All right, good morning, everyone. We welcome our students this morning to Fire and Gray School of Ministry. This is second semester, and we are in eschatology block here. We've already covered the trumpets, the seven trumpets. We covered the seven seals last week, and now we're gonna cover the seven vials of wrath and the millennial reign, kind of an overview of the millennial reign. Hopefully today we'll get through all of this. But anyway, let's get started. Of course, we'll just review a little bit from last week. Remember the book of Revelation we said contains seven seals, seven trumpets, and seven vials of wrath. We made it very clear last week and pointed out that each of these are their own story. It's not like the seven seals happened, then the seven trumpets happened, then the seven vials of wrath happened. These are each their own story within the story of the end times and the second coming of Jesus, and they tell different aspects of it, just like the different gospels tell, a little bit different accounts. Some give a little less, some give a little more, some give details on certain things that happen and others don't, but you take the four gospels, you put them together, you get the whole picture. It's the same way with this. You take these, these are separate stories, but you put them together and you get the whole story, but the key to it is understanding how to put them together. So we made this timeline a number of years ago to kind of give a visual of how they work together. They don't all begin at the same time, the seven seals, the seven trumpets, the seven vials, but they do all end at the same time. I'm gonna show you that today. These are the seven seals, I believe actually were opened in the first century and will culminate at the end of the second coming. I'm gonna show you again, the sixth seal is the second coming of Jesus, just like it's spelled out in Matthew chapter 24. And then I'll show you where we get to the seventh vial of wrath today and it says the same thing about the sixth seal. And the reason it's the sixth seal, not the seventh seal is the end because the seventh seal is just 30 minutes of silence because everybody's in awe at what's happening. All right, but these overlap. And as I've told you, we did the seven trumpets and I believe they started with World War I. And so really with the Azusa street revival, so we'll say from say 1906 and the great earthquake for the San Francisco earthquake of 1906 and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, believe that's actually detailed in Revelation. Hey there, but that's when the trumpet started, I believe you can disagree if you want to, but that's what I believe. And that the next event we're waiting for is the six trumpet war. And then of course the seventh trumpet says the mystery of God is finished. Kind of like the seventh vial says it is done.
Very similar wording. So that's what we'll go here and read this. This is Revelation 10.7. At the end of the trumpets, the blowing of the seven trumpets, it says this, but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall began to sound, the mystery of God should be finished as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. Now, if these don't overlap, how could you go with the traditional teaching and say you're gonna have these seven trumpets and then you're gonna have these seven vials of wrath that are gonna be poured out three and a half more years to go, how could the mystery of God be finished, everything that he spoke to the prophets? It's impossible, they have to overlap. So that's what I'm getting at. What you see here, the seventh trumpet is the last trumpet, it's the end of the tribulation period. It is the last trump that Paul speaks of. When the mystery of God, remember Paul said, I show you a mystery. We should not all sleep, but we shall be changed in the moment, the twinkling of an eye. At the last trumpet, the trumpet shall sound and when the dead and Christ shall rise first, of course, and then he talked about the corruptible, putting on incorruption, the immortal, the mortal body putting on immortality. And so that's found in 1 Corinthians 15. So here's the last trump, but the last trump actually is happening at the same time as the seventh vial and the sixth seal. They're all the same time period, and actually I believe they're all the same day. It is the great day of God's wrath, the second coming, and in that day, how many of you know, a lot of things can happen in one day, right? In a 24 hour period, a lot can go down, right? And so within this day, the mystery of God is finished. I believe the rapture takes place just as the second coming begins. It's an instantaneous thing. We meet the Lord in the air as he's on his way down. It's all happening at the same time at the last trumpet. And it goes along with what Jesus said in John 6 when he said that the dead and Christ, there are those that believe in him are the righteous. He said, I will raise him up at the last day. He says it like four times in that chapter, at the last day. So that's why I am a post tribulation rapture guy at the end, because I just believe it all makes sense. All the pieces of the puzzle come together and you don't have to do theological monkey gymnastics to make it work. It all flows together. The last trumpet, the end, the last day, Jesus said, in fact, Jesus said in Luke 17, he said, just like it was in the days of Lot, he said, the same day Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone and destroyed them all.
