Well, kind of wrestled around this morning for some reason. Uh, you know, I was going to go down a certain road and I think the Lord doesn't want me to go there just yet. Um, but I do feel like I need to talk to you about something this morning that, uh, should be elementary, but it's not. Um, we're getting away from it. Um, I want everybody to go with me first and foremost. Um, goodness. I guess we're going to go Let's Let's go to Hebrews chapter 11 real quick. You can put up the uh title [snorts] page. I'm just calling this today faith. Um, the Bible defines what it is. But let's look at this first. just put up uh Hebrews um what is it? 11:6 11:6 [snorts] But without faith it is impossible to please him. For he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. So without faith it is impossible to please God. Somebody say that with me. Without faith, it is impossible to please him. Right? Now, you have to go, okay, so what is faith? So, let's back up and look at something here. We go back to, of course, Romans chapter 10. So, how do how do we get faith and how does it operate? Now, this is not just, you know, some people going to say, "Oh, no, now he's going to get into the word of faith movement." No, this is just going to be straight Bible, okay? I'm not trying to confess my way into a Lamborghini. All right? [snorts] So, have no worries about that. All right? But the word of faith movement has some truth because what it was about was defining faith and how faith works. It's the problem was that they took that and tried to use it to manipulate God to get whatever they wanted. And that's when it becomes witchcraft. Okay. Um but we are to have faith. And where does faith come? Well, Romans 10:17, what does it say?
Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by what? The word of God. Somebody say the word of God. Word of God. All right. Now, if we go over, you hold your spot there in Romans 10 and go over to Luke 24. show you Luke 24. Now this is when the disciples were on the road to Emmas and Jesus appeared to them but concealed who he was. And you know, they're moaning and complaining about Jesus, thinking, you know, we thought he was the Christ, but now they've beat him and crucified him and he's gone and what do we do? They And then this is what Jesus does. You know, y'all get on to me cuz you think I'm too mean sometimes. But Jesus, verse 25, then he or Jesus said unto them, "Oh fools and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken." Can it pause for a minute? Why were they in unbelief? Because he tells them here, you were slow of heart to believe all that the prophets had spoken. So what he was talking about was the word. You were slow to believe it. Not just that they didn't believe it. He said you were slow to believe it. Somebody say slow. Boy, if that doesn't define us a lot of times. But Jesus goes on and this goes on to say, right, that he says, "Oh fools and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken. Ought not Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into his glory?" And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself. So what does Jesus do to combat this unbelief? He begins to teach and preach the scriptures. Why? Because faith comes by hearing the word of God. Amen. So Jesus knows, I've got to combat this heart of unbelief in these people and they need to understand from the scripture. So he goes back to Moses and somebody say all the prophets. Don't you know what kind of sermon that was? says, "He expounded unto them in all of the scriptures the things concerning himself, and they drew nigh into the village whether they went, and he made as though he would have gone further, but they constrained him, saying, "Abide with us, for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent." And he went in to tarry with them. And it came to pass as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and break, and gave to them, and their eyes were opened, and
they knew him. and he vanished out of their sight. And they said one to another, "Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked with us by the way and while he opened to us the scriptures?" You see, this is why the preaching and teaching of the Bible is so important. This is why the hearing of the Bible, the reading of the Bible, this is why the believing the faith that the Bible is the inspired word of God is so crucial to everything. See, this this is what blows my mind. If you don't truly believe all that the prophets and the apostles have written to us that God promised he would preserve and he has. If you don't believe it with all of your heart, then guess what? What did the Lord say to them? He called them fools. Don't make me have to walk up to you and go, "Okay, fool. Time to wake up." But see, there's foolish stuff that happens. Let me let me show you something foolish. Now, this is Julie or Jules as we posted this and my wife shared it with me yesterday as we were traveling to Georgia and back and she commented on it. But this woman, is she, was she some kind of Bible teacher or something? homeschooled conservative Bible teacher lady Christian. So here's her question. All right. Honest question to all you flatearthers. What do you do with the eyewitness testimony of God-fearing bibleelving men and women who have literally seen the earth from space and will testify that it is indeed a sphere. Like these guys have pictures on their iPhones that I have personally seen. Ooh, notice when I looked it up this morning how many likes there were. [laughter] Not a coincidence. Okay, but let me just say this to you. The moment she asked this question and and of course somebody I don't know did somebody send it to us too or did you just see it her post? Okay. Oh, so so somebody somebody t and somebody tagged me in it. So see they involved me. So that's why I'm in this today. All right. Now I have no doubt that this lady has is good intentions in her heart. But it really comes down to this. She's worried about the eyewitness testimony of some astronauts who work for the United States government. And the government's never lied to you, right?
