pastor why are you doing this because I am so tired of hearing the lies and the attacks and this is really the word of God you're going to see in a second is the foundation of our faith faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God We Are Born Again by the word of God it is the scriptures the holy scriptures that make us wise unto salvation it's what second Timothy says these things are important this is how we grow it's how we learn truth it's how we discern what is true I wouldn't know about the Holy Spirit if I didn't have the scriptures you know what I'm saying I wouldn't know about the gifts of the Spirit yeah I might experien them but I wouldn't understand anything I wouldn't understand that Jesus died for me and rose from the dead without the scriptures it was the hearing of the word of God that brought us to conviction of our sin repentance and faith in Jesus so the words are important and as you're going

  9. to see I'm going to go through the scripture too but when Jesus said man shall not live by bread alone but by every word somebody say every word that proceeds from the mouth of God and guess what proceedeth there is a Greek verb tense it is ongoing yes present tense continuous action taking place in the present and it's and and we're going to see this but Heaven and Earth Jesus said my words will not pass away that he said not one jot or tit will pass away do you know what jot and title means let me let me tell you the jot is the smallest letter in the Hebrew alphabet yod and it's just it looks like a little apostrophe almost tiny a tit is part of a letter like if you made a a a small l in English and you're supposed to make a capital you're only made part of it because you got to put the foot on it right or like you're trying to make a te and you just make a line and you don't do the cross what he's saying is not even part of a letter is going to go missing not one jot or title my words will not pass away now you either believe that or you don't now if you serve a God that you say created the heavens and the Earth you believe that and you don't believe that he can preserve his written word exactly guard it and keep it what are you doing why are you even a Christian why do you bother going to church what what what do you just is just some moral action you do trying to be a better person or something people died for the word of God people died translating it people died just possessing it people died reading it and we let Roman Catholic Roman Catholic Jesuits and so-called Pharisee sadducee I'm G Scholars talk us out of it the greatest thing that came from the reformation and the the translations of the Bible from the original Greek text the greatest thing that ever happened was a getting the getting the word of God in your own language so that you could read it and make and check Mr Pope apotamus and see if he's telling the truth or not and once they figured out that the pope apotamus and the priest weren't telling the truth that was a Revival it was a big

  10. Revival and it's important that we understand our foundation and you know I was sitting over there thinking during praise and worship this is not new for me when I came back to Jesus at 19 shortly thereafter the Lord had me on many fasts 21 days 10 days days 5 days one of the things that he led me into the truth he led me into study is this issue because this is the war this is what the war has been over and what it will be over will you stand for the word of God no matter what what what you know what if what think about this if if some guy came in here some new world order you Soldier and put a gun to my head and said deny that the Bible says Thou shalt not commit adultery they have to put a bullet in my head I will not deny one sentence one word I will not that's how important the word of God is to me is it important to you and if Jesus said we don't live by bread alone but by every word then every word has to be important and the people who came out with this new Greek translation and these new Bibles every word wasn't important to them and I'm going to get into it not today but maybe down the road to tell you what they believed they were Heretics Westcott and Hort and it's just unbelievable um what they believed let's see if it's going to work all right now this was something that was posted from somebody that came to the conference I'm not giving names today but they posted this and I'm going to address it was several things but I can't address it all but I'm going to read a little bit of this to you one of the things here it says there's no such thing as a perfect translation the only perfect text of the Bible were the text that came from the hands of the biblical writers written in Hebrew Aramaic and Greek perfect translation is not possible because of the nature of language so let's just pause right there if you say perfect translation is not possible then you're saying God cannot preserve his word forever in every language things about then they say there's a bunch of Errors no it wasn't textual or translation errors there were some printing errors there were some spelling things that happened but you have every word we're not talking about taking out 10,000 words that's a little different than some minor errors that have to be corrected

  11. or as the language kind of you know the English language was in a process during the the 1400s and 1500s of kind of getting established and settled but that's just one problem and then over here he says the truth is modern versions are much better than the KJV the KJV is not a readable version compared to many modern versions because of its archaisms and obscure literal renderings the kgv was based on a late inferior Greek text while the modern versions are based upon a much older reliable Greek text it is simply not true and here's the thing folks back when I was writing Grace abuse in 19 I started writing Grace abuse about 19 1997 and I had I think it was Microsoft Word 95 or something like that and as I was writing it Microsoft Word and I was doing word counts at times to find out you know trying to make my chapters kind of even and stuff um one neat feature I don't know if it still has it in word I hadn't checked but it would tell you um the grade level in which something was written like I knew the grade level I was writing at um I tell you you read petus Romanus and you'll you'll be it's up there in you know graduate level stuff it'll wear your brain out but when I would put in scriptures and check the reading level most of the time it came out to a fifth grade reading level sometimes third grade but it's too hard now let me tell you sometimes you know when I first started reading the Bible I there were words that I didn't understand but they're English words that are still in use I just had to get a dictionary right and expand my English vocabulary imagine that right right now we've got what what what y'all tell me the Gen X version hey dude come on dudes I mean this is it it's ridiculous Jesus wasn't a a California Surfer Dude okay um and nor was he 15th 16th century Englishman right but we're English we speak English and I thank God he gave us this Bible in English I praise God for it now let's keep going here's what we're gonna get a lot of scriptures coming up right now so if you got your Bibles better pay attention here we go second Peter chapter 1 1 20 and 21 knowing this first somebody say knowing this first KN that would mean it's important knowing this first that no Prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation for the