Well, the same day we go up to meet the Lord in the air is when the vial of wrath pours out and destroys all the cities of the nations as we're gonna see in a moment. So remember, the Bible talks about it. It uses the phrase, the great day of God's wrath, not the great seven years, not the great, you know, three and a half years, not the, it says the great day. So, you said, well, Pastor Dean has God not poured out wrath in different times and judgments on different nations in different seasons throughout, yeah, throughout time he's done that. But we're talking about this specific in time one here. All right, so let's keep going here. And this is, just to show you, this is Revelation 16. We're gonna go ahead and read about the seventh vial, just so you can compare, I'm gonna show you, prove what I'm saying, the seventh vial, then we're gonna look at the sixth seal again, those verses. But here's Revelation 16, 16 through 21. And it says, he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air. And there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven from the throne saying, it is done. Now, if you say it is done, do you have three and a half years left? No, there's no time left. It is done, same thing. If you say the mystery of God is finished, would you say we have anything else to do? Right, no. All right, so same wording. And he says, and there were voices and thunders and lightnings and there was a great earthquake, a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake and so great. So a great and mighty earthquake. And the great city was divided into three parts and the cities of the nations fell. This is important. And the cities of the nations fell. The cities, doesn't say some of them, it doesn't say a few of them, doesn't say a couple of them. It says the cities, meaning all of them. All the cities of the nations fall. This earthquake will shake them down to the ground, to rubble. That's a, would you say it's a great day of wrath? Right there. All right, and it says, and great Babylon came in remembrance before God to give unto her the cup of the wine or the fiercest of her wrath. And of course, great Babylon, I believe the Bible is clear, Revelation 17 and 18, that all the clues around mystery Babylon point to the Vatican and the city of Rome. And so Rome is a city. So also comes into this falling under judgment. So this is when Babylon is judged. There's a lot of people out there teaching that the United States is mystery Babylon and that United States is gonna be destroyed and that's what's gonna throw us into the tribulation period. But where do they get that from? First of all, it's not the United States. And second of all, mystery Babylon is judged or destroyed
not at the beginning of the 70th week of Daniel over the last seven years, but at the very end. And that's what the Bible teaches. At the very end, mystery Babylon is destroyed. God gives her the cup of the wine or the fiercest of his wrath. And look at verse 20. So remember that. And every island fled away and the mountains were not found. That's, this is at your seventh vial of wrath. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent and men blaspheme God because of the plague of the hail for the plague thereof was exceeding great. That's the seventh vial of wrath. And as I said, we'll get back to it in a second. But here, look at the sixth seal. This is Revelation 6, 12 through 17. Let's read about the sixth seal and see if it sounds exactly the same or at least very similar to what we read at the seventh vial of wrath at the very end. Let's just, again, this proves my point. We compare scripture with scripture. We don't put our own interpretation on it. That's why I believe these overlap is because it's clear the sixth seal and the seventh vial of wrath are talking about the same event, the same time period, the same series of event. This is Revelation 6, 12 through 17. Verse 12, and I beheld, and when he had opened the sixth seal and lo, there was a great earthquake. Can we just read about that and the seventh vial of wrath? A great earthquake, not just an earthquake, but a great earthquake. And the sun became black as sackcloth of hair and the moon became as blood and the stars of heaven or the firmament fell into the earth even as the fig tree casteth her untimely figs when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven, the firmament departed as a scroll when it is rolled together. And what does it say here? And every mountain and island were moved out of their places. Is that exactly what we read happened at the seventh vial of wrath? Yes, so these go together. And he says, and the kings of the earth and the great men and the rich men and the chief captains and the mighty men and every bond man and every free man hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains and said to the mountains and rocks, fallen us and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne and from the wrath of the lamb for what? For the great day of his wrath is come. Who shall be able to stand? When preacher of rapture people talk about, the verse in 1 Thessalonians chapter five, when they talk about that, about God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation. It's clear here, I believe, just like they believe, I agree with them, that we're gonna be taken up right before the severity of this wrath comes down. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we which are alive and remain will be caught up.
