father we ask you to soften our hearts truly Lord I think a lot of times we don't realize our hearts get a little callous a little hard a little dry Lord I ask you Lord today to soften our hearts to open our eyes to help us Lord where we need help today it's not our church still needs help we need your spirit to move we need you to touch people even in this room those listening today those who will listen to this service Lord we ask you God the touch Christians today there are so many Christians Lord today are just they're just Lawless they're self-centered and self-oriented they make excuses they don't want to hear certain things that are in your word and they live in a fantasy world Lord I pray that folks will wake up in Jesus name amen it's a whole lot going on sure come here come up here come up here just hold on we want to get it you just spoke to me that a word in season is Pleasant to the soul and he also spoke to me that we have to fortify the walls of the city so and then he also gave me another thing that says my word is like a fire to burn up the stubble so that was the thing amen praise God there's just so much going on you guys you know I guess what I'm more amazed about in these times right now I'm really amazed you know we could talk about you know it's shocking what's going on with Isis in the Middle East it's shocking what's going on with Russia and the Ukraine it's shocking what's going on in our own country with the border and just the horrible policies of our government it's shocking what's going on in the world mass murder I mean we are we're watching another Holocaust in our time happen but it's shocking is all that is I think I'm more shocked right now by how Christians are acting especially Western Christians and when I say Western I I say that now because we have people in Europe and people in Australia and people in America
listening so what I'm talking about is the modern Western mentality that's running through not the Middle East not Asia but our mentality here particularly Americans because we tend to ship our mentality and ideas elsewhere all over the place but just in the last week just listening to Christians and what Christians want to defend and argue about and I'm like are you Clueless you know you got to wonder so when will you when will when will the church or people who say they're Christian when will they grow up a little bit um you know I mean we have Christians defending occultists we have Christians defending using pagan occult witchcraft techniques to heal them or to have health like essential oils we have people arguing about uh upset at me because I said I don't trust Muslims and you do I guess and I and then I start realizing then you dare call out a sin and they want to argue about why it's okay or why you know there's Grace and why God overlooks it you bring up demons and they want to talk about oh you're looking for a demon behind every bush that's amazing to me I guess what's amazing to me is you bring up stuff that's in the Bible oh yeah and if you preach on end time prophecy we don't want to hear that we're tired of hearing that that's been said in this place we've actually had people leave the church not just because of that offended over several things because of the word offended at the word offended because they can't divorce their husband or their their wife for no reason offended because Pastor Dean there would say no you can't do that we've had people offended saying you know we got people get offended still still don't like us because you know we said hey it's not a good idea to to date somebody else when you're still married imagine that we had that problem isn't it amazing though Christians really are at a point where they just really don't want to hear what's reality there's a whole Christian fantasy world
the Bible study Thursday night ended up being a three and a half to four hour debate about the pre-tribulation Rapture and several other issues from someone who came as a guest who decided they wanted to go down that road and I'm just going to be honest with you I'm at a point where y'all already know I'm pretty tough but I'm at a point now where I'm really getting to the point I'm not going to care about anybody's feelings anymore over the truth if your feelings get hurt over the truth or if I preach something 500 times and you don't like it I don't care because I'm going to preach and I'm going to teach exactly what God tells me and then you take it up with him you got a problem with it it's really that simple you know the the problem with the people of God in the Old Testament and in the New Testament when Jesus came along the problem was not that they didn't want certain things from their their prophets and their priests and their pastors and their teachers and the prophets and apostles it's not going to say oh yeah they want healing oh yeah they want Deliverance oh yeah they want help oh yeah they want someone there when somebody's sick or when somebody dies oh yeah we we we want you to tell us what makes us feel good but we really really really tell you the truth the body of Christ does not want they just don't want true Prophets I found this out they really don't they don't want true prophets they don't want to know what's really going on they don't want to know what's really reality I can't tell tell you how many Christians have said to me I don't want to know about that I don't want to hear that babe look this verse up for me please to save me time I think it's in Psalm 119. but those it says this those who love God's law the word of God it says this nothing shall offend them oh look that up for me I believe it's Psalm 119 I can't remember what verse out of the hundred and 76 verses but that was just burning on my mind this morning those who love 165 psalm 119. 165. why don't you read it real loud for