But we have eyewitness testimony called Moses, Joshua, Ezekiel, Daniel. Shall I go on? Job, Enoch, Elijah. See, we can go down this list and again what does it come to? Are you going to believe the testimony of men or the testimony [clears throat] of God himself? Remember, it was God speaking to Job directly in Job 38 when he said, "The earth is pressed down like clay under a seal. That was God. And you know what I can say to this? This is foolish because you don't believe God's word. You believe men. And what does Romans What does Romans chapter 3 say about this? I think it's chapter 3:4, isn't it? I made myself some notes to Yeah. Romans 3:4. Let God be true and every man a liar. See, I don't care what pictures they show you, images, composits. I mean, what are these people going to do when, you know, Barack Obama walks up to somebody and shows them the picture of him and Mr. Alien Man shaking hands? I mean, JD Vance was just interviewed talking about what did he believe? Are these are these UFOs and are aliens? Are they aliens or are they demons and fallen angels? And of course, he played a politician and didn't answer the question. Just kind of leaned both in directions at the same time, right? But again, what's it going to come down to? Every situation in this world is going to come down to do you believe the word of God above even what you see? Because there are going to be mighty signs and wonders even in the heavens meant to deceive you. For Je Jesus said this and you can put it up. Matthew 24:24, for many false Christ and false prophets will rise, and they will deceive money, and they will do great signs and wonders in so much that if it were possible, they will deceive even the very elect. I've seen pictures, she says. Well, goody for you. So have I. And I don't know about y'all, but you know what? Artificial intelligence can make some pretty convincing pictures now.
CGI can make some pretty interesting pictures. And let me just go ahead and tell you something. You know, I have footage that I saved off right straight from NASA's website. And I'm talking about video footage of people inside the ISS looking down at the Earth. And let me just go on and tell you, the Earth wasn't spinning. And they weren't orbiting anything at 17,500 mph. It looked like they were hovering in one spot. They weren't moving. Oh, that's just parallax. Yeah, right. We We had We saw you You see a missile go by you at 4,000 miles an hour. Guess what? You don't see it. You might hear it, right? And they're going to tell you, "We're flying at 17,500 miles an hour." But yet, and let me just tell you this, too. Let's just say you're in low Earth orbit and you're high enough where you can get maybe a partial view of the disc. Guess what? It's going to have out when you look at it. Even a flat circle is going to have a curve to it at some point coming because it's going to curve this way and then it's going to curve this way. Doesn't mean it's a sphere anyway. You understand? That's if they can get high enough to even see that. I don't believe they can. If they if they could, right, Apollo 17 wouldn't have the shot of the earth. that didn't have the entire lit side of the Earth in the picture. All that lets me know, cuz people have tested this, all it lets me know is they couldn't get high enough to get the full shot. And why couldn't they get high enough to get the full shot? Cuz they can't leave. What was it? What was Bill Nye the science guy said? The Earth is I want your generation to know. That's what he said. The Earth is a closed system. Nobody's leaving earth. See, they make them tell the truth, right? It's like truth serum. It just comes out of their mouth sometimes because there's a firmament. And God said that man would never know the full height of the firmament, nor would he know the depth of the earth. So don't tell me they know. Oh, the universe is 13 billion lighty years. You don't know. Squat. Oh, we got we've got we've got telescopes, right, that can show us a planet billions of light years away, but you can't zoom in on the flag that's supposedly on the moon, right? 240,000 miles away. the ridiculousness that we live in. And this is just one example of it, the lies they've told us about creation, about universe and what space is and what the
earth is, all of it. Let me just get go and tell you the entire world system in all of their lies is to get you to doubt or not believe what the word of God says. Period. Because what Satan is trying to steal from you is your faith. Why is it? Because without faith, it is impossible to please God. Remember the pieces of the armor, the breastplate of righteousness, the girdle of truth and all of that, right? The sword of the spirit, the helmet of salvation, the feet shot in the preparation of the gospel of peace. But one thing he says, but above all, take the shield of faith, wherewith you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And guess what? A lot of the fiery darts of the wicked are deception. Lies. How do you quench lies? With faith. Guess what? Faith without the word. It's just a religion. It's just a belief system. But faith in the word of God above what men say. And it's going to have to be above what you think your eyes see in the days ahead. It's funny. Uh, the new Aremis moon mission, they've scheduled the date to go back to to orbit around the moon, right? April Fool's Day. We know who that's for. The fools, right? I I I I got a screenshot of that. I was like, "No, they didn't. They could pick any day they want." And they picked April Fool's Day. Really? [laughter] It's crazy. But let's go back to this, right? Faith. Let's go back to Romans chapter 10 real quick. Romans 10 says this. We're going to go down to verse 8. But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that is the word of faith, which we preach, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Right now, but then he says this, verse 15. How what? How shall they? Well, let me back up. I'm sorry. Verse 14. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach except they be sent? And he goes on and then we get to verse 17. So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. So he's