I do believe in a rapture, the first resurrection. And I believe that the Bible was very clear that it's gonna happen on the same day of this great wrath, but right before this great earthquake and the cities of the nations fall and every island and mountains move. We will not be here for all that. We will meet the Lord in the air and we will be with him while that is happening, all right? So, no disagreement there. And see, again, that the scriptures can't be broken. They're not being violated at all because we do believe. I think it just comes down to a point is, when is God's wrath really poured out? And some people will say, well, what about these other vials? Aren't they wrath? Why are we here for that? Well, let me, you're gonna see. Number one, well, number one, let's go back to the plagues God poured out on Egypt. God poured out 10 plagues on Egypt and some of them very similar to what we're gonna see at these plagues of wrath, but the children of Israel, did they leave Egypt before the plagues of wrath on Egypt or after they were finished? Well, it's pretty clear after they were finished, God is able to, what? Preserve his people and not appoint his people to suffer through the same things that the wicked are suffering through, even though we may be living in the same place, okay? Now, let's look at this because we get into the details of it here. Of course, we have the seven angels, the seven bowls or vials of wrath. And we're gonna back up now and begin to read about the vials of wrath. And we're gonna go down through them, one through seven here, okay? So this is Revelation 16, starting in verse one. And this is where the vials of wrath or the bowls of wrath began to be poured out. He said, I heard a great voice out of the temple, saying to the seven angels, go your way and pour out your vials or pour out the vials of wrath of God upon the earth. And the first went out and poured out his vial upon the earth and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast and upon them which worshiped his image. Now, let's just think about that. This right here is a timestamp as well because we know from Revelation 13, when the Antichrist and his world government beast, when they institute the mark and declare war on the saints, in that same few verses there in Revelation 13, he says that he has, the Bible says he has 42 months to continue. So somewhere around the middle of the last seven years is when the mark of the beast is gonna be instituted, all right, and is when the real persecution and the real war at the Antichrist and the world government is gonna war began against the Christians, that's really gonna kick in at the three and a half year mark
when again, we're given a timestamp, Revelation 13. It says he has 42 months to continue. So if that's the case, then the first vial of wrath cannot happen until the mark of the beast has been implemented and received by the majority of the world because the sore, this first vial of wrath falls on those who have the mark. Well, what does that tell us? That this vial of wrath does not affect the Christians, the born again believers in Jesus Christ who did not take the mark of the beast. So God's gonna put a difference right there between the saved and the unsaved and those who took the mark and didn't take the mark. It's very clear. So we have a vial of wrath being poured out, the first vial of wrath and God clearly showing that the righteous, the believers, those who don't have the mark of the beast at this point, will not be affected by this. This is a vial of wrath or God's judgment strictly on those who have the mark of the beast who are worshiping Satan, the Antichrist and his image kind of like Israel and Goshen, right? All right. And of course, we'll give you a little picture there, the first bowl, painful sores, broke out on those who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. I don't even wanna know what kind of painful sores we're gonna be talking about. Well, let's back up here and read the vial two. The second vial of wrath here, we start reading about it in verse three, Revelation 16, three. And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea and it became as the blood of a dead man or the blood of a corpse. And every living soul died in the sea. Now, this is pretty serious. But again, is this poured out upon people? No, this is a judgment on the earth itself, all right? And again, it's just like God turned the, he turned the rivers to blood in Egypt, the Nile River to blood and everything, the fish in it began to die to show them, guess what? So many of you have been getting your provision from the sea, that's over with, all right? So that was the second one. Do you think Christians, we might could survive without seawater and fish from the sea for a while? You think God might be able to take care of us in spite of that judgment? Well, absolutely, he did that with Israel and he can do it with us. So let's peek at that one here, number two there. So the second bowl or vial of wrath, the sea, the blood of a dead man, the blood of a corpse, everything in the sea dies.
So severe judgment, but again, it's something that we Christians could live through and not be affected by it individually, personally, physically in any way, we wouldn't be suffering from this vial of wrath. We would see it on the news and probably cancel any trip we had to the beach, all right? Just saying, all right, let's back up here. So we go back and we read about the third vial, verse four here, the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and the fountains of waters and they became blood. So this is a plague or a vial of wrath exactly identical to what God did in Egypt when Moses turned the waters of Egypt to blood and yet somehow the Israelite survived that period of that judgment. We don't know how long this is gonna last, may last the whole time, but again, I still believe this is something that born again believers can go through and not be, I mean, let's be real, of course, what was going on in Egypt had an effect on the Israelites when they were witnessing what was going on, but they didn't suffer God's wrath. They didn't, you know, they didn't, they survived it. They all survived and left Egypt, okay? So that's the water's turning blood. So the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and the fountains of water and they became blood. And I heard the angel of the water say, thou art righteous, O Lord, which art and was to shalt be, because thou hast judged thus, for they have shed the blood of saints and prophets and thou has given them blood to drink for they are worthy. So they wanna drink blood and worship the devil. Lord's gonna say here, drink up, all right? And so these are the first three, the first vial of wrath, the painful sores on those who have the mark of the beast or worship his image. The second one, the vial of wrath is poured out upon the sea, the oceans, everything in them dies. And then the rivers and springs of water, the third vial of wrath, they become blood, the judgment because of them killing the saints of the Lord, prophets of the Lord. And now let's move on. Revelation 16, seven through 13. So we've dealt with one through three here. Now we go to the fourth angel. So we'll go to, well, verse seven says, and I heard another out of the altar say even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments. And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire
and men were scorched with great heat and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues and they repented not to give him glory. So again, he pours out this on the sun, something happens again. I personally believe God is able to put a difference between the believers and the non-believers, between those who have the mark and don't have the mark, between those who are serving God and those who are not, even with this particular one. Give you that little illustration. Found this guy, did these illustrations, I really liked it, so I used them. But scorched men with fire. But again, I believe God is able to control who is scorched and who is not. It's obvious that the ones who were being scorched didn't repent, but I don't think he's talking about people who have repented and believed in Jesus. All right, so we go on to the fifth angel. And this particular, this fifth vial of wrath is specifically on the seat or the kingdom where the beast, the Antichrist will have his headquarters, or his, you know, basically his like White House and his throne, his, where he will be located from, all right, or he operate from his main bay. So verse 10, it says, and the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast and his kingdom was full of darkness, and they gnawed their tongues for pain and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores and repented not of their deeds. So again, he says, they're sores. So these are still people still being afflicted by the first vial, all right. And now God's poured darkness upon the kingdom of the beast, mainly again, like I said, his seat, which could possibly be Iraq, it could possibly be somewhere in Europe. I have no idea where, I've got a sneaky suspicion that the place we've built in Babylon near the Euphrates River might be it, but we'll talk about that on another day. But we go to now the sixth angel and the sixth vial of wrath. Verse 12, and the sixth angel poured out his vial of wrath upon the great river Euphrates, and the water thereof was dried up that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast, the antichrist, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, I believe will be the final pope. So we saw these unclean spirits like frogs go out of their mouths, the Euphrates River is dried up, and what is the purpose of that? Here we are, Euphrates is dried up. Now it's interesting that the Turks have built massive dams upstream there in Turkey on the Euphrates River,
so at any point in time, they can shut the dams off and it can be dried up instantly. And in fact, they've already done it when they were testing it to fill the reservoir in Turkey, all right? But anyway, the demons go forth, these unclean spirits look like frogs go out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. And they go to gather their armies to the Megiddo Valley in Israel for the Battle of Armageddon. They know Jesus is getting close to Jesus coming, and they mass their troops to go to war against the Lord Jesus Christ, because they know it's about to go down. So here we go, Revelation 16, 14 through 19 and we'll read the rest of this here, because this gives us the rest of what happens. These unclean spirits that go out of the mouth of the beast, the false prophet and the dragon, the devil, these are the spirits of devils, working miracles which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day. Again, you see the term, great day of God Almighty. And then Jesus speaks here, it is, behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame. Again, here's the warning. It's like a pause for a second in this warning. It's gonna come on you. What's Jesus saying? It's gonna come on you quicker than you think and don't be deceived. And it says that he gathered them together into the place in the Hebrew tongue called Armageddon. We know from the book of Joel, Megiddo Valley. And then it says, and the seventh angel, so we get to the seventh. So Armageddon, the gathering of the armies is the sixth vial of wrath. The Euphrates drying up. Evil spirits going forth together to do demonic miracles together, the kings of the earth to fight Jesus. So here, right before this happens, the seventh angel poured out his vow unto the air. And there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven from the throne saying, it is done. You see that? Same thing we read a minute ago about the seventh trumpet. The mystery of God is finished. It is done. So this is the second coming here, all right? This voice out of heaven said, it's done. There were voices and thunders and lightnings and there was a great earthquake such was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake and so great. And the great city that was divided into three parts and the cities of the nations fell. I know we just read this, but it's always good to repeat. And great Babylon came in remembrance before God to give unto her the cup of the wine
and the fierceness of his wrath. And so the day of judgment comes and this is the seventh bowl. It is done. Great earthquake. Babylon judged. Every island and mountain no longer found, moved. And then of course, the hell stones. 100 pound hells, I believe these are pieces of the firmament. This is just my belief on this. I believe that when God begins to break up and roll back the firmament, that that's what these, it's gonna be pieces of the firmament falling down. Or maybe ice that's attached under the firmament due to the temperature differences. I don't know, but it's gonna have to do with the firmament, that aspect of solid firmament, shaking, being rolled back like a scroll. We just read this, but verse 20, every island fled away, every mountain were not found. Verse 21, the last verse in Revelation 16. And there fell upon men great hell out of heaven. Every stone about the weight of a talent. Some have said that that's about 100 pounds, right? But imagine 100 pounds falling at the speed of sound, Mach 1 or so, down to the ground. It's gonna be bad day, right? Every day said that men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hell for the plague thereof was exceeding great. So this is this great day of God's wrath. Now, what a lot of people don't understand about the book of Revelation is Revelation 16, it takes you to the end. It takes you to the seventh vial of wrath. It takes you to the great day of God's judgment. Revelation 17 and 18 is like this pause, it's like this parenthetical statement. It's just where he goes, wait, okay. I mentioned this mystery Babylon in Revelation 16, but we gotta stop for a minute. And I gotta give you all the clues to identify her, all right? Now, we're not covering that today, but it's clearly the Roman Catholic Church. No question about Vatican and her daughters, right? So her judgment comes at the seventh vial of wrath. So if you understand that, then you can go from Revelation 16, if you wanna stay in a chronological order, Revelation 16 jumps to Revelation 19. Because remember, this is just, Revelation 17 and 18 is just giving you the story of mystery Babylon. Who she is, identifying her, and yes, her judgment and that God is angry because found in her is the blood of the saints and the martyrs and the apostles, all right? So if you realize that you can just, you can read 17 and 18 by itself. But if you wanna follow from Revelation 16, you really gotta jump to Revelation 19. That's where the story picks back up.