  12. prophecy came not in Old Time by the will of man but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost everybody see that there's the Holy Spirit thing all right now let's keep going so Psalm 12 6 and 7 let's get this down because we're going to look up some words here the words of the Lord are pure words as silver tried to furnace of Earth purified seven times Thou shalt keep them oh Lord Thou shalt preserve them from this generation forever now let me say this about Psalms real quick when Jesus was walking on the road to Emmas with the disciples that were not born again yet they they believed in him and maybe they were doubting because they were saying we had hoped that he would have been the one and it says Jesus spoke and said began to open the scriptures to them remember he was hidden from their eyes and he begins to teach them it says all things that were written about him in the law of Moses and in the prophets and in the Psalms right now David said the Lord spake by me right and we believe you know the the the book of Psalms by David and some of the others very prophetic about the how Jesus would die Psalm 22 that his hands and feet would be pierced they would part his uh you cast lots for his garments and so on psalm 16 uh his resurrection I mean Psalms is been proven to be prophetically accurate therefore given by the holy spirit so we can trust the book of Psalms here it was found in the Dead Sea Scrolls as well the whole thing right so we know that we have the same Book of Psalms that they had thousands of years ago God preserved it and here's this verse saying Thou shalt keep them the what the word somebody say words he didn't say the thought or idea see there's a difference between what we call plenary translation and dynamic equivalence Dynamic equivalent is just another way to say let me reword this the way I think it ought to be said no you got a Greek word here that says one thing you translate it exactly the way it says it right that's what we want because what the somebody say the words words what does the Lord say he say he's going to preserve them he's going to keep them and preserve them so let's look at those Hebrew words y'all okay with this all right here's the word uh for uh keep this is

  13. Samar and notice what it says it says here the the strong says that uh or Shamar how you'd probably say it says the Hedge about as with thorns guard protect attend to be uh be I don't know why it says be Ward I don't know what that mean be circumspect take heed basically basically to watch over keep your eye on something and guard it all right now God says he's going to do this so let me ask something does God fail at what he does no he doesn't no he doesn't fail and he says he's going to do this he's going to keep it let's go to this here's the uh the other word there and he says what is it uh to guard in a good sense to protect to maintain right to observe to protect again he's telling you he's going to watch over and protect this I love this is the word preserve here nasar he says Guard from dangers somebody say Guard from danger Guard from danger like Jesuits they're the most dangerous despicable people on the face of the Earth for century he says Guard from dangers preserve Right Guard with Fidelity anybody know what Fidelity means I'll help you if you don't Fidelity means what faithfulness to a person cause or belief demonstrated by continuing loyalty and support meaning the Lord saying I'm going to continue to to support my word and then it says the degree of exactness with which something is copied or reproduced accuracy exactness exactitude precision so guard God's going to guard the exactness the accuracy the exactitude and the Precision of his word for how long forever so when somebody walks up to you and says there is no perfect translation from the words we we can't know exactly what God said it is the devil in the garden what ha God said run from those people because they're either ignorant as the day is long or they are not walking in the true faith of Jesus Christ you understand me this is something that I knew and learned at 19 years old 19 I didn't know a Greek word but I knew that God's word was true and that I had it because it saved my soul washed my sins away changed my

  14. life delivered me from demons healed me healed others in the mighty name of Jesus Christ who died and rose again man I couldn't get get enough of reading the Bible are you like that I hope so let's keep going here's a few more verses Psalm 11912 concerning thy testimonies David right I have known of old that thou Hast founded them until we get to the 1500s no forever somebody say founded found Psalm 119 still verse down to verse 160 Thy word is true from the beginning and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth forever every one of his righteous judgments endures forever right okay let's keep going say is it is it is it is it good to read the Bible together I hey I'm enjoying I'm having fun we're going to be here for a little bit so y'all just get comfortable for we're going on a good ride here Ecclesiastes 3:14 says I know that whatsoever God doeth it shall be what forever nothing can be put to it nor anything taken from it God doeth it that men should fear before him see God preserved his word to prove to mankind that it was Supernatural especially the prophecies in it that have come to pass and that are coming to pass he says he do he does those things he said 'I tell you things that that are going to happen before they happen so when they do you will believe and that's how we know we have to a supernatural book It's Supernatural how could the Bible know the writers 2,000 years ago the Apostle John that in the last days some would be able to be implanted in your hand or in your brain that could be scanned and read and and regulate all buying and selling worldwide that's if think about it if you were in Apostle John's Day writing that down and you started J telling people that can you imagine like what are you talking about he probably couldn't even fathom how that's going to come about but that's one of the prophecies you share that with people and in and unsaved people and it it shakes them a little bit this was written 2,000 years ago here's where they're talking about doing it fact CLA Schwab said we should have it by by 2026 or 2027 is what he

