hallelujah we worship you lord we worship you jesus king of kings and lord of lords we worship you lamb of god and lion of the tribe of judah we worship you and we thank you for your your goodness that you never sinned and you died on that cross for our sins the holy spotless lamb of god we thank you for your power that you give us through your death through your resurrection we thank you lord for salvation for healing for deliverance god we thank you for everything you provide for your people and also lord that your precious blood has made a way for us to enter into the holy place into your holy presence and lord we just worship you today we thank you today father i pray over everyone here this morning god that you would just move mightily touch them today minister god grace where they need it minister healing in their bodies healing uh in their soul or their spirit wherever they need healing i pray that healing power will flow today i pray that deliverance will flow that strongholds will begin to be broken and that deliverance will flow i pray god that you'll give us all ears to hear your word and that by receiving that engrafted word we will grow spiritually and that lord i just pray that you really open everybody's heart and ears to hear give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation and the knowledge of you that the eyes of our understanding would be enlightened so we would know the hope of your calling lord for us individually corporately fire and grace church lord other ministries here lord we must hear your voice and know your will god especially in this hour so we pray god for your grace to give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation that the eyes of our understanding would be enlightened lord we just pray that in jesus name this morning we thank you everybody say this with me this was a prayer they used to pray steve hill would have everybody at the brownsville revival pray this prayer he'd say lord jesus speak to my heart change my life in your precious name amen amen praise god got a lot to share with you this morning amen um god's just doing so many things it's just a lot of things have come to my attention in the past few weeks not that i haven't noticed some of them but i don't know i i actually saw a video on youtube this week just just going through things that have happened in 2011 and i just was like you know i remember all of these things but it was like seeing them all together was just kind of like god what is going on with 2011
and so i started looking even further and just found that god god's doing some things and and this subject this morning of cosmic signs and and bible prophecy i was going to get into some other things that have been revealed over the last few years but i just feel like this morning that we're just going to deal try to deal with 2011 maybe we can get through 2011 this morning but you know i don't understand and i just have to say this i don't understand anybody that can't accept the bible as the inspired word of the living god just simply over the issue of prophecy when you see things that were written some thousands of years ago some even three four five thousand i mean just thousands of years back specific things not general prophecies we're not not talking about nostradamus generalities that have to be interpreted we're talking about specific things that god said would happen in the last days and they're happening they're happening now and they're happening more now than ever in my lifetime i've been i've been a minister god dealt with me and brought me back to him i got saved in 1979 in a little baptist church matter of fact north side baptist church over and uh over close to opelika high schools where i got saved in 1979 and really had an experience with jesus it was real but not being discipled not learning anything not you know understanding anything my parents were divorced shortly after that and then you know what kid what happens to kids that are left to themselves you know i got with the wrong crowd and and got into sin for many years and but but in 1987 god called me back through really and i'll share this i'm not ashamed to share it he called me back to him uh the first time i really heard his voice speak to me and then within several months of that i had a powerful open vision of jesus uh and the the glory of the father over him and the holy spirit descending upon him and the lord spoke to me very clearly and he said i've called you to be a prophet and i've called you into the ministry and and god made that even more clear that was in october of 1987 and then in december of 87 he made some things very clear and after that powerful things began to happen in my life i saw people saved out of satanism out of out of new age movement out of all kinds of things led my family to the lord my dad my mother my brother my sister cousins my best friends that are now ministers uh saw miracles happen deaf ears open in the name of jesus the crippled getting out of wheelchairs uh i've seen a lot in my in in the last almost now 20 25 years working on and uh but this subject is something ever since that time god's had me studying um end-time prophecy
and he made it very clear to me in that vision that where he appeared to me that the time was very short now that was in 1987 when you had jesus standing in front of you in vision in an open vision and the power of god is so strong that you have to tell him to ease up or you're not going to be able to take anymore and he says time is short let me tell you i got busy in 1987. amen i can't say that i maintain that intensity as i should at times but i'm getting back on it amen praise god um we're going to look at some some things that jesus said this morning i want everybody first to take your bibles and i want you to turn to luke 21. this morning we're going to have a a really interactive time because we've got a powerpoint we're going to look at we've got a couple of videos we're going to look at short videos because i just think you know we've got some powerful things going on and and uh and god's gonna make it clear to you that the signs of not only the signs of fulfilled bible prophecy but signs in the heavens and jesus talked about that there would be signs in the heavens and uh he means of course the universe space heavenly bodies and things of that nature and in in in our world because of course um you know the earth is part of that universe right and i almost wanted to call this this morning cosmic signs and strange occurrences upon the earth because we're going to see some strange things that happen but everybody to luke luke um what'd i say 21. all right brother what do i do here that way okay it's not used to my hand yet um we'll get to that one in a minute luke 21 though let's read some verses here um let's go down to verse seven and his disciples asked him speaking to jesus master but when shall these things be and what will be the sign when these things will come to pass now of course in matthew 24 they said what will be the signs of your coming and of the end of the age or the end of the world as we know it and he said take heed that you be not deceive for many shall come in my name saying i am christ and at that time draweth near go you not out thereafter many will say i am christ and he says when that time draws near don't go after them but when you hear of wars and commotions be not terrified for these things must first come to pass but the end is not yet then he said unto them nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom and great earthquakes shall be in divers places and famines and pestilences and fearful sights and great signs shall there be in heaven you ought to