So we got the seventh vial of wrath happening, the great day of God's wrath happening. When we jump to 19, we get the chronological what's next, all right? And what's next, we see is this marriage supper of the lamb. While this destruction is going on on the earth, we have just been caught up to heaven, the church, the saints, born again believers in Jesus Christ. We have just been raptured, the dead in Christ first, we which are alive, we've been raptured up, right, in that moment. Remember, here's the scenario, heaven's opened, right? Jesus opens heaven and sits there for a minute because it says him that sitteth upon the throne, right? So heaven's opened and Jesus is sitting. So then Jesus stands up, steps down a little bit into the clouds and calls us up there. We meet the Lord in the air, the church, the bride of Christ. Then he began, the wrath of God is poured out, all right? While that's going on, that could be ours. We don't know how long. While that's going on the same day, while that's going on, we have this wedding, this marriage supper. And we have, we picked this up in Revelation 19. So we go from 16 to 19 because this, we see what's happening between the wrath of God, right? So we got this marriage supper, we got this time, this little pause, while the cities of the nations and the mountains and the islands and everything's being destroyed, we've got this time where we're just hidden away with him for a little bit. And we have this marriage supper. So let's read Revelation 19, one through six. Remember, picking up from the seventh vial of wrath, what, one of the things happening at the seventh vial of wrath, mystery Babylon, being judged, the city of Babylon, look what it says here. And after these things, I heard a great voice of much people in heaven. Oh, what is that? After these things, I heard the voice of much people in heaven. That would be the rapture. That would be the church arriving in heaven. Saying, Hallelujah, salvation, glory and honor and power unto the Lord our God, for true and righteous are his judgments. Why? For he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. So this is after the judgment of mystery Babylon. So this is what? Following, this has given us a sequence, a chronological order, later on into the day. And it says again, they said, Hallelujah or hallelujah, and her smoke rose up forever and ever. And the four and 20 elders and the four beasts fell down and worshiped God that sat on the throne saying, amen, hallelujah.
And a voice came out of the throne saying, praise our God, all ye his servants and ye that fear him both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude and as the voice of many waters, as the voice of mighty thundering saying, hallelujah for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. So there's a lot of praise and excitement going on. There's a whole new group of people up there praising God that he just judged the great whore, mystery Babylon finally, that had martyred and killed so many saints and deceived the world with her fornication and deception. So it goes on though, Revelation 19 seven. So we move on from verse six down to verse seven. Let us be glad and rejoice and give honor unto him for the marriage of the lamb has come and his wife, the bride of Christ, the church, hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white, for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. And he saith right, blessed are they which are called into the marriage supper of the lamb. And he saith unto me, these are the true sayings of God. Now here's the church, let me say this. Here's the church in heaven telling you when the marriage of the supper of the lamb happens and because the church just praises God for judging mystery Babylon. Well, when did he judge mystery Babylon? At the seventh vial of wrath at the very end. So guess what, pre-trib rapture folks, you can't have a pre-trib rapture and this marriage supper of the lamb seven years before the seventh vial of wrath. Another proof that the pre-trib rapture is a false doctrine of men, of demons really. It doesn't work biblically in any form or fashion. And your little Jewish traditional wedding ceremony that you put on the same level as scripture is ridiculous, it is a Jewish fable. We don't base doctrine on Jewish fables. So the Bible tells us when mystery Babylon is judged and that the saints, the marriage supper of the lamb happens after that. So the marriage supper of the lamb, the marriage of Jesus in the church happens after mystery Babylon is judged, mystery Babylon is judged at the seventh vial of wrath at the very end of the tribulation period. All right, that should be crystal clear. If you can't see that, you're blinded by the doctrines of men and traditions of men or Jewish fables and traditions or your own fear or your own pride. If you can't see this, all right, so get free. Get free today. Now let's keep reading. You know what I'm gonna do? Just for those folks that the pre-trib folks, let me back up and read it again.