  15. said going to mandate it on us but what God does he does it now he didn't say men wouldn't come and create their own versions but he said he would what preserve his so our job in in an age of deception is to make sure we find his version and not theirs amen I want God's version of the truth not anybody else's in particularly not Rome's you understand if their little fingers are in it don't touch it because it is contaminated all right I love this Psalm 33:11 the counsel of the Lord standeth forever his thoughts are the thoughts of his heart to all generations the thoughts of his heart he gave to Isaiah Jeremiah Ezekiel Moses we could just keep going David Micah Ezra Nehemiah we can just all of them and then to John and Peter and Luke and Paul he's given us the thoughts of his I'm so glad he has because he says our thoughts are messed up right our brains would never go the right way he said even our heart is deceitful Above All Things the desperately wicked how do we keep from sinning what did David say in Psalm 119 in the beginning Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against thee the word is what gives you strength to stand when the devil came to tempt Jesus what did he say over and over again it is written it is written oh that phrase is interesting too we'll cover that in just a second here's another verse I love somebody say all all scripture all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for Doctrine for reprove for correction for instruction and righteousness of course the next verse says that the man of God may be perfect thoroughly furnished unto all good works now how could that continue you know some people say well that was just Paul to Timothy or was that for us is a Bible for us well God called me I'm a man of God and I need to be equipped furnished with everything I need well guess what that means I need every word that God has for me amen oh I'm having fun with this scripture is good here we go now let's look at this right here of course I've quoted this verse many times Matthew 4:4 but he answered and said this is Jesus when he's being tempted of the devil it is written man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth

  16. out of the mouth of God it is written the verb conjugation there is perfect tense now see I don't talk about that one very often there's present perfect and AIS I find it interesting that it's called perfect I love it I tell you why all right now it says here what does that mean what does perfect tense mean it is written in perfect tense Greek verb it means that God's word was written long ago and it is still written or continuing to the present y'all ought to get this right here get it in your head it is written means it was done in the past this this is what perfect tense means perfect tense in other words perfect tense Greek verb means the results of a completed act continues forever it's talking about like when Jesus said it is finished on the cross that phrase is perfect tense so what he did he completed an act he doesn't get crucified again and again and again like the mass does he didn't do that he didn't come down and let crucify me again right he doesn't do that but the result results of what he did in that comp completed act carries on forever that's perfect tense this is what God says about his word it was completed but it carries on forever Not only was it written it is still written and continues to this day somebody ought to say Amen right there ah this is good let's keep going here Psalm 19:7 all right the law of the Lord somebody say is perfect perfect the law of the Lord that means the word of God what came out of his mouth his commands his precept his testimonies the law of the Lord is perfect converting the soul somebody say converting the soul the testimony of the Lord is sure making wise the simple is that what your Bible says all right it is perfect now let's look perfect here the word uh tomim what does it say entire full of what in it has Integrity it has truth it's without blemish complete full perfect without spot undefiled that's what it means the law of the Lord is perfect now do if we don't have it today then it's not perfect how could we be expected to obey him live for him tremble at his word but God says that his word

  17. is perfect meaning it's going to be entire and complete that's what he's going to preserve okay here's what it say I love this one right here this is the little more breaking down but complete whole entire and here's the word sure to render to be firm or faithful to trust or believe what what is this right here to be permanent oh that's to be permanent that's why he said forever my word settle in heaven Jesus said Heaven Earth pass away my word will not pass away it's they permanent he will not let them go away this is this is also for you Mandela effect freaks out there you have believed that there some man by his knowledge or technology and some Quantum effect has changed the Bible and really what it is is you have a bad memory and you've have bad translations and every time I check one of these people that's what it ends up being and I check very old books and bibles as well it didn't change my friend God's word said he wouldn't let it change right all right look at this this is the jinius on this word be sure he said to be founded firm stable to be of long continuance remember this word right here perennial anybody know what that means perennial forever to be faithful trustworthy sure here's perennial lasting or ex existing for a long or apparently infinite time enduring or continually recurring Everlasting Perpetual Eternal continuing unending somebody say amen that's what it means for God's word to be sure right forever now this one is vitally important we kind of move over into the New Testament now this is 1 Peter 1: 122-2 I didn't cover this one the other day but this is important so Peter writes by the Holy Spirit here he says seeing you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the spirit unto unfeigned love of the Brethren see that you love one one another with a pure heart fervently being born again not of corruptible seed but of Incorruptible by the word of God somebody say the word of God which liveth and abideth forever and guess what the verbs liveth and abideth guess what tense they are in the Greek present tense ongoing continuous action taking place in the present so you

  18. couldn't even use a present tense Greek verb if God wasn't going to preserve his word but then he even tells you the the word of God we're born again by the word of God which liveth and abideth forever for All Flesh is as grass and all the glory of man is the flower of grass the grass withth now this is interesting he's using an he's using an illustration talking about his word he says the grass withers and what is what something wither when it it it actually dries up and shrinks so the word of God can't shrink it can't shrink it means it we can't have less words right and he says falleth away this is the same term used for people apostates who fall away from God who walk away Fall From Grace and then he says this but the word of the Lord endureth forever he says it again so twice here and this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you the word of God the word of God the word of God you're born again by the word of God we don't have the word nobody can be born again you understand that's how God's established it somebody has to tell somebody else the word of God right I mean even if you say Jesus loves you that's the Bible right let's keep going here oh I went the wrong way I got it upside down all right I'm going to go through this quick because again this is these are going to be a few of what I shared at Skyfall but by 157 the voois Christians had translated the Bible into Latin 157 ad and I showed you how Barnabas went to that area with the word of God and that's how they ended up with this translation by 157 um it's called the old Latin or the itala because it came over 300 years before Jerome created his corrupted Twisted Roman Catholic Latin Vulgate the old Latin spread so far that it made it to England by 200 ad Jerome finished his corrupted translation in 405 but the people did not want to give up their old Latin Bible so the pope became Furious some ancient manuscripts did survive the old Latin codex verselis or verel whatever EV evangelium or whatever preserved in the cathedral librar is believed to be the earliest manuscript of the old Latin its standard