just i just want you to to underline that great signs shall there be in heaven that's mega signs okay notice i picked luke this morning too because it says this similar in matthew 24 but i picked luke this morning because he said here great earthquakes let me just give you a little tidbit about earthquakes people say well haven't there always been earthquakes yes there's always been earthquakes ever since man sinned i'm sure there's always been earthquakes but we've been recording earthquakes since i mean we have some recorded that go back before this but technically around 1100 a.d but if we look uh a good brother that's on television and did some research that he was talking about this week and he just asked his research assistant to look up earthquakes in every decade in just the 20th century from 1900 to 1910 and on down the line to where we are today and he had said just do 6.0 earthquakes and greater so she looked them up and like the first decade there were 35 or 40 and then the next decade maybe there was 45 to 50 and then the next decade there was you know 55 or you know to 60 and then each decade up until even from 1990 to 2000 and even in that decade there were like 62. okay now we're talking about 6.0 or greater from 2 000 to now 2011 it's been 425. now you for a whole century you average about 50 or 60 and then all of a sudden in one decade you average or you hit 425. it's almost 10 times the amount would that be telling us something now let me blow your mind anybody can look this up this is a this is a fact i looked it up actually on wikipedia this morning all right here's the fact for you i just looked up the the greatest the biggest magnitude earthquakes the top ten actually it put like 20 of them on there i think or something like that all of them were 8.0 or bigger actually i think everyone on the screen was at least 8.3 8.4.5 all the way up to the 9.5 out of the top 10 now the top 10 mega earthquakes of this century well we'll say 111 years okay the top 10 earthquakes in 11 decades 8 point or bigger five of them have happened since 2000 to now 2011. five you've got 11 decades you got the top 10 mega earthquakes
you got five of them in one decade what do you think that's saying do you think jesus was just given a general sign is specific we have moved into and i'm telling you guys listen to me we've moved into a different season okay we have moved in and i believe we've moved into what the bible calls the beginning of birth pains i believe we are on the brink i can't tell you when i'm not that person i don't put dates on things but i i can tell you this we are on the brink of the of the last seven years as we know it we're on the brink of the the final judgments of god hitting the earth we're on the brink of armageddon and the return of jesus christ and everything is saying that from politics to witches and warlocks and new agers to to the signs in the heavens and everything is saying the same thing even the earth itself is telling us that it's almost over i just want to say this don't cling too too much to the things of this world anymore jesus is letting these things and i believe this jesus is letting these things happen the way they're happening so that we will get the message turn loose of your idols turn loose of your serving your flesh turn loose of sin turn loose of compromise turn loose of everything that would hold you back from being close to jesus and being ready to deal with what is coming and to be with him when he comes amen that's just a little tidbit there let's skip down in in luke 21 and read this starting at verse 25. of course you can read it all later now jesus said here and there shall be signs in the sun and the moon and in the stars upon the earth the stress of nations with perplexity the sea and the waves roaring men's hearts failing them for fear looking after those things which are coming on the earth for the powers of heaven shall be shaken and then this is this is important because he used the word and then which means after this shall they see the son of man speaking of jesus coming in the cloud with power and great glory and when these things begin to come to pass look up and lift up your heads for your redemption draws nigh so jesus plainly told us that there's going to be some things happen before he comes and one of the things he says there will be signs in the sun and the moon and in the stars and upon the earth distress of nations and perplexity now i want you i can't deal with everything right this second but i just want you to let these verses sink down we may come to them now going all the way back to the book of genesis we find out something that god said when
he created the sun and this verse has been up here for a minute so you'll see this god said something is very significant here he said when he said and god said let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years now mostly what we do in america and in the world is we use of course the sun and and and the moon you know we know our month you know the moon's going to go and you know about 29 and a half days and we know that you know 365 days gonna take us around around the sun we just pretty much measure it by time we measure our day the sun coming up the sun going down but god said something else here he said for signs and for seasons now what's interesting about these words in hebrew the signs and seasons one of the things season's there one of the definitions and i think i put the definitions on here let me see i can't remember look at it all right here's the word now you may not be able to read this but the word signs here i guess it's pronounced auth or oath and it says in the sense of appearing a signal a flag a beacon a monument an omen evidence a mark a miracle so he's saying not only is the sun and the moon going to be just for measuring time but they're going to be i'm going to do things at times they're going to be a signal they're going to signal things be a sign of things now now what do we know happens to the sun and the moon sometimes solar eclipses lunar eclipses right we know that uh for centuries upon centuries jewish rabbis have taught talked about a lunar eclipse as a blood moon so we know that that's why the bible talks about that we'll get in a minute but here's an interesting thing that the word seasons is also a word here several words as you'll see in hebrew it can be but it's connected also to a fixed time especially a festival which means one of god's appointed times like one of the feasts so god said the sun and the moon and the stars the heavens will be not only to measure time but also i'm connecting them to the appointed fee see here's feast down here the solemn feast the feast of israel right so let's just go ahead and set it out of my whenever we see something significant happened with the sun or the moon of the stars we need to pay attention we really need to pay attention if it's connected to one of the seven feasts of israel or really any of the major ones but the seven major ones if we see something happen on one of those days we need to pay close attention because god is saying something and he told us this all the way back in genesis and then jesus comes and he tells us that right before his