saying, how are they going to hear about Jesus unless what somebody preaches? But what is somebody going to preach when they preach Jesus Christ, the true Jesus of the Bible? They're going to be preaching his death, burial, and resurrection to atone for man's sins according to the scriptures. This is why Peter said that in first Peter, he said we are born again by the word of God. Right? We have to have the word. The word is what makes our hearts burn. The word of God is what gives us the even the ability to believe and have and and be saved. Right? So if we doubt the word of God, if we're slow of heart to believe all that the prophets and the apostles have written, guess what's going to happen? What that does is spiritual blindness comes on because see, they couldn't recognize who Jesus was. They should have regardless of what he looked like. They should have discerned and perceived in their heart who he was, right? It says, you know, after the resurrection, we know no man now after the flesh, but after the the spirit, right? And and Paul said that. He said, we don't know Christ after the flesh anymore because he ascended back to heaven. He said, we have to know Jesus via our spirit. We have to discern him. But let's go back to this comment. What do you do with the eyewitness testimony of God-fearing Bible even men and women? How does she know they're God-fearing men? Because they told her. I happen to know a man. And it was a special forces military green beret MD who became an astronaut. I've stood around the fire with him. He doesn't like me at all. And his family used to go to church here and he wanted them out of our church. He finally got his desire fulfilled. But I will tell you this. Here's a man who claims to be a god-free man. His name's Frank Rubio, by the way. I'll just go ahead and tell you. He's right. Y'all can look him up. He's allegedly now the man that's the longest time in space. But because they did that because he's Hispanic, so that's the whole reason. It's his PR campaign, right? All right. But he claims to be a Christian. And I'm not saying he's not, but we know his own family caught him lying to them about some things.
We know this. They told us what he lied to them about. I'm not going to go into the details, but he lied to them. Now, if this Christian man who claims to be a God-fearing bibleelving Christian man will lie to his own family about a serious matter. You think they're telling her the truth? Everybody thought that, you know, when the iPhone came out that the blue marble on there was a picture like somebody went took a picture of the Earth. And then we find out what from the guy who made it. Well, it's photoshopped because it has to be. Why does it have to be? Well, the satellites aren't high enough and they just they fly over and they get these strips of information. Well, hey, wait a minute. I thought y'all been up there. I loved it when the astronaut that was talking about the back the Orion missions back, you know, in 2015 and 2016, he says, "And when we finally go through the Van Allen radiation belt," like, "Wait a minute. I thought y'all did it like six times back in the 60s in a tin can." And it's supposed to be this dangerous realm of radiation 3,000 miles out. the Van Allen radiation belt. It's supposed to be very dangerous. And the Orion mission is talking about how they've got to build a capsule to protect the astronauts from the Van Allen radiation belt. What? Wait a minute. All the astronauts that went and came back survived the V. Why? Why do you got to build such a new And then I loved it when the guy was talking the astronaut and I'm sure Jordan could find it somewhere, but the astronaut was talking about this and he was talking about how they lose communications over the Atlantic Ocean. I thought I thought we had communication satellites all buzzing around Earth like a bunch of swarm of bees. How do you lose communications with over the Atlantic Ocean? Oh, that's right. Because there's no cell towers. Oops. But let's back up. Right. Why do you think the military has to use balloons? Communication balloons. We saw this the other day and we're laughing. I'm sitting there laughing. I'm like, if you got a military satellite, communication satellite, why do you need a communications balloon? It's ludicrous. But again, they have fooled the majority of the world with this nonsense because the majority of the world has chosen to believe the testimonies of men and not the revealed, proven, inspired, infallible words of Almighty God. That's what this comes down to. Remember what Jesus said. Go put up Mark 8:38.