  19. designation is codex a or three whatever the order of the gospels in the CCS Matthew John Luke and Mark and but again so long before the Roman Catholics you have this Latin translation and it was used for several hundred years this is the one that the Catholic Church started on a killing spree when they couldn't get people to let go of it and burned these hand copied Bibles of these people tortured them it was it was horrendous this old Latin Vulgate was used by Christians in the churches of the waldenses the GS the the Kelts the alenes and the other fundamental groups throughout Europe This Latin version became so used and beloved by Orthodox Christians and it was in common use but here's the important thing look Jerome's translation was not used by the true biblical Christians for almost a thous thousand years they would not true Born Again Bible believing Christians would not accept the Latin Vulgate because it was not the same and they knew it wasn't and they knew not to trust the Roman Catholic Church they knew and then of course we mentioned the syak and I've showed how Ignatius of Antioch that was trained by Peter and Paul ultimately became the bishop of the church in Antioch which is in Syria and I showed how all these people went there but look this this translation and why I bring this up again is because I want to bring out something that I didn't say the other day but this petta translation into Syrian or Syriac was produced early in the 2 Century it is possible that this translation was in the hands of the apostle John right there are 350 copies extent of this translation and they support guess what the traditional text what does that mean the traditional text is another term for the Byzantine text the text is receptive the text the Greek text in which this came from guess what this Bible written long before any Roman Catholic nonsense agrees with the one that we have here today called the King James Bible now am I going to in the 1500 I mean in the 1800s all of a sudden they decide to change it why would I change these people translated this Bible the vais the wal denes and they preached the gospel and spread the gospel in the face of martyrdom and

  20. death and it was it was over the word of God why would I go oh they didn't have the Bible Barnabas couldn't have had any scriptures to give them as the bishop of Milan that whole area of North North Italy nah no no no the the Disciples of John who went into Syria they couldn't have the the word of God we but we know they did and that's why you have these translations thank God see this is what he does he was preserving it and they knew to preserve it they knew the the warning don't you add to don't you take from if you add to this book I add to the curses the plagues in this book I add them your and if you take from this book I'm taking your name out of the book of life you don't go to heaven this is a straight trip to hell to mess with God's word so all these translations that have added and taken away and people getting rich off of I I feel sorry for him better do some serious repenting we covered this look just just this syc version Look Apollos is there in cesaria Jason who received Paul in Acts 17 was the bishop over uh Tarsus here Thaddius was sent by the Apostle Thomas to King abgarus I got to cover that what happened in adessa there one day iotus was followed by he went there and he was uh killed he was martyred and Then followed by Ignatius the Apostle John's disciple so Ignatius was in Antioch where the church was where Paul was in Silas and Barnabas where was sent out but Silas was there too um Lucius of that was mentioned in Acts was in leod deia there arist Marcus the companion of Paul mentioned in the New Testament was there and then down here it says ananas who baptized and prayed for Paul's sight to be restored God sent him back to Damascus to be the bishop is't that amazing and this is the area in which you got the petta translation the syak translation look at all the Christians who had been with the apostles but no we're going to trust the corrupt Roman Catholic church right that's who we're going to trust instead of these people we're going to trust that so you've got the petta Syriac Syrian translation long before the Latin Vulgate you've got the old Latin itala long before and then You' got the other ones that I mentioned of course at the fall of

  21. Constantinople they're the business Empire Byzantium of course was Constantinople it fell everything went to Europe many of the Greek New Testament manuscripts and see they had the Greek New Testament manuscripts there they had huge libraries they had these things called scriptorium basically where they sit there and just copy the Bible just copy copy copy copy copy right and then when the ottoman Turks came in when the Muslims came in and overthrew then they took their stuff and fled to Europe okay now I know I covered this the other day just refreshing your memory this is something you ought to learn so that you can tell people where your Bible came from you and you need to know this and this is going to be put in the school of ministry too so y'all get ready was there a problem are we on all right okay so we covered this I know again this is a little bit I'm covering we get back we're going to get to some of the new info here in just a second but they go into Europe of course this guy is one of them one of the Greek transcribers yeah George uh hermonis he's something else he called himself that of of Sparta because he lived near Old Sparta but anyway he was a scribe Diplomat scholar lecture he's the first person to teach Greek at the College of sobor in Paris um it is clear that he himself copied the scriptures as we have some extensive portions of New Testament attributed to him his most famous student was rasmas so what I'm saying I'm showing you the reason I do this is to show the connection of these things so you know again where did the Greek manuscripts come you know in in the Byzantine Empire where they all spoke Greek for thousand years plus they didn't need any translations because everybody spoke the language the New Testament was written in so they just made copies and preserved it there for a thousand years and this was one of those guys and this guy was the teacher of arasmus and arasmus is the one of course who gave us uh this is some of the manuscripts hermony it talks about his manuscripts but I think you say this de dearius or something like that arasmus but he's the one that traveled the world went out to all the Learned