coming there would be signs in the sun and the moon and the stars and i'm going to say this signs in the sun and the moon and the stars connected to the the jewish nation israel connected to specific feast of israel god letting us know i'm speaking to you okay very important for signs and seasons let's move on here real quick i'm gonna try to get through this this morning um we already read that verse i'm gonna read it again luke 21 25 there shall be signs in the sun the moon the stars and upon the earth the stress of nations now why is this significant here and and how does this play into 2011 um i almost skipped some of this and we're going to go on 2011 has been a unique year and this is straight from nasa's eclipse website i pulled i found out how i can take a picture of what's on my iphone so i just took a picture of me looking up this on my iphone and i snapped a little shot of actually the website there but what's interesting i wanted you to see that nasa says that even nasa says that 2011 has been an unusual year it's a rare thing because there have been a total of six solar and lunar eclipses all right the long the the total eclipse a total eclipse happened on june the 15th and it's one of the longest darkest total lunar eclipses in history happened on june 15th of this year okay one happened a partial solar eclipse and i know this is small partial solar eclipse happened on january what is that the fourth i may i may have to look here the first week of generally but anyway there's there's another total lunar eclipse that's going to happen um in december 10th so from january all the way to december it's very interesting there are some things that has happened that started happening in january and let's look at this if i can get this to turn here how many of you heard of the arab spring that's a terrible name for it all right but think about something almost every arab nation is in absolute turmoil we're talking about riots in the streets um the the encyclopedia the wikipedia said that they estimate that somewhere close to 40 000 people have lost their lives this started on december 18 2010 and is still going on but the the overthrow of egypt the overthrow of tunisia um the uh the stuff going on in syria i mean every single one now think about this what happened also in march of this same year of 2011 one of the largest earthquakes and
tsunamis that's ever that we've ever had in japan right i want you to just piece this together what did jesus say there will be signs in the sun and in the moon and in the stars and distress of nations as we've discovered this arab spring is not an arab spring it's an arab nightmare egypt is not going to be better tunisia is not going to be better libya is not going to be better they were bad already but they're not going to be better under the muslim brotherhood so i wanted you to see this distress of nations i mean we've seen the syrian president gunning down his people in the streets trying to maintain control there's been riots in every even saudi arabia i mean almost every arab nation is fully in unrest right now this is tied to a year full of solar eclipses and lunar eclipses and one of the greatest earthquakes we've ever seen and and this season this year has been the greatest season of distress of nations all right so i believe and i'm just going to say it to you that matthew 24 and luke 21 i believe we're seeing it begin to come to pass as never before we've all yes again we've always had earthquakes we've always had wars we've always had nations in distress at different times but never quite like this this is not even talking about the stuff in darfur and all these other places just total unrest even riots in england and greece and so on down the line it is unbelievable i mean those of us have been around a little while have we ever seen a time quite like this time okay um let's let's move forward here we'll get to that in a second what i want to show you and we're going to get into this we're going to show the video now you ready this is a remember a year 2011 starting in january we started with solar eclipse lunar eclipse partial then a total then another partial then we're going to end with a total this video here i just want you to see something else that's happened that's strange and yet it's in the bible god prophesied it let's look at it i wanted you to see that and and i remember hearing you know being busy and you hear different reports i had no idea that this was all this year and it was all over the world they couldn't account they said it wasn't pollution it wasn't climate change they couldn't figure out what was going on okay and then the lord i just that guy put up one verse and i said you know what i'm going to look into this so i want you to turn i want you to turn to hosea and let's see this is another prophecy fulfilled this year spoken of in hosea in zephaniah and in the book of jeremiah