US Bank great peace have they that love thy law or Thy word God's word and nothing shall offend them Psalm 119 verse 165 great peace have they who love thy law Thy word and nothing shall offend them so let me just let me just inform you of something if something that I preach from the Bible or even in current events that is happening because it's in Bible prophecy if something that I preach offends you or makes you irritated or makes you mad or something you don't want to hear the problem is because some for some reason you don't really love God's word with all your heart soul mind and strength you don't really love the truth if you did you would not be offended at the word of God it's always proof that you love something else more something it's either yourself or some sin you want to keep hold of or some Idol you want to keep hold of or some plan that you want to keep hold of or something you want to hold on to but when the words preached and you can't handle it the problem is because you just don't love the word of God as you should see a lot of Christians give lip service oh I love the Bible I love the truth I want to hear the truth I love the scriptures I love uh you know I love I love it I I know people as you said preach it man step on my toes rebuke me correct me until I do hold me accountable Pastor Dean oh and then when I do but what I'm amazed about now is how I give people scripture about something and they want to go off into some some fantasy world as a Christian you're supposed to build your life your faith your beliefs every single thing about you is supposed to be built upon the word of God the truth no lies no deception no half truth no partial truth no no truth some truth mixed with some lies and because of this attitude because there are just so many offended
with the word of God they don't love the word of God and so they're offended this is why we get all kinds of strife and Division and problems in the body of Christ but what's so funny is the ones who get attacked and accused of being the ones the cause of the division are the ones that love the word and just preach the word I mean just a few weeks ago a guy makes a post that's completely unscriptural about forgiveness of sin and how it works how God works it right I just gave three passages of scripture that disproved this charismatic preacher and superstar that they love I just three I just gave three scriptures without commentary just gave three passages of scripture and I got attacked by three Christians call names judgmental self-righteous and I'm sitting there going oh yeah I got called a jerk by three Christians Spirit-filled Christians tongue talking Christian and all I gave was three passages of scripture now y'all in here shake your heads oh but some of you do it you just do it quietly I don't want to hear about that what do y'all want me to do water it down for you sweeten it up soften it up is that what you want that's what you want there's plenty of places that are doing that right now like I said we don't vote around here you vote with your feet see you know those things beautiful there's a lot of ministers out there there's a lot of young ministers and even older ministers who they want to pastor church really really really bad and they want they think they've got all the answers and they want to pastor church I've long died to all that I don't care if I Pastor a church or if I have a big Ministry or I I've died to all that I went through that young man phase of wanting to build something big for the kingdom of God and you know all the excuses we give well we want to reach the loss but you really got an idol of wanting to be have something big and be somebody and all that stuff I already been through all that okay I already wrestled with that as a young man as a young Pastor as a young Minister and I don't even care you know why I do this
I do this not because I want to be somebody I want to be looked at or or even that I even necessarily want this job I do it because God told me to do it that's the only reason I do it no other reason that's why I don't care about building a mega church that's why I don't care about even having a church building that's why I don't care about any of that nonsense that they out there think so important don't care right I found out what this was a new term I didn't know people used about these big churches they got all this stuff Six Flags over whatever what was the term they called it Six Flags over Jesus churches yeah I got no I I don't want that church a church we just saw it I saw an article this week a church in Alabama near around Birmingham just built a 26 million dollar entertainment center with a bowling alley in a movie theater and all this other stuff oh in a bar to serve alcohol yeah but no smoking yet and don't quote me maybe they said I can't remember they said something about alcohol I thought no no they didn't mean that did they but but listen to me 26 million dollars you couldn't get in the church bus and go to the bowling alley no you got to build your own the economy of the United States about to go under people starving in our own country people starving around the world missionaries desperately needing support and you spend 26 million dollars on a bowling alley in Birmingham Alabama that probably has 20 bowling alleys we're going to reach the community no you're not because you're already stupid but this is America this is America I want to read something to you look at First Timothy I mean I'm sorry second Timothy chapter four this is a very very well-known passage of scripture but the Lord just won't let it leave my mind this morning are you there yet second Timothy chapter