Revelation 19, one, two, six. We just saw mystery Babylon judged at the seventh vial of wrath. I heard a great voice of much people in heaven praising God, verse two, for true and righteous are his judgment, for he have judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication. So this is just after that. Everybody see that, I want you to see that again. I know I'm repeating myself, but we got some religious deception going on out there. The Bible is clear on this, gives us the timing of it. So let's go back to what we were reading a minute ago. The marriage of the lamb has come, let us be glad and rejoice. She's granted the fine linen, white and clean, the righteousness of the saints. Blessed are they, verse nine, that are called to the marriage supper of the lamb. Verse 10, and I fell at his feet to worship him and he said to me, see it thou do it not. I am thou fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And here is when, again, the same day when the marriage supper is done, when the wedding's done, and the marriage supper, the reception is done, then Jesus comes on a white horse. He gets on a horse, we get on horses with him, we're going to finish this thing. The judgments have fallen, now he's gonna come. He's going to defeat the armies of the Antichrist. And I saw heaven open, behold a white horse, and he that set upon him was called faithful and true. And in righteousness doth he judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns, and he had a name written that no man knew, but he himself, we'll keep reading, and he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood, and his name is called the word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smike the nations, and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, and he treadeth the winepress of the fiercest of the wrath of almighty God, and he hath on his vesture and on his thigh name written King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And I saw an angel standing in the sun, and he cried with a loud voice saying, to all the fowls that fly the midst of heaven, come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God that ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. So here's the Battle of Armageddon. Jesus and his armies come against, and fight against them. And then he says, at this point, Jesus returns, the blood of captains and the mighty men, and all of their stuff is destroyed. He's called the birds of prey
to come eat them up. And I saw the beast, the antichrist, and the kings of the earth that followed him, the UN coalition. And their armies gathered to make war against him that sat on the horse and against his army. And the beast was taken, the antichrist, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he had deceived them that had received the mark of the beast and them that worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone, and the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth, and all the fowls of the birds were filled with their flesh. So this is the Battle of Armageddon. I don't know how that stupid movie Armageddon, you know, with Bruce Willis, talked about the asteroid coming to destroy the earth, that that was Armageddon. The Bible called that Armageddon. It's nonsense. Or else they were playing a little game that that was a metaphor of Jesus coming to destroy them, and they were gonna destroy him with their weapons of mass destruction, right? Their technology, NASA. NASA's gonna fight the rock from heaven. Huh, that sounds familiar, doesn't it? The vision of Daniel, the rock coming from heaven to destroy their kingdom. Maybe it was all just an allegory, right? Except they're saying NASA's gonna save us from this. The rock from heaven, who's Jesus coming? No, they're not. NASA's not gonna save or stop any of this. Now, what happens here, and I'm gonna go into reading all of Revelation 20, because I wanna do a quick overview. But following the Second Coming and the Battle of Armageddon, Jesus defeating the armies of the Antichrist in the world that has been against him, he sets up, he begins to set up his kingdom. So we have the Revelation 20 talking about the first resurrection, giving a little detail of that, saying, you know, he saw those who were beheaded, who had not taken the mark of the beast or worshiped his image or his name. These were beheaded. He said these were in the first resurrection, again, destroying the pre-trib rapture, false doctrine, because those beheaded for not taking the mark of the beast were in the first resurrection. First resurrection, all right? That's Revelation 20, verse four through six there. Then he goes on down to say, Satan is bound and thrown in the bottomless pit, so he's arrested. And Jesus sets up his thousand year kingdom on the earth. So let's talk a little bit about that since I haven't talked much about that. Satan's bound, the judgment of the nations happens, and then Jesus begins his thousand year, literal thousand year reign on the earth where he will be seen. The nail prints in his hands and feet will be seen.