we go to hosea 3 i mean hosea 4 i'm sorry we're going to read 1 through 6 there hosea see i i want to say this some people say the old testament's not for today let me tell you all the prophets all the prophets spoke of the latter days and anyway all scripture is given by inspiration of god and is profitable so i don't even understand that argument you know what i mean let's read it hosea 4 verse 1. now here's what the lord says and i believe this applies to us today he says hear the word of the lord ye children of israel for the lord has a controversy with the inhabitants of the land because there is no truth nor mercy nor knowledge of god in the land by swearing and lying and killing and stealing and committing adultery they break out and blood touches blood therefore shall the land mourn listen to this therefore shall the land mourn and everyone that dwells therein shall languish with the beast of the field with the fowls of heaven and ye the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away what's interesting is i looked up the hebrew words here for taken away and the hebrew words here for take it away literally mean to collect together to heap up and to kill you hear me is that what you saw with your own eyes all over the world 2011. let's look at another verse go with me to zephaniah a few books to the right short little book i want to say that zephaniah is clearly talking about the last days he even talks about the great day of god's wrath when god consumes everything from off the land i mean of course that didn't happen back in in zephaniah's day there were some judgments that failed but not the severity of the ones he was talking about and he starts out in zephaniah chapter one let's read it verse one he said the word of the lord which came into zephaniah the son of kushe the son of god i don't even know i'm not going to go through these names anyway number two i will utterly consume all things from off the land saith the lord listen to this next verse i will consume man and beast i will consume the fowls of the heaven and the fishes of the sea and the stumbling blocks with the wicked and i will cut off man from off the land saith the lord and i will stretch out my hand upon judah and upon all the inhabitants of jerusalem and i will cut off the remnant of baal from this place in the name of the chimaerims or chimerim with the priests and them that worship the host of heaven on the housetops and them that worship and swear by the lord and that swear by malcolm and he's talking about people there who swear by the lord who said they served the lord
but also had idols as well so the lord says here i will consume off the land man beast fowls of the air beast of the field and the fish of the sea the word consumed there again what's interesting this is a different hebrew word than the word taken away but yet this word also means together together and to kill or destroy and death god's talking about it pretty plainly go there's one more verse just to confirm to you go to jeremiah chapter 12. jeremiah 12. everybody with me he says in verse 3 let's read there he says but thou art lord knoweth me thou has seen me and tried my heart toward you pull out pull them out like sheep for the slaughter and prepare them for the day of slaughter how long shall the land mourn and the herbs of the field wither for the wickedness of them that dwell therein the beasts are consumed and the birds because they said he shall not see our last end so i gave you three verses here to talk about god saying when i began to judge mankind three and four there when i judge mankind i'm not going to just start consuming men from off the earth but the beast of the field which hebrew word means cattle 200 cows just found dead and and let me say this i did a little more research even the ones on this video don't are not even half of them okay you can do your own research you can check me out but beast of the field birds just dropping out of the air dead fish piling up and scientists going it wasn't pollution it wasn't poison we don't know what's going on this year y'all something's going on am i right now god said in his word that also there would be signs let me see if i can where i'm going here we're going to talk about this this sign that's coming to pass now before people get crazy on me there's two different things who made the heavens our god right god of abraham isaac and jacob he made the heavens right he made the sun the moon the stars and everything that's in it i'll give you a quick verse and you can just look this up right now if you want to you can check me out but it's real short psalm 19 verse 1. you know what it says psalm 19 1 it says the heavens declare the glory of the lord amen now you have to understand that now with the hubble telescope and and the the advancements in science we can track
where stars and planets and uh we can track where things are going to be and we know where things were centuries ago where stars were where planets were lined up and all these things actually some scientists believe they may have been pinpointed the actual birth of jesus and this is a trip i don't have time to to get into it all but a date you'll recognize was around because our calendar's off several years so but it was they say uh christian astronomers say it was uh september 11th 3 bc all right sound familiar what happened on that day didn't the world get changed it's just an interesting uh little tidbit of information but i want you to turn with me to revelation chapter 12. and uh i'm just really going to try to get through this as quick as i can it's so much i i'm going to be honest with you this morning i feel i feel a little overwhelmed by all this that's going on um revelation 12. um there are those of you that you know have been coming to to our church for a while and over the last few years at different times i've done messages on end time issues like the of revelation and and uh the beast kingdom and the the revealing i believe the antichrist and and so on and so forth so i can't cover all that today but um revelation 12 is right before of course revelation 13. there's an interesting uh part of the vision that god gives john and and i believe that there's something going on there's there's a like a two-fold revelation here going on because god says i'm revealing something in the heavens and then he said but it's gonna you're gonna see it on the earth as well and this is what revelation let's read revelation 12 this morning because it's being fulfilled both in the heavens this month it's being fulfilled in the heavens and then it's going i believe going to be filled fulfilled on the earth very soon okay let's read this verse one and there appeared a great wonder in heaven a woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet and upon her head a crown of twelve stars and she being with child cried at travailing in birth and pain to be delivered and there appeared another wonder in heaven behold a great red dragon having seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns upon his head and his tail drew the third part of the stars from heaven it did cast them to the earth and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered for to devour her child as soon as it was born and she brought forth a man child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron and her child was caught up to god and to his throne and the woman fled into the wilderness where she has a place prepared of god that she should be fed there a thousand two hundred and three score days or approximately three and a half years