  22. people and had manuscripts now he's the one he gave he did several translations he was in a hurry to beat the Roman Catholic guy so the first one he made a few mistakes his second one by his second and third one 1519 1522 he had perfected it he translated from those manuscripts into both Greek on one side he did something never been done before he had Greek on one side and then the LA Latin he translated from the original Greek to Latin and he had Latin side by side so people who spoke Latin could check against the original Greek and that it actually gave people the ability to go wait a minute the original Greek manuscripts from the Byzantine empire did not they don't match the Roman Catholic nonsense all right but everything changed now get this so this is the Codex vaticanus right this is one of the ones this is they found in the Vatican Library all of a sudden right um and they decide you know what we're going to use this now what's interesting about the vaticanus do you see that big K up there that drop down Capital at the head of that we'll talk about that in a second just so you mention it so you've got these two this codex cicus or caticus however you want to say it and it's Just A and B this one was a vaticanus was B so we'll just call them A and B but we know the story behind this I covered that pretty much but let's just talk about codic vaticanus for a second all right the vaticanus was found in the Vatican imagine that it was first recorded in the Vatican library in 1475 there is no record of it prior to that moreover the first historical record of anyone Consulting the vaticanus was when arasmus inquired of it in 15 21 uh in preparing his Greek New Testament he wrote to the Vatican and received readings from the vaticanus but those were so odd and bizarre that he rejected them the original vaticanus is missing Genesis chapter 1 through chapter 46 nearly the entire book of Genesis a big chunk of Psalms from Psalm 105 to 137 Matthew 18:11 1 and 2 Timothy Titus filimon Hebrews N9 and I had to put that in they had it was a little typo there but basically Hebrews 9 through1 13 and the entire Book of Revelation now why would you use something go we're going to use this from the Vatican that they didn't care about it's set no who knows how long it sat there we're going to pull this out of the Vatican but and we're going to use it but it's missing all of this

  23. stuff but this is what we're going to use to make a new translation of the Bible now is that about foolish it's it's amazing it's kind of like saying okay I'm going to build a car but we're going to just leave out the engine the wheels yeah we don't need all that but here's another little thing here here's some other now now I just gave you the big chunks that are missing but all these verses are missing and of course the last 12 verses in Mark and what's interesting about this you're going to see look they made a little note they actually knew it was supposed to be there but they left it out because it's talks about Jesus said my name you'll cast out demons and speak with new tongues and heal the sick they didn't want that and then of course the resurrection is in this now here's what's sad so this higher criticism that came along these people that came along in the 1800s West Scott and Hort and their whole crew they came along and it was called higher criticism basically we're just going to start criticizing the Texas receptus in the King James and we're going to come up with a new one we're going to come up with a new Greek translation so we can make New Visions but it says higher criticism took the position that the original gospel was Mark so the only one that was a real gospel was Mark that the others were just knockoffs of the Gospel of Mark so basically they said Matthew Luke John they just copied Mark and that's all it was that that Mark was the only true gospel this is but this is the kind of stuff these Scholars do right and then it says this it says so their contention is that the gospel that is missing the resurrection of Jesus Christ is the one this is the one you know we're going to take out those last 12 vers so so the original Mark is missing the resurrection of Jesus but that's the what everything else was based off of it's insanity but get this the only two Bible manuscripts that are missing the last 12 verses in Mark 16 are the vaticanus and the catticus the only two so let me see thousands have it two don't so let's leave it out H that makes a lot of sense doesn't it what blows my mind is the people who fail for this and are still falling for this hoax and for this deception when all the evidence is here see they did this Brook West Brook's F FAL uh Wescott and Fenton

  24. John Anthony Hort they're the ones that made the New Testament of the original Greek here it is a picture of it now what's interesting you see this guy right here uh with an introduction by Philip chav all right this guy was a Universalist he wasn't even a Christian we'll talk about him another time I find it just fascinating all right let's listen to this this guy is an expert in ancient manuscripts let's see what he has to sayas has a very now has a very strange appearance when you look at it as a sort of manuscript expert although you know that people tell you that it's a is a 4th Century manuscript actually looks like a 15th century manuscript and there's one very simple reason for that is that almost the entire text has been overwritten by a 15 Century scribe not only that he's added in 15th century decoration titling and so forth so it has a very strange appearance there are clear signs of vaticanus having been overwritten in the 10th 11th and completely overwritten in the 15th century meaning it is virtually useless from a paleographic that means a study of writing or or of critical Origins it's not best by any stretch no want to hear it again let's hear that again carus has a very now has a very strange appearance when you look at it as a sort of manuscript expert although you know that people tell you that it's a is a 4th Century manuscript it actually looks like a 15th century manuscript and there's one very simple reason for that is that almost the entire text has been overwritten by a 15th century scribe not only that he's added in Century decoration titling and so forth so it has a very strange appearance there are clear signs of vakas having been overwritten in the 10th 11th and completely overwritten in the 15th century meaning it is virtually useless from a paleographic that means a study of writing or or or of critical Origins it's not best by any stretch not best but I want to tell you right now if you look up codc ex Vatican just do a search on it oh they're going to tell you it's the best manuscript it's the earliest it's 4th Century but here's something what they mentioned see these drop down letters I told you we're going to talk about that that didn't even get invented like nobody did that in history until the 1500s and then they want to tell you that this manuscript is from the 400 from the third or 4 Cy not it it's