It will be known. He will have a throne. He will be in Jerusalem. He will rule from there. So here's kind of an overview. I'm gonna run through this quickly. I'm not gonna look up all these scriptures. You can look them up later. You see them here on the side. The overview, our character of the millennial reign, of course, duration is 1000 years. It tells that in Revelation 20, two through five. Theocratic rule, God will rule in the person of Jesus Christ on the throne of David. King David reigns as prince under Christ. That is in the word given. Representative rule, the 12 apostles will represent Christ ruling over the 12 tribes. The church age and the tribulation saints will represent Christ ruling over the Gentile. Remember, Jesus said to the 12 apostles, you're gonna sit on thrones judging the 12 tribes of Israel. He tells us that we will judge angels as well. So there's going to be rule, universal rule. Christ rule will extend both spiritually and literally over the entire earth. So for a millennials, they got a problem because they're trying to say that we're in the millennial reign now, a spiritual millennial reign. No, Jesus is gonna come and there's gonna be a real literal kingdom on the earth and the scriptures bear that out. Let's keep going. The seat of government, the earthly Jerusalem will be restored, blessed and greatly expanded to serve as the seat of government and worship. There's all your verses, Isaiah 62.1, Isaiah 65, Ezekiel 48, Luke 21, Revelation, so on. Global environment, the heavens and the earth will be renewed to restore the creation to Eden-like conditions and repair the damage for man's long reign of abuse and the judgments of the tribulation period. And you have that there. The populace resurrected and glorified saints will rule in the midst of Christ's brothers. The faithful Jewish remnant, they get saved at the end. And the faithful Gentiles who survived the tribulation and enter the kingdom to form its initial population. Children will be born to those who enter the kingdom in their natural bodies. So let me just say that. That's something a lot of people don't understand. There will be people who refuse to take the mark of the beast. They know about the new world order. We see a lot of this in the truth movement. There's a lot of people that understand the new world order and the coming global, worldwide, I should say, economic system that's going to be digital and something implanted in the hand of the forehead. And they know about all this. And they say, we're not doing that. We're not submitting to that. We're not giving in to that. But they're not born again believers. Now some of them may even think they are and they're not. Remember, we got a lot of people that think they're Christians and they're not. They're not born again. So if they survive everything
and there are gonna be people who survive the tribulation period, who are not born again, who are not saved, but they don't, they refuse to bow to that system. And they're gonna live. Some of them are gonna live through it. And they're gonna be the ones that go into the tribulation, I mean, into the millennial reign as normal human beings. But those of us who were born again, truly born again and truly following Jesus who will be caught up to be with him, whether we're dead or alive, we're gonna be caught up. We're gonna be glorified things. We're gonna have the new bodies, the immortal bodies, the redeemed bodies like Jesus has. And we will actually be the rulers over that kingdom. And it talks about that for a thousand years, somebody a hundred years old during that millennial reign, the book of Isaiah 65 says that the person that's a hundred years old will be considered an infant, a baby, because we're gonna go back to living pre-flood, people living up to almost a thousand years old, right? But then of course, because they're gonna be natural born humans still with flesh, you know, marrying, having children, populated, repopulating the earth and the nations again through the thousand years, there's gonna be some rebels rise up. All right, we've talked about that. But before that, let's just go on down through this. There's many aspects of the curse, Genesis 3, 15 through 19 that will be reversed. People will live to a great age, but death will still occur as before the flood, animals will revert to vegetarianism and will no longer fear man. Living waters will flow from beneath the sanctuary of the millennial temple, bringing life to the regions they water. It's interesting, because at the end of, is Isaiah 65 talks about that the lion will eat grass, right, like a cow, no more meat eating for the lion. Productivity, the earth will be fruitful and men will enjoy the fruit of their labors. Mount Zion, the region of Mount Zion will be lifted up from the mountain of the Lord's house. There's a lot to be said for that, but we're not going into that right now. Israel will finally inhabit the promised land permanently. She will serve as a focal point of the nations because Jesus will reign from Jerusalem. Of course, peace, all implements of war will be destroyed in favor of implements of productivity. Nations will no longer go to war or learn war. Disagreements between nations will be judged by Jesus Christ himself from Jerusalem. And there won't be any options. What he says would go, right? He's the king, it's not gonna be democracy. He's gonna have what, it's gonna be what he said.