following this there was a war in heaven and michael and his angels fought against the dragon and the dragon fought in his angels and prevailed not neither was their place found anymore in heaven and the great dragon was cast out that old serpent called the devil and satan which deceives the whole world he was cast out into the earth and his angels was cast out with him and i heard a loud voice saying in heaven now has come to salvation and strength and the kingdom of our god and the power of his christ for the accuser of our brother and his cast down which accused them before our god day and night and they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony because they love not their lives unto the death therefore rejoice ye heavens and you that dwell in them but woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea for the devil has come down unto you having great wrath because he knows that he has but a short time and when the dragon saw that he was cast into the earth he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child and the to the woman were given the two wings of a great eagle that she should fly into the wilderness into her place where she is nourished for a time at times and a half a time as the king james way of saying three and a half years and then he says um to hide her for three and a half years from the face of the serpent and the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman that he might cause her to be carried away and the earth helped the woman and the earth opened her mouth and swallowed up the flood and the dragon that the dragon cast out of his mouth and the dragon or satan was very angry wroth with the woman and went to make war with the remnant of her seed which keep the commandments of god and have the testimony of jesus christ now this all sounds like you know somebody's lsd trip but let's go to the next verse here okay because it all makes sense now especially all right chapter 13 he says this right after this chapter 12 he says and i stood upon the sand of the sea and i saw a beast rise up out of the sea having seven heads and ten horns that same dragon that beast that he saw he said i saw it rising up out of the sea uh and upon his how ten crowns and upon his heads the name blasphemy and the beast i saw was likened to a leopard and his feet was the feet of a bear and the mouth the mouth of a lion the dragon gave him his power his seat and great authority one of his heads were wounded to death the deadly wound was healed and all the world wandered after the beast and they worshipped the dragon that gave power to the beast and they worshipped to be saying who is liking him who is able to make war with him and there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies and power was given unto him to continue 42 months or three and a half years there's that time period we keep seeing over and over again so we know what revelation 12 is talking about there being three and a half years revelation 13 talks about this beast rising up out of the sea now let me say this the beast is this coming one world government that the world is pushing towards right now it is a conglomeration of nations that's why this beast is a leopard a lion a bear i've developed and talked about this
before there's also not just the beast kingdom but there is one man that will rise up among them to eventually lead this one world government that's what this is talking about here he says there was a mouth given to him verse five speaking great things in blasphemy power was given to him to continue 42 months and he opened his mouth and blasphemy against god to blaspheme his name his tabernacle and them that dwell therein and it was given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them we don't want to hear that do we and the power was given to him over all kindreds tongues and nations and all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him whose names are not written in the book of life of the lamb slain from the foundation of the world if any man has ears to hear let him hear he goes on down to talk about the false prophet who will do miracles and then of course everyone knows that this antichrist will issue a mark to control the world economy interesting that this in 2009 pope benedict the 16th issued his encyclical that called for a world political authority with real teeth i quote to manage a nice word for saying to control the world economy see the beast and the the roman catholic church will work together and they are working together but let's back up for a second that's coming y'all you hear me the one world government the conglomeration of nations the total control of the world economy everyone forced to take a mark to control whether they can buy or sell these are literal things these are all coming we're not quite there yet but we're getting there but right before that in revelation 13 he talks about this woman clothed with the sun the moon at her feet a dragon there she's ready to give birth a dragon there ready to devour her child with seven heads and ten horns now here's what's awesome about god y'all want a sign that's coming some of you already know this y'all want a sign that's coming this picture i want you to see this he said in revelation 12 look there appeared a great wonder in heaven some of your bibles may say there was a great sign in the sky it can be translated there just like that because the word there also means sky or the heavens or the firmament or you know out in the universe among the stars in the planet so he says there's going to be a great sign listen to me you hear what i'm saying god is saying it's not you don't have to be spiritual there's going to be a great sign in the heavens a great sign meghath sign right a great sign in the heavens
woman clothed with the sun the moon at her feet there's even more to it says she's in she's travailing in birth which is exactly the terminology jesus used in matthew 24 when he said these are birth pains coming on as a woman with child she's travailing in birth but there's a dragon there waiting to devour her and that's going to persecute her a multi-headed dragon god made the stars and it's it's believed that the original 12 the constellations that we know of that adam gave the definitions of those things i won't get into all that but that's what is believed but here's the bottom line the major 12 of course there's 88 different constellations but the major 12 that we hear about all the time that move across the sky in one year okay starts where for the jewish people starts the the jewish year starts in usually around september sometime yeah spiritual of course is passover yeah but the civil year starts which this is the jewish new year coming up in just a few days right here we go you've got this woman in heaven clothed with the sun we're going to show a picture of this in a second guess what happens whereas hashanah starts sundown technically tuesday night so tuesday to tuesday to thursday so within that time on september 29th which is thursday what's going to happen that morning who knows here's what happens the constellation of virgo you know what that stands for the virgin right in it interesting that the constellations if you start in the virgin ends with what constellation leo right jesus was born of a virgin but when he comes back it says in revelation 5 5 he is the lion of the tribe of judah very interesting he started out lord of a virgin coming back as a started out as a little baby coming back as the lion of the tribe of judah right on september 29th at sunrise visible from tel aviv the view from tel aviv guess what happens and you know if you take the woman that that represents virgo in the sky this constellation the stars the sun moves into virgo that's not absolutely strange because that happens every year right the sun moves into this woman so she's clothed with the sun but what's interesting is is that as the sun comes to about her shoulders