four [Music] verse 1. I charge thee and this is to a young Pastor Paul is writing to under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit after he went through a dissertation about signs of the last days he said I charge thee therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ who shall judge the quick and the dead and his appearing in his kingdom preach the word be instant in season and out of season reprove rebuke and exhort with all long-suffering and Doctrine for the time will come when they will not endure sound Doctrine but after their own lust of their own desires they shall Heap to themselves teachers having itching ears and they shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned into Fables can I just tell you right now that if you will not hear the sound preaching of the word of God if you will not hear reproof and rebuke and correction and instruction and sound biblical Doctrine if you will not hear it or you refuse any part of the word of God you have no other place to go but unto fables myths lies deceptions and you will be deceived in some area of your life and that deception will carry you off or the devil will use that deception that's in you to harm others with it everybody's going to be an evangelist whether they want to or not if you ought to say this I'm an evangelist whether I want to be or not you will preach something with your life with your mouth with your actions you will demonstrate something to people around you people see through and what's amazing is people see through a facade very quickly I mean I actually haven't I'm having to hold back some things I want to say this morning if we were in a bigger group of people I might go ahead and say it but it gets too obvious in here we don't want to hear it or I hear you Pastor but I'm not going to do it that's the other one those are the passive aggressive people amen but I ain't doing it all right we got a lot of those in the church world don't we turn with me to the Book of Amos
[Music] Amos is one of these Prophets who didn't really want to be a prophet we're going to read his prophecy of of Israel being destroyed we'll see a little confrontation that takes place here Amos chapter 7 verse 1 [Music] thus at the Lord God showed unto me behold he formed grasshoppers in the beginning of the shooting up of the latter growth and lo it was the latter growth before the king or after the king's mowings and it came to pass that when they had made an end of eating the grass of the land then I said O Lord God forgive I beseech thee by whom shall Jacob arise for he is small the Lord repented for this and said it shall not be saith the Lord thus if the Lord showed unto me and behold the Lord God Called to contend by fire and it devoured the great deep and did eat at part apart then said I O Lord cease I beseech thee by whom shall Jacob arise for he is small and the Lord repented for this this shall not be saith the Lord so the here the Lord is pronounced a couple of judgments upon Israel and Amos the prophet in prayer intercedes and God changes his mind because of that prayer and says okay I'm not going to do this but this third Vision says verse 7 the Lord showed me and behold the Lord stood upon a wall made by a Plumb line with a Plumb line in his hand and the Lord said unto me Amos what seeth thou and I said a Plumb line and then said the Lord behold I will set a Plumb line in the midst of My People Israel and I will not again pass by them anymore and the high places of Isaac or Israel shall be desolate in the sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waste and I will rise against the house of jeroboam with the sword so he pronounces this judgment then amaziah the priest of Bethel sent unto jeroboam king of Israel saying Amos hath conspired against thee in the midst of the House of Israel the land is not able to Bear all his words for thus Amos saith jeroboam shall die by The Sword and Israel shall surely be led away captive out of their own land also amaziah said unto Amos oh thou see or go flee away into the land of Judah and there eat bread and prophesy there but prophesy not again anymore at Bethel for it is the King's Chapel and it is the king's court and then answered Amos and said to amaziah I was no Prophet neither was I a prophet's son but I was a Herdman and a gatherer of sycamore fruit and the Lord took me as I followed the flock and the Lord said unto me go prophesy to My People Israel now