  25. impossible it's a 15th century thing they pulled out of the Vatican library that was just kind of set aside but they had to do something they had to come up with see there it is right there I mean this is from the original all right here's this I find interesting so these Greek and Hebrew Scholars pointed out that this isn't the actual like this is a exact fact simile of the Codex vaticanus in the margin they got it what it's written in Greek right there it says fool and Nave leave the old reading and do not change it so this shows they were monkeying around with it they got notes in there we're we're hey these guys didn't change leave this alone I they're monkeying around they're making it up as they go and this is not how I'm manuscript is done it doesn't have notes telling somebody else how to translate or what to put in or take out it's insanity but this is all your new modern bibles are based on the vaticanus and the catticus right catanus however you say it but think about it both of those you want to know the things that those two have in common is they or Trace them right back to the Roman Catholic church now I like this guy you guys need to look him up I'm actually downloaded his book for free from the 1800s it's awesome this is John William Bergen he was uh they called him an English Anglican Divine who became the dean of to Chester cathedral in in 1876 he was also known in his lifetime for his poetry his defense of the uh true history of the Mosaic authorship of Genesis long after his death he was remembered chiefly for his defense of the Byzantine type text and continued uh ecclesiastical use of the traditional receive text this man was alive and there when they were doing this and he was fighting them and telling them it's ridiculous what you're doing and uh he was he was letting everybody in England no this man was standing up for the truth in the midst of something that for him to stand up for that it was very unpopular and uh he wrote this book the revision revised um and again you can go find this on archive download the whole thing read the I I just started reading this why I was up so late last night it's 600 and something actual pages so I have to say and admit I haven't finished reading it yet but I perused through a

  26. few a few parts last night and this was uh in the introduction he says here and I wanted to point this out but he says uh and he's quoting from a a contemporary of his um scrier this is scribner's plain introduction here but he was also one scholar that said there's no way that this new Greek translation is right or correct I mean so there were some people that stood up against it but they were in the minority but he says here there is little hope for the stability of their imposing structure for its foundations have been laid on the Sandy ground of ingenuous conjecture and since barely the smallest vestage of historical evidence has ever been alleged in support of the views accomplished by the editors their teaching must either be received as intuitively true or dismissed from our consideration as uh precarious and even Visionary so what he's saying is they're just making this crap up there is no historical evidence to prove that you should go with codex A or B there's no his but like like I did at Skyfall what did I go through the early church fathers he argues that he says here Dr hortz system this new Greek text they came out with Dr Hort system is entirely destitute of historical Foundation does everybody see that destitute of historical Foundation yet we can trace our King James Bible our received text back to the Byzantine Empire back to Northern Italy and the Voda and the wenzes to the Syria to the petta to the gothic to the we can TR we can trace history we can see where the apostles went and the Apostles of the of the the disciples of the Apostle we can trace our history they cannot do that they have no history and this is this is just the beginning um he he talks about here uh that actually Tish andorf he says insist that they were partly written by the same scribe these two different A and B were written by the same scribe now think of the chances of that right he says yet do they stand aunder in every page as well as differ widely the commonly received text which they have been carefully collated he says on being referred to this standard in the gospels alone be uh which is the vaticanus is found to Omit 2,877 words just in the gospels we've got these historical texts these his hisorical Bibles long before all this and all of a sudden all this crap's missing all this stuff's missing

  27. from this let me tell you A and B are pieces of crap and it doesn't take and and this guy was a scholar he graduated from from Oxford I mean he was a he could read Greek he knew he was he said he even had an argument with them over okay uh Second Timothy uh 3:16 not what is it 1 Timothy 3:16 where he says God was manifest In the Flesh and he said the Westcott and hortz little little team decided that they were going to take out God was manifested In the Flesh and put in he okay but see in the Greek and he points out he said in all the other manuscripts the Greek says Theos which means God but these people did not believe in the trinity in fact I did a little digging on Tish andorf where he went to college in Germany and found his teacher who didn't believe in the deity of Jesus Christ and it's all there I sometimes I wake up 3:00 or 4 in the morning and I'm just like looking up stuff like this wait a minute let me find who taught this guy um here's what is is really really good here he says he talks about the the text they use and he said right here he says uh the three of the most scandalously corrupt copies extent exhibit the most shamefully mutilated texts which are anywhere to be met with have become by whatsoever process for their history is wholly unknown the depositories of the largest amount of fabricated readings ancient blunders and intentional perversions of Truth which are discoverable in any known copies of the word of God you know I'll tell you something I I stand here today very very blessed to be standing in agreement with this man this was a man standing up to the truth oh he he he gets even more blunt as you go on now let's put up I going to finish with this and you know what hey it's only 12:15 so we did that pretty quick but I want to put up these verse uh just just put up uh the pictures I sent you just we'll go one by one I sent Kelsey some more during praise and worship now here's here's something remember remember Jesus said Matthew 24:35 check me out if you'd think I'm wrong but Matthew 24:35 says Heaven and Earth will pass away but my words my words will not pass away now I know s covered some of this at Skyfall but I want to point out something here and just show you a few things so this is Bible Gateway where you can look up all different translations right and we're in Matthew 17 here