to clothe her that morning the earth is down here and the moon as the sun comes up the moon moves down under her feet and within her belly the stars that make up her womb two planets happen to be in there venus and saturn of course that's not their original names because that's roman mythology but you know what their original names were venus is the brightest star in the sky at both sunup and sundown right it's called the morning star jesus called himself the bright and the morning star right but there's another star there which is very interesting saturn which saturn is the roman name but the greek name for that planet of saturn was kronos right chronos in greek mythology was a god who killed his father but it was said of him that his he would have a son or a child that would have it would kill him as well and take over right so what he did every time he had his wife pregnant he would wait and then devour the child okay very specific is it not now let's go let's go a little bit further there's another constellation and i may just jump to this i will show you it happened in a second here's here's what it looks like in the sky of course this is the constellation of virgo the sun's going to come into her right here and clothe her venus and saturn will be here the moon will move under her feet the earth will be around right here which is very interesting this constellation right here is one of the largest in the sky anybody know what that what does that look like right there sure does doesn't it that's hydra the sea serpent what's interesting about this is that in both we go all the way back to sumerian and babylonian astrology and what they believe they believe that hydra it wasn't they didn't call it the sea snake they called hydra guess what a dragon or a serpent with seven heads so god has these things pictured in the sky but on september 29th of 2011 all this is going to line up also happening and this is what's so weird also happening in the constellation of virgo on the same day there's a comet passing through
our solar system all right elenin elenin will be in her crown top of her head all in the same day all around the feast of trumpets okay what does that tell us god's trying to say something here's what i believe that the lord is saying you are about to move into revelation 13. in revelation 13 see this this serpent waiting to devour this woman of course in revelation 12 who's the woman represent israel exactly the woman represents israel who's waiting to devour her this multi-headed serpent and here we go at the same time same month what's going on at the u.n the palestinians are making a bid ask for statehood okay this is what's so this just blows my mind after they made this bid for statehood of course the united states stood against it said we'd veto it it was more symbolic than anything else mahmoud abbas gets up there and gives his little speech netanyahu gets up there and counters it but it's going to happen because god said the land would be parted but here's what's interesting about this i want to read part of this article because i want you to listen to their time frame after this bid happen and this confrontation with the u.s and all of this stuff the world the u.n there's four people there's four groups working real hard to bring a peace treaty between israel and the palestinians when that happens i believe that's the peace treaty that god's talking about in the book of daniel okay they've been working on it for years i mean we go all the way back to carter and then we go to the oslo accords and all these things has been were in the works for some time but the world the u.n russia the united states and the eu are all putting tremendous pressure on israel to give up land to make peace to allow a palestinian state and it's going to happen but i want you to listen to the time frame that they gave them so after this it says representatives and this is a cnn article you can look this up palestinian president request statehood israel calls for talks that's the palestinian leader and that's the secretary general of the u.n here's what he said representatives from the united nations the united states russia and the european union a group commonly referred to as the quartet for the middle east discussed the request friday and issued a statement saying the bid is now before
the u.n security council the group called for a preparatory meeting to take place within one month and intended to outline how peace negotiations between israel and palestinian leaders might take place each side would then be tasked with producing a comprehensive proposal on territory and security issues within three months and to have made substantial progress within six months the statement said the timetable for an agreement is not to exceed the end of 2012. they have put the timetable now how do i know that this is going to happen let's go to the book let's go to the book of joel real quick chapter 3. i want to tell you something though the the prophets are coming alive to me again the minor prophets as they call them wow speaking loudly these days how do we know this is going to happen and let me say this when they park god's land for peace is the sign that we will have armageddon in the next few years okay how many years it takes we'll see but when they part the land we will move into world war three and eventually the final battle see i believe there's going to be two wars major wars leading up to the final one all right let's read this joel chapter 3 verse 1. he's speaking about the and he says for behold in those days and in that time when i shall bring again the captivity of judah in jerusalem now let me just clarify what he's talking he said when i bring again the captivity of jerusalem now of course in old testament prophecy sometimes there's dual fulfillment god brought them back to the land after the babylonian captivity we know that but this passage is about the end and about armageddon we'll prove that in a second but we know that that the temple was destroyed in 70 a.d and the jews were dispersed for for 1800 plus years and what were allowed to come back in 1917 and then became a nation again in 1948 so we know that that happened uh so i believe that god's talking about this after the dispersion this final return okay because amos talks about amos and isaiah 11 amos they talk about god bringing his people back and them never again being pushed out of their land okay so israel's not going anywhere a lot of them are going to die but they're not going anywhere because god says you're going to have it but look at this how do i know again where we are he says when that time comes back when i bring them back into the land verse 2 i will also gather all nations and bring them down into the valley of jehoshaphat and will plead with them