therefore hear ye the word of the Lord thou sayest prophesy not against Israel and drop not Thy word against the house of Isaac therefore thus saith the Lord thy wife shall be a harlot in the city and thy sons and their daughters shall fall By The Sword and thy land shall be divided by line and thou shalt die in a polluted land and Israel shall surely go into captivity a fourth of his hand pretty strong words amen but you know what's amazing is that these confrontations like this with Amos was with a man a religious man a religious leader a priest you see Jeremiah having to confront Priests of God of Yahweh Jehovah having to confront priests and Prophets and what would they tell him to stop prophesying stop saying what you're saying they tell Amos go don't say this anymore here go preach it somewhere else go prophesy somewhere else they told Isaiah the same thing don't speak unto us right things speak unto a smooth thing prophesied deceits I can tell you this right now if you say to me or to any other true Prophet or Pastor or preacher if you say I don't want to hear it I don't care if you're just saying it in your mind in your heart you are not right with God it's that simple you don't want to hear about end times prophecy you don't want to hear about Sin you don't want to hear about hell you don't want to hear about repentance you don't want to hear about becoming a disciple of Jesus you don't want to hear that you don't want to hear about changing your ways your Rebellion your evil your desires your lust you don't want to hear it then you are not right with God you are you are opposing the Holy Spirit you are opposing the ministers God's sins has sent to you and you are just you're opposing yourself actually Jesus said it we Nancy and I were reading Luke the other night together they read Luke 11 12 13. as we were reading those passages it's just amazing Jesus spoke about I will send you Apostles and Prophets and wise men and he said to the to his people some of them you will Stone some of them you will persecute some you will Stone some of you will crucify and kill and he was speaking to his people and he said the blood of all the prophets from Abel unto Zechariah who was slain between the porch and the altar meaning near the temple
it's going to be required of this generation now how would you like to have been in that generation and heard those words all the blood of the prophets slain from the time of Abel unto Zechariah will be required of this generation what do you think's about to be required of Our Generation how many not thousands but how many tens of Millions of Christians have been slain in the 20th and the 21st century and not all by Wicked unbelievers a lot has been by so-called Christians I got news for you I got a whole lot of news for you if you love the word of God every words in that Bible if you love the truth if you love it more than your life if you love it more than your own ways if you love it more than your own sin if you love it more than anything else anyone preaching it you will love them it's like this little girl yesterday fussing about a post about the mark of the beast trying to argue and split hairs with Shri and I guess Nancy was on it I don't know who else was on it I almost commented but I thought that my Center in cardiac arrest so I said no I'll let the ladies handle it but I thought to myself the other reason she's doing that is because she is offended at us for speaking out against her precious essential oils that she loves so much and her pastors hate us and so she has picked up their offense as well and that's the only reason she wants to be argumentative that's the only reason she wants to try to prove somebody wrong though I have to say Cherie and Nancy handed it to her very nicely very clearly but now you're probably on our bad list both of you you are just because you have the same last name as me you didn't have to say anything you just already on the bad list you know I got to thinking the other day about you know a lot of you don't know this but you know the Lord told me you know we've we've had you know back in 2011
the Lord told me to start having an end time Bible prophecy conference yearly okay and so in 2012 January of 2012 we had our first one August of last year 2013 we had our second one um and the Lord began speaking to me about the 2014 one all the way back in goodness I guess it was November of 2013. and he spoke to me about having it in Montgomery and Montgomery Alabama about 60 miles west of here Southwest yes you'd say and so I know pastor's over there and of course the last two we've had pastors open up and let us well not pastors necessarily one that church didn't have a pastor that's probably why we got to do it there and then another church opened up so we had a Baptist Church open up let us use their facility and it will actually participated then the next year we had another Pentecostal Church open their doors but none of them participated which I found interesting at all not one of their church members showed up and then this year has been interesting because I contacted four pastors about doing an end-time Bible prophecy conference in Montgomery to obey God do you know that in two months after I first contacted them that not one of them had answered me and these are some men that I consider to be friends these are all Spirit-filled didn't even acknowledge my email and by the way it was in a Facebook message so I said I saw where it said they read it and I just waited to see so finally after two months went by I sent them an email and just told them so you know I considered you guys friends and I said I know I'm a big boy if you don't want to do it just say you don't want to do it but not answering the email is not only um rude it's it's just unbelievable and so guess what after I shamed them two of the four answered oh brother we can't you know we just can't do it for this rerun I'm like whatever yeah that's why it took you two months to answer me right then we had a situation that I won't get into all the details but there was a an open door to possibly do it at a Christian School over there that door closed this is when I'm beginning to get confused because every Avenue I began to seek about doing this meeting over there every door began to close but I said God I know you told me to do this why is every door closed and Nancy and I were sitting on the couch and we were praying one day and the Lord the presence of God just came over and the peace of God came over and said you're released from doing that in Montgomery he said I sent you and there was other people too in Montgomery God sent me to to reach out to to try to