  28. talking about when the disciples couldn't cast The Demon out of the boy and Jesus came up and cast the demons out and he says oh fa faithless and twisted generation how long am I with you how long am I to bear with you and he goes on down and he says the disciples came to Jesus said why could we not cast him out he said because of your little faith for truly as say unto you if you have faith a grain of mustard seed you will say to this mountain move from here to there and it will move and nothing shall be impossible to you now notice it's verse 20 right and then it goes to verse 22 how do you go from 20 to 22 you skip something well you know what they skip this is the ESV this is the new one they are telling you is based on the King James or based on uh ah oh who I can't remember now but they they tell you it's based on the Texas they're lying huh no no no they it's it's they they say it's based on U not why Cliff but um the other guy why can't I I just drawn a blank but let me show you something here this is the ESV and they admit I actually in the introduction of the ESV some of the Bibles it it says that they based this translation off the RSV the revised Standard Version which is taken from the same westcot and H Greek text but look they leave out for this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting now I want to tell you something had I read this when I was a new Christian I would not have known or graas ASP at the time the importance of prayer and fasting dealing with the Demonic and see my first convert came out of high level Satanism and I was dealing with the Demonic immediately and I knew what you better be a person who fasts and prays a lot if you're going to deal with the Demonic realm why because I had a good King James Bible that had has it in there and folks it's been in these Bibles for 2,000 years the old Latin the syc but all of a sudden in the 1800s we find two new manuscripts and we're going to take that out now here hear me on this Jesus said he Earth will pass away my words will not pass away they took it out and you can see this let's go that's

  29. the the E English Standard Version that everybody's all raving about let's go here's the new Catholic Bible now I look this one up because I want to say does the new Catholic Bible agree with the ESV and the NIV and oh guess what same thing thing verse 20 of 22 we leave out 21 this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting now there's worse omissions than this but just this one is extremely detrimental to the power of the church the True Church of Jesus Christ not that false one in Rome let's go to the next one here's the New Living Translation I have some people raving about this one leaves it out so we know what they base this off of and of course the one that's been the most popular for the last few decades the NIV same thing right but they change well let's put up first Timothy 3:16 see that damages you without controversy great is the mystery of of godliness God was manifest In the Flesh justified in the spirit seen of angels preached unto the Gentiles believed on in the world now this right here establishes the deity of Jesus why would they change it to he because really you don't even know who he's talking about you and change it to he but it's funny some of the verses that they change or omit and some that they leave in it's it's just it's just amazing we checked for instance the other day um Isaiah 9:6 in these different translations where it says uh the son will be given and upon his shoulders you know the government will be upon his shoulders his name Shall be Called wonderful coun C the Mighty God the Everlasting father the Prince of Peace well all that's in all the translations so that shows again the deity of Jesus that the son would also be called what the Everlasting father the Mighty God and the Prince of Peace So this is one of the issues that we get to it's interesting too to note that the cult called uh the Jehovah Witness called has their own New World Translation of course they monkeyed around with a whole lot of stuff but what's interesting when Jehovah Witness used used to come to my

  30. door I would get them to turn in their messed up Bibles to Mark chapter 161 15-20 where it says go preach the gospel in all the world these sign shall follow them that believe in my name they will cast out demons speak with new tongues lay hands on the sick I would ask them does this happen in your church church and they would go no I said well it does in mine so why would I trade and I start giving them testimonies and sharing and and what's what was always neat was that they always have you know the older one and the younger one or the more experienced you know brain the more brainwashed Jehovah Witness with the less brainwashed and the always the less brainwashed one would go what man that so guess what they did I think a lot of people started doing that or they must have been because they they actually removed those 12 last 12 verses in Mark 16 out of the New World Translation because it was damning their false church and of course they changed things it's it's interesting I I actually can use their Twisted translation to prove Jesus Is God but they try to obscure that because like the the mistranslation of John 1:1 where it says in the beginning was the word and the Word was with God and the Word was God they said was a God that's the change but that comes from these manuscripts these corrupted manuscripts so folks one thing you you have to figure out you have to know you have to ask yourself the question did God supernaturally by his Spirit by his Sovereign power give us his word his thoughts of his heart his precept his Commandments the things he wanted us to know from him did he give those to men and did he preserve them forever I believe he did and I believe for us English-speaking people we have it in this it's not hard to read that's in your that's in your mind I have no difficulty reading it you can get a strong concordance with the Hebrew and Greek dictionary and look up stuff words for yourself if you don't understand get you a Webster Old Webster dictionary because they do but God gave us what he wanted now I find it interesting and I'm about to close maybe give me five minutes I get three closings right um I find it amazing