there for my people and for my heritage israel whom i have scattered among the nations and parted my land and they have cast lots for my people giving a boy for a harlot and a girl for wine boy in the sex trade going on now but look what he says yay at that time what will he says i will deal with he says what have you to do with me oh tyra and zion anybody know where tyrion zidon used to be located what's there now lebanon southern lebanon particularly who's in southern lebanon right now hezbollah terrorist organization launching missiles right now against israel right he said what have i to do with you oh tyree inside on southern liberty and with the coast of philistia philistia the coast of philistia is the mediterranean coast of israel where guess who lived the philistines right did you know that in arabic the term palestinian it's translated philistine and it's how it's pronounced okay where did the philistines live gaza ashkelon echaron all those cities down there in the gaza strip so god says here through the prophet joel almost 3 000 years ago when they when i bring my people back into the land 1948 and millions of jews matter of fact i was there in 1988 when the planes were landing one after the other bringing the jews from all over they were coming back to the land by millions when that happened over these last few years he said when i bring my people back to the land and they start talking about parting my land i'm going to have to deal and bring judgment on southern lebanon and gaza the two hot spots think about that three thousand years ago so this is the issue and how do we know we're going down and keep reading if you look at verse oh let's keep reading uh i mean he talks about the judgment he's going to bring him then verse 9 he says proclaim me this among the gentiles prepare for war wake up your mighty men let all the men of war draw here let them come up beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears and let the weak say i am strong and assemble yourselves come all ye heathen and gather yourselves together round about come against jerusalem is what he's saying let it come on cause your mighty ones to come down let the heathen be awakened and come to the valley of jehoshaphat for there will i sit to judge all the heathen round about put you in the sickle for the harvest is ripe come get you down for the press is full the vats overflow multitudes multitudes and the valley of decision for the day of the lord is near in the valley of decision and look again of what he says verse 15 the sun and the moon shall be darkened
and the stars shall withdraw their shining sun and the moon again let me give you a little hint the next few years are going to be very interesting y'all want to know something interesting going to happen with the sun and the moon in the next few years the years 2014 2015 september round about there i'm just doing this trying to do it by memory september 2014 september 2015. within that year there's four lunar eclipses all on jewish feast days i think one's on passover then one's on tabernacles and then passover and tabernacles again that's only happened that we know of two other times two or three other times 1949 right after israel became a nation in 1967-68 when they took jerusalem in the six day war what does that say to us see i believe that we're headed to world war iii in the days ahead we're headed to a peace treaty in israel between the palestinians the whole world will say peace peace and what did god say in thessalonians through paul when they say peace peace sudden destruction is coming what does that mean for us now most of you in here know that i do believe that there's going to be a rapture i don't believe it's at the beginning of the last seven years don't have time to get into that one with you hope it is it'd be nice if it is don't believe it is been studying this too long and just don't see it that way if you want to believe that i wouldn't be i wouldn't fight with you over it i hope you're right but i'd rather be prepared and i'd rather be dealing with it so what does this mean see i think and i want to warn about some things the bible says fear these things are fearful sights sometimes hearing bible prophecy and hearing the judgments and seeing these things that are coming you know you can get into fear but let me say this you can either fear what's coming or you can fear the lord in a good healthy way and draw near to him right and that's what i want to encourage you if you have fear of what's coming maybe that means you're not as close to jesus as you ought to be or you need to deal with the fear now i'm not saying and i want to make this very clear the bible says in amos woe to you who desire the day of the lord i don't desire these bad things to happen i don't tell them to you
and with any glee about wanting armageddon to come i do want jesus to come back so you got a dual sword there because you want jesus to come back and you want to be with him but you don't want to see all these terrible things that are going to precede his coming well they're go that's just the way it is i didn't write the bible so i don't get to edit it right but there is no doubt that jesus is coming back now the question is and we could debate is it going to be i see i firmly believe the next 10 to 15 years this thing is concluded that's just me i just don't see how it can go on much longer this decade has been the most interesting and the most prophetic and and again i'm not even hitting on not even a little bit right but here's the thing if you're not where you need to be with jesus then you know you could leave here in the car crash and it's over and then it's heaven or hell so you know some people say we you know i've heard people say you shouldn't preach on end time stuff or you shouldn't preach it you know it doesn't really matter people just need to be right but what i find is people who say that usually aren't right or their church and i'll say this for pastors their church is full of sin full of compromise full of lukewarmness they don't they're not preparing their people even for death for eternity much less the great tribulation much less you know having to trust the lord maybe for your food for your daily food having to trust the lord to protect you when when enemies are all about us having to just you know stand strong you know sometimes i don't know why americans and europeans think we're going to escape all this stuff and get out of here before anything happens because even if even if there is a pre-trib rapture even if that myth is true and i say it's even if it's true who are we to think we're going to escape every bit of persecution every bit of trouble every bit of problems that may come along it is arrogance to believe that somehow because you're an american or because you're you know you you're you're somehow going to be better off they're suffering in africa they're suffering in arab nations they're they're suffering in israel rockets are raining down on their houses they don't know from one day to the next are they going to live or die we don't thank god we are blessed and we don't live like that but see i believe our days are numbered that our whole way of life is about to change and what i'm tr i just promise you what