do this thing and he said I sent you to people they did not receive you so you're released from going I said yes sir so then I began to keep praying about it and said well Lord do you you know because because I had felt that we needed to do it in September all right and I'm gonna tell you why I felt like God telling me he wanted us to do it in September because I believe in September between September and October something's getting big getting ready to happen in America and across the world and so I felt like the Lord saying you know well we got enough time at this point we had about two months before the date God gave me in September this actually the September 11th weekend to do it and so I there was another Pastor in this area that I felt led the contact because he had actually contacted me in a roundabout way kind of subtly wondering if you know if I did meetings outside of our church even on Sundays could I get a way to do a service so I thought well okay God I'll ask him maybe he's open he seems to be open right so I sent him a message and he said he said yeah he said we're on vacation right now brother we're on vacation and um but you know let me check our schedule but we would be honored to host the event I still haven't heard back from him and that's been two months ago and then I got to thinking about all the Pastors in this area who really don't like me and I thought what have I done to any of them except boldly preach the word and I know I've preach and teach some things that their traditional theology does not accept mostly it's the pre-trib Rapture thing for some of them they're bound up by what saved always saved some of them it's because we speak in tongues with their prophesy or share a dream or Vision that we believe from God I don't know they got all their reasons some of them is because I've been bad-mouthed by certain preachers who hate me whatever but I just got to thinking and this is what I don't know I'm gonna share this yesterday on Facebook I actually typed it out but I this is what I feel like the Lord just told me he said because I was getting to think Lord I don't want to disobey you if you want us to do a Bible prophecy conference just because it's been difficult doesn't mean to stop you know if God tells you to do something just because it gets difficult doesn't mean you necessarily have to stop unless he tells you you can stop and what he basically told me was you've tried you've approached people you've sought people out
you've knocked on the doors you've obeyed me they shut the doors they didn't receive it so their blood's on their own hands and the people that I wanted to reach and touch through the thing the blood's on their hands but you're free from I said well praise God because it's tough on me anyway see again I'm not trying to be somebody I just won't obey God but this I this this ridiculous Petty there's a lot of petty arguing that it's just ridiculous I mean I most of you Kevin was there most of you couldn't have handled the debate we had Thursday night because it got heated I mean it got extremely heated because I was trying to deal with a Christian Living in a fantasy world and just making up crap oh there's going to be six raptures or and I'm like can you show me that and then we we got to the arguing over he got to debating the issue over is the is the is the rapture or the is the rapture the resurrection of the Dead even though I had to show him oh and then I said you know the Bible says the dead and Christ will rise first he goes I don't believe there's dead in Christ I'm like okay okay first Thessalonians 4 let's go over there and read it for the dead in Christ will rise first then leave which are alive and remain that's what I'm telling you I'm dealing with Christians who live in a fantasy world of of doctrines of men theologies of men and and I'll tell you something else too those are Christians that live in their own little bubble uh I'm gonna have a hard time feeling compassion for some of these people when the bovine excrement hits the fan because there is such a level of Pride and their bubble is so thick that they've built around themselves to protect themselves from anything negative these people are going to have a mental emotional and spiritual breakdown when they can't get their latte I mean goodness gracious folks if you can't handle some hard preaching and some hard truth and some hard reality