What did Jesus say? This is how serious God takes his word. And you know when Jesus says whosoever, guess who that means? That means Heidi St. John. Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him also shall the son of man be ashamed when he shall come in the in the glory of his father with his holy angels. Now notice what's interesting about this is he's speaking to them because that was a wicked and adulterous generation. But then he puts it in the context too of his second coming, of his return, of the end time. Because he's saying this because he knew the deceptions were going to be so huge and dramatic. They're going to show you videos and pictures. Googly aliens are going to walk up to you say, "How you doing? Don't touch me. I'm going to be a racist. [laughter] Yeah, I will show extreme prejudice toward any alien creature. But again, the Bible tells us all this stuff. You know what's interesting is I've been digging back into Islam again and what they believe and teach and all this stuff and I'm going to get into that. But I was just thinking about how okay, you know, we got Jared Kushner creating and heading up this board of peace in the Middle East, right? And talking about the Abrahamic faith coming together. And I'm like, there's no Abrahamic faith. Let's understand something. Islam is anti- Christ, right? It is fully, completely. It's the most antichrist religion on earth. But get this. So is Judaism. Ouch. They rejected Jesus. There's no kumbaya. We're all going to just get along. Okay? And those aren't faiths, by the way. How do we know they're not? Because number one, right? God said salvation was going to come through Abraham. So Abraham had Isaac. Isaac had Jacob. Jacob had 12 sons. The prophecy over Israel
was that the Messiah, the one that would rule the nations, would come from the tribe of Judah. Right? Ishmael was cast out. But Ishmael had 12 sons that became the princes of the Arab nations through none of them. There is no prophecy promising that the Messiah or the final prophet would come through Ishmael's line. That is not a faith. That is a false religion, a deception, an error. It's not a faith. Judaism, once they rejected the scriptures concerning the Messiah fulfilled in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, once they rejected that, it's not a faith. It's unbelief. It's a dead empty religion. I sat in the synagogue, the the the great synagogue in Jerusalem in 1988 and and just sat there through a it was the most dead religious service I've ever been in. And I've been in some bad ones. And I was sitting there way up in the gallery, you know, where the where the Gentiles have to sit, right? Which is fine with me. And the Holy Spirit showed me. He's like, "Yeah, I'm not here. I'm not on this at all." He said that the the spirit in here is the spirit of Antichrist. Okay. So, so this nonsense, oh, that this is a faith. No, it's not. There is no real faith if it's not in the real word of Almighty God. That is the foundation of faith. Faith cometh by hearing the word of God, the scriptures. Their hearts burned because he relayed from Moses and all the prophets the scriptures. What they said, what they prophesied, what they foretold like no other book. That's why we can boldly say there is no other way that men may be saved except through faith in Jesus Christ of Nazareth via the Holy Bible. You start doubting this. You start throwing this aside and and taking the testimony of men or pictures or images or signs and wonders. Anything contrary to this is leading you astray and it is there to destroy your faith because without faith the devil knows what it is impossible for you to please him. And see faith is something that's amazing. Faith is generated by hearing the word of God.
And it is a gift that's in there, right? It is a gift that's inside of you that enables you to believe it and know it's true. You see, really, the Bible says God's given what? The measure of faith to every man. Meaning for a person to to say I'm an atheist or I'm an agnostic, I have no faith. For them to say they have don't have the ability or they don't, they are actually fighting against already what God has put inside them. Right? But when you receive the engrafted word that's able to save your soul, right? When you receive it, when you say, "I know it's true, there's something in my heart that bears witness and rings true because God gave it to you." And then you hear the word of God and it rang true. I remember the first time in that little Baptist church down the road that the Holy Spirit, I was hearing the word of God preached, the repentance message, the salvation message, and I knew I knew it was correct. At at 11 years old, how does an 11 year old know? I sat in that church for a year. It was dead as a doornail. But this evangelist came in and he had the anointing on him. But how did I know? because God had put in me a measure. Then I heard the word and I knew that it was the same thing that it was it rang true and I just knew it. And I can't even explain to you. I knew Jesus was the only way to heaven. I knew he was the only way I could be forgiven. I knew he was the Lord. I knew he was the creator. I knew he was God in the flesh. I knew there was a heaven and hell. I mean, it was full revelation at 11 years old. But remember this, no matter whenever that happened to you, whether it was at 11 or whenever, just know this. The devil is trying to get you to not believe. He's trying to get you in unbelief. And this whole thing, most of the science world hates God. And we know for a fact that many scientists because they get grants from the government and and different entities out there, different foundations, uh many scientists will skew data and
lie to you. Just because they're wearing a a white lab coat doesn't mean they're telling you the truth. These aren't the white garments of righteousness from heaven they're wearing. A lot of people will lie to you because they're getting money. And it's funny how a lot of these things, well, even the pharmaceutical companies, you know what, they hire a testing lab. It's funny how the testing labs usually go in their favor because who's paying their bills and salaries? It's why I don't trust pharmaceutical companies. It's why I don't trust the government. It's why I don't trust NASA, CIA. We could go down the list. They will lie to you. And we catch them. We've caught them. You know, I I really do believe that the Freedom of Information Act was an act of God. They didn't have to do that. They could just Ah, we're not going to do that. Why would we do that? Why would we Why would we declassify things and let them know what we've been doing? No, no, no, no. God's rule. Jesus said, "Everything done in secret must be shouted from rooftops."