i'm trying to do as a minister of the gospel is to get you to prepare yourself your heart your mind your emotions everything you can to be close to jesus as you can because listen when it all going down all that's going to matter is can you hear his voice are you being led by the spirit have you repented have you confessed your sins and turned away from them are you really living for god are you ready to stand before the judgment seat and give an account of everything you've spoken and everything you've done are you ready to hear well done good and faithful servant are you ready to say hear the words bind him and cast him and take him and throw him out of here that's what it comes down to but i want to say this as much as i am concerned about what's coming on the world there's a joy also in my heart because i know the word of god is true jesus christ of nazareth the son of the living god god manifested in the flesh is coming back and let me tell you i know i'm his amen i know it that's what comforts me i know god will protect me if you go on and read zephaniah as he goes on and talks about the terrible judgments and god making a speedy riddance of men upon the earth chapter 2 starts out with this he says before that day happens before that decree comes forth he said seek the lord it may be that you'll be hid in the day of his fierce anger i know god's gonna hide me you know what i mean the lord is my refuge amen is the lord your refuge let me before we leave i want to say this what bothers me and and bill and i were talking about this before the service started this is what bothers me the parable of the ten virgins he said five were wise and five were foolish five were ready they were on fire they had enough oil they were they they were ready they really were ready the problem with the other five christians they thought they were ready they were really convinced that they were ready there are people right now who think that they are going to go to heaven when jesus comes and all this comes down on the world they actually think they're going because they they name the name of jesus but they're not living a life that's on fire for him they're not living a life that's holy that's pure that's forsaken sin they're not
living for him he's not number one in their lives but they are convinced because they've been taught grace and love they've been convinced they're ready and what's so sad is at midnight right before the bridegroom comes right before jesus comes all ten wake up they say hear the words go out to meet the bridegroom the bridegroom's coming or you go out to meet him meaning get off your butt and go do something go to him don't wait make sure you're ready go after him and five of them got up and trimmed their lamps and realized we're out of oil you know what oil represents not just the holy spirit yes but he is also not just the holy spirit holiness he's the spirit of truth you know what i think why their lamps were empty it was empty of truth they run out of truth they believe lies false teachings deceptions and they believe the lie i'm ready and they hear the words jesus comes takes the five that are ready they come back what happened lord lord open to us let us in and he goes no i don't even know you but they were convinced they were getting in i want to say this the bible says in hebrews without holiness no man will see the lord without obedience to the god it's not just believe the gospel paul said in 2 thessalonians 1 to those what who have to obey the gospel so don't just think you're ready you hear me i know some of you in here i know most of you i know you are it doesn't mean next week you'll be amen and some of you aren't i'm praying that whatever sin whatever idol whatever lust you might fight with or fear you might fight with or idol you may fight with that you hear this pastor and you lay it down and you draw near to jesus while you have time and spend these days maybe there's days maybe there's years maybe we got two or three decades i don't know don't believe it but make sure you're getting the sin and the weights out and letting jesus make you clean and you're getting to be his sheep that hear his voice and follow him that's all that matters and trust me trust me on this
the days just ahead of us they're going to be people who wish they knew how to hear from god there's going to be people who wish they had listened who had wished they had spent time building a firm foundation in jesus christ and here's the good news daniel said in that time those who understand what's going on will instruct many and he said even they will turn many to righteousness what i'm praying for for me i pray it for you guys all the time that we will be a people who understand what's going on who understand not just the signs of the times or end time prophecy but that we understand the gospel itself and what that the gospel without repentance is not the gospel that the gospel without holiness without a change of life without being born again that's not the gospel that's something that man's created that jesus said we must we must turn from sin be born again and completely devoted to him that is christianity on fire a relationship intimacy hearing his voice and being led by the holy spirit that that's what he wants for us and that is it and we will either do that see in spiritual life there is no neutral place you are either going forward or you're falling away the flesh and the devil will not leave you alone your own body wants to sin your own body's lazy it doesn't want to go to church it doesn't want to do do with you know deal with things so it's up to you amen now i know i've kept you all a while getting a little restless so we're going to close i don't even know what what was next just for fun yeah we'll get on with that later are you ready let's stand this morning hallelujah somebody say hallelujah i think what we're going to do before we go this morning and and i do have everybody remember now if you don't slip out remember we got a cookout today at uh i guess you could call it cherie's house and and uh paul and marlene's house since they're right across the street from each other um everybody's invited to the cookout we're having but before that