even about yourself and about what's going on in the world and about what the Bible says if you can't handle that how are you going to handle when it comes your way how are you going to handle the trials how are you going to handle the persecution how are you going to handle the difficulties of life even if it wasn't the end time how are you going to handle the difficulties of life if you can't even handle some hard preaching hey yeah yeah don't don't speak to us right things prophet smooth things we got we got a whole bunch of Lawless Christians now too so and I I'm gonna say it I'm about tired of some of some people who pontificate on Facebook who really should keep their ignorant and immature mouth shut who want to elaborate on all the doctrines of Christianity and I'm like do you even shave yet I would say something else but it wouldn't be nice there's a whole Spirit of rebellion in the church there's there's an anti-church attitude down that's rising up that we there's an anti-leadership the mentality is riding up the church there's you know I I I Marvel at the people I see who who come up with their excuses why you don't need to go to church and then I Mark the people that that might even go to church come up with well you know we we shouldn't have pastors and elders and leaders and there's no such thing as as Authority there's no such thing as obeying the authority over you there's no such thing as and I I just marvel at it I just marvel it's like it's people now in the church world they're a complete law unto themselves it's all about me I don't need I don't need the church I don't need a leader I don't need an elder I don't need anybody to teach me and they take one verse out of its context and ignore all the others and it just blows my mind it just blows my mind I just I just sometimes I literally just say my hands you know you don't stuff's rough you know the higher your hands go on your head the worse things are it starts off here it's like hmm starts right here oh my started here oh God what are we gonna do right well my hands are up here I'm like uh what are we gonna do
is there any hope for America for the American Church world I mean just and I say that and I look at I look at our church we some of us in here are still struggling with some of this stuff and I'm like I don't know I don't know how much more I can preach it and just for those of you who think I preach about end times all the time I went back and looked at the about 500 sermons I've preached over the last five years I don't think it's even from what I can see and of course they're not all recorded but from what I can see I don't even think it's 25 of the sermons from what I can tell but I can be generous to you and say it's one-third did you hear what I said though one-third that means two-thirds is not that's a beautiful thing we have hundreds and hundreds of sermons recorded don't we so I can prove you wrong oh Dean all Pastor Dan preaches his end time prophecy really no I can show you that's not true we've covered it all here Deliverance spiritual warfare repentance sin Grace salvation born again Church leadership spiritual gifts fivefold Ministry calling prophets and true Prophets all the all we've talked about all almost I I could go back to that we've probably preached out of every book of the Bible I can probably say just just thinking about it if I went through it we've been in every book of the Bible and some we've gone through the whole book we talk about healing baptism the Holy Spirit speak it in tongues interpretation of tongues marriage children discipline I mean I can't even name them all the difference between the soulless Christian and the spiritual Christian the difference between walking in the spirit and walking in the flesh making Jesus Lord comparing religions Jesus or Muhammad I mean we we've covered I believe enough with we've covered enough Bible that I ever seen of one of you should be turning the world upside down with what you've learned and what you know
you can do it one of the keys to not being deceived in these last days is loving the truth turn with me second Thessalonians do you love the truth Hey Kevin could you put up that verse again that you had up a minute ago from Psalm I just wanted them to see that I wanted to be a visual where does it tell you to turn to save this long that's right second Thessalonians chapter two again we've preached on this before but I'm going to read it again [Music] he's speaking of the great deception that's coming in the last days second Thessalonians chapter two we'll start at verse 8 speaking of the Antichrist and all the supernatural power demonic power he's going to bring him and the false prophet he says and then shall that Wicked be revealed whom the Lord this is second Thessalonians 2 verse 8. and then shall that Wicked be revealed whom the Lord speak of the Lord Jesus shall consume with the spirit of his mouth I shall destroy with the brightness of his coming even him whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish and why are they going to be deceived and why are they going to perish and go to hell because they receive not the love of the truth that they might be saved and for this cause God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie that they all might be damned who believe not the truth but had pleasure and unrighteousness oh boy you see you can say I know the truth this is this is where the problem lies in the church World they say I know the truth I know what the word says about that I I love they'll say I love the truth but the real the reality is they really don't love it because when they hear it and I'm talking about the truth they need at the moment they may need personally or what the holy spirit is saying to the church now for our day and our time that's the truth right there you better love because if you don't love the truth you'll be offended you know what the word offended means to stumble and fall what does this say it says that they are deceived and perish and are Damned because they did not receive the love of the truth that they might be saved now I'm going to look up I'm going to read something