Worship the temple or stand in Jerusalem and the nations will go up to Jerusalem to the Feast of Tyranacals. So there will be a gathering where we all get together and go worship the Lord and be with him in Jerusalem. And it's, Bible talks about the nations who won't go will be judged with no reign. So there's gonna be some rebels still, think about that. Thousand years, Jesus ruling reigning on the earth, glorified saints running around being governors and mayors of cities. And you're still gonna have rebels, sinners. Of course, during this time period, the demonic realm, Satan will be bound in the abyss and the demons will be imprisoned in the regions of Babylon and Edom, possibly the abyss. The language, of course, the curse of Babel, the introduction of varied language will be reversed and all the earth will have one language again during the millennial reign. So that just gives you a little idea. Now, of course, the Bible goes on to say that at the end of the millennial reign, that Satan will be loosed and he will go forth and deceive the nations and there's gonna be this final rebellion, but fire comes down from God and destroys them. And so after that, that's when the great white throne judgment takes place. And the great white throne judgment is in Revelation 20 when it says that those who died and the dead and those in hell will be lifted out of hell, brought before the judgment seat, the great white throne judgment of God. And it says they will be judged according to their works and their names are not found written in the Lamb's Book of Life. And so they are cast into the lake of fire. So they go from hell to the lake of fire at that time. It's kind of like hell has been your holding cell. You've been holding waiting for your trial, then you face your trial, then you face your final judgment, right? So that's what's gonna happen at the end of Revelation 20. And then we go into Revelation 21 and the Lord says, from that point, I will make a new heavens and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness and there will be no more death, no more tears, no more pain, no more rebels, no more sinners. There's gonna be a whole new age, a whole new era. We don't even understand that. I think that's when the Lord spoke through Paul and said that man cannot comprehend the things that God has prepared for those that love him. I mean, you think about, well, the millennial kingdom would be the pinnacle, right? Of life, because you would be able to be on the earth, a restored and fixed earth, an earth that's had a thousand years of peace and no war.
That's been fully, everyone has enough to eat. Everything is wonderful. The earth is bearing its fruit, it's productive, it's peaceful, it's joyful. You would think that would be the pinnacle that we'd be able as the resurrected saints to be able to go back and forth, up into the third heaven and go into the new city of Jerusalem and do all these things, and you'd think that would be enough. But the Lord said, no, after that thousand years, after we deal with the rebels and the final judgment of the wicked who have been in hell for a thousand years, we deal with them thoroughly, I'm gonna do something brand new. Not get rid of the earth, not get rid of it, but I'm gonna make a whole new, think about this, new heavens and new earth. I think that what we got now is probably pretty good, right? It's pretty good. It's already, he did a pretty good job. But think about that. The Lord's like, no, got something, gonna make you new. It's like, you know, somebody, you got a car, you know, a nice car, and then the Lord says, no, I'm gonna buy you a brand new one. Let's just get a whole new deal here. That's just, you know, but it's just so far beyond that. It's hard to comprehend, but it has not entered into our heart or our minds what he's going to do. I mean, this right here, we have no more, no more revelation about this. He just said, the Lord said, I wanna make a new heavens and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness. And there's gonna be no sinner there, no sorcerer, no homemonger, no dog, no nothing. And there's gonna be no need for the sun or the moon because Jesus will be the light of that entire creation. However, he makes it all new. Man, can you imagine? Imagine we get to sit there and watch him do it, too. That's, to me, that's pretty awesome stuff. So anyway, I'm gonna close today. This is kind of our overview, the seven vials of wrath, a little bit on the rapture and when it happens, little overview of the millennial reign. Hopefully, the days ahead, I will do a more in-depth, I know people want me to, and so I'm gonna do a more in-depth teaching on the millennial reign and all that's gonna happen there. But just wanted to give you, as our students in our class here, an overview of that since eschatology is final things. Kind of important to cover the final few chapters of the book of Revelation. But anyway, let's pray and we will be dismissed. Father in heaven, we thank you today for all your blessings.
We thank you today for being with us, for your protection. We thank you for giving us your word. There's so much in it, Lord. We still have yet to learn, to fully comprehend or understand. And so we continue to pray, God, for the spirit of wisdom and revelation and the knowledge of you and knowledge of your word, that your Holy Spirit will just enlighten our minds, our hearts, our spirits as we read, as we study, as we hear the word taught and preached, that Lord, you'll truly just bring forth pure truth for your people and Lord, we are grateful to know that there is a great, great and wonderful future ahead of us after the Tribulation period, that there's an eternity that you're going to do amazing and wonderful things. And just being with you is going to be an amazing thing. Help us through all these difficulties that we go through here, the Tribulations and trials and persecution and all the stuff that we go through, the battles we face here. Help us overcome them so that we can make it there to be with you and to see all that you're going to do for your people. And I ask you to bless these students as they prepare for their exams, bless them and fill them with this truth, your word and enable them to share it with others. And we pray all this in Jesus name, Amen. All right, class dismissed. Thank you.