  31. that we would get called a cult a King James only cult to me that kind of language and that kind of attack shows something is seriously wrong you know Nancy and I were on our anniversary we were just talking and we we sat down and we were reading we started reading Luke Luke chapter 6 and you know Luke 4 Jesus tells them some things from the Old Testament and they get so mad at him in Nazareth just for speaking the word of God that he you know they throw him out and they're going to throw him off a cliff and he has to escape supernaturally then he goes to the the next place and it says you know they they waited to see if he'd heal on the sabbaths right and when he did it says that they were in the King James says they were filled with Madness okay you put might put that up it's filled with Madness that's it's in Luke 6 they were filled with Madness and I remember I looked that word up Madness and you know what it means the word the the Greek word is anoia doesn't that sound familiar but it means it means uh stupid that's actually the definition in the Greek Strong's Greek dictionary stupid mixed with rage so stupid anger right and it says they were filled with this madness they were filled with stupidity and what does stupidity mean it means lack of intelligence lack of knowledge lack of understanding but they were filled with anger now why think about this this is Jesus talking Luke 4 Luke 6 this is Jesus talking them so the Living Word of God is sitting in front of them and he is blowing up their traditions and their religion by just speaking Truth by just doing what he was supposed to do to heal this poor man with the withered hand filled with Madness I think about people all the time because I I I kind of get I kind of provoke this in people they get just filled with this stupid anger when their false beliefs and their Traditions that make the word of God n effect or things that they have accepted in Christianity as Christianity and I show them it is not that way it just get filled with its Madness and so when I saw that that word anoya I thought it's okay Jesus Jesus said they were stupid the Bible said they were stupid you know I I get in trouble sometimes

  32. because I say the word stupid the Old Testament word brutish it means stupid all right but really if you think about it I I I was thinking about all this you know I'm not a rocket scientist I don't have a 200 IQ probably around 140 is where I am but you can figure this stuff out it's not hard to go H here's a river I can trace all the way back to the apostles with the pure word of God a clean River coming down a mountain side that you can go drink right at it and I got one coming out of the butt of the Vatican and it decides to Omit change twist add to what's been here for centuries this is not hard to figure out so something has to be going on when after because the person who posted that stuff and started calling us a King James only cult and coming against here's the thing I'm like he sat in there the first day so he heard what I went through cuz I went through this in great detail showing like the quotes from the disciples and The Disciples of the disciples it's it's how do I put it there is no argument against this it has to be stupid anger because your little world is getting blown up and the devil hates what is true he hates this King James Bible with a passion hates hates double hates loes entirely didn't that what the Grinch said he hated hille they hate this he's on the top of the mountain screaming going down the phone book with him I hate you too we got a bunch of grinches in the church they just hated they they I can't even imagine I you know The Message Bible the passion Bible the Gen X Bible the Queen James Bible gen Z I'm sorry not Gen X I'm I'm Gen X we had the right Bible um I I mean some of the stuff you look you read it's just absolute foolishness

  33. but it attacks the Trinity the deity of Jesus what's interesting of of you know in Ephesians when it says that we receive forgiveness through his blood leaves out through his blood why would you do that that's been in there for centuries you take it out and then tell me that your new translation where you've basically stripped everything out of it is better and more accurate that your two is better than the thousands do y'all get it now please tell me you do I don't want to have to do this again anytime soon I know this is a long but this is again sometimes I'm a teacher and not just a preacher so we have to have a college class and find out some history let me ask you something does it help you to know I mean know that you know have historical fact that you know where your Bible came from and that God preserved it does that help your faith so don't let these Grinch Christians talk you out of it you can go back and listen to the Skyfall messages on this today get it in you there's a great documentary called Lamp in the dark three something out it's excellent um there's a lot of good stuff out there yes hold on when I first got saved and I was going to like Baptist churches and um even Pentecostal churches and I was 22 years old and everybody I remember back then everybody was King James every I I remember I was told by the fathers that were at our churches and the elders King James that's the right Bible and I didn't know all this stuff but I had a witness in my spirit that was right and even when I tried to read other Bibles the Holy Spirit would just like it was just like my spirit will rejected I couldn't read them so there should be an inner witness too I've always had that witness with the King James thank you for sharing that Pastor Troy well all right let's stand I love of my King James Bible and I don't care what the Grinch Christians say and I don't care what all their little virgins say and all their little

  34. so-called little Scholars he you know they all want to be little dweebs I just it just blows my mind but this is part part of what God's called me to do y'all I will I will defend the word of God to the death if need be and I believe every word is important and that God gave us every word amen and uh we'll talk more about it later about some of these people that were used to corrupt and give us all these versions but like I said somebody got mad because what was it it was it s or Jordan it talk about burning the the other version Wall-E I'm sorry it was Pastor Wall-E yeah he was guilty of all right so that's one of the things they got bent out of shape over but let me just tell you this I was going to bring two pictures of water up here and I just didn't have time I was going to go get some deer pee you know you can go buy that in the store right for hunters use deer urine right um I was going to get two pitches of water and start dropping deer urine in it and ask y'all which one you want to drink out of this one or this one and I'm just just going to keep dripping the the deer pee in it right now let me ask y'all deer pea water or filtered pure wonderful water exactly so am I going to take this water filled with deer pee and go put it on my shelf somewhere or maybe let me hand it to another person that's not aware that there's deer pee in it that would be kind of mean wouldn't it so let me ask you something what are those other translations that are from corrupted alexandrian and the Codex what what are they good for do you want to give them to somebody else else no do you want to keep them I mean you can if you want to keep them like to compare or something but what I'm saying is I wouldn't give one to anybody I wouldn't want anybody to see me looking at one I think Pastor Dean is likes this Bible no I don't that's why I don't drink beer because you know I don't think it's a sin to have a beer but if you saw me drinking one you don't know if that's six number six or number 12 you have no idea so I just don't touch it Right Touch not the unclean thing and I'll receive you deer PE
